Reviewer Comments: Great location and a generally clean and tidy house but:The aircondioner did not work, it was 40 degrees plus 2 out of 3 daysThe air conditioner blew a dark spot like substance into all the roomsThe bbq gas bottle was emptyThe contact person for the property was not super helpful with sorting the air conditioner issueDue to the lack of cooling, our elderly parents had to leave and spend Xmas day without us. The last day was great because the weather was much cooler.

Guilderton Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Beds very comfortable. Stove needs replacing but fridge was new and clean. Paid extra $25 per bed for linen, didn't realize that I'd have to make up the beds myself. Wasn't too thrilled about that after long drive. Gravity Discovery Centre, Gingin very highly recommended. Interesting and staff were great!!
