Bungalow de Charme dans le Bas Rattlesnake, proche du centre ville et sentiers

Ce charmant quatre chambres, trois salles de bain bungalow est niché dans une oasis de verdure juste à côté du centre-ville, l'Université du Montana, et un accès facile aux vastes réseaux de sentiers Missoula.
Caractéristiques trois chambres complètes, une quatrième chambre avec un futon gigogne et un canapé-lit dans le salon en bas. Trois salles de bains avec douches, des serviettes et des fournitures de base de douche.
La cuisine ouverte est entièrement équipée et dispose appareils en acier inoxydable, micro-ondes, grille-pain et four grille-pain, le café presse et plus. Air conditionné pour le confort d'été et l'ambiance d'un foyer au gaz pour les mois les plus froids de l'année.
Il y a une télévision en bas avec XBox pour la lecture de DVD. Désolé, pas de câble / plat.
La belle cour avant a de grands arbres d'ombrage, table et chaises pont, et parfois même un hamac. Un barbecue est disponible afin que vous puissiez obtenir votre grill sur et un foyer pour créer un rassemblement discret soir d'été. Tout cela en fait un cadre idéal pour une réunion de famille d'été, vacances sortir, ou la base d'aventure été / hiver.
Accès facile au centre-ville ou de l'université, ainsi que les aires de loisirs, rend cette résidence le lieu d'arrêt parfait avec tous les conforts de la maison à un prix raisonnable pour le caractère et l'emplacement imbattable!

Great location and plenty of room

This house was exactly as listed. Excellent location close to campus. We were able to walk over to the football game. The 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms were great for our party. There were plenty of places to sit down in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable close to everything!

The owner, Wyatt, is very nice and great to work with. His 4BR home is comfortable and clean with all amenities our 4 couples needed. The neighborhood is quiet and extremely close to downtown and the UM campus. We'll be back!

This property is awesome! Beautiful views of the river and mountains. Enjoyed the porch with coffee to watch the sunrise. It was clean and well decorated. Great location for visiting Yellowstone through the North Entrance. The host was very communicative and helpful during our stay.

Uniquely Lovely

The home is quiet & feels secluded. The peaceful front porch, perfect for your morning coffee and watching the dog play in the fenced yard. Short walk to the 'Press Box' for Bloody Marys and a delicious breakfast. We will definitely rent this home again for the next family wedding!

Cute Missoula House

Loved sitting outside on the porch swing! The house was clean and close to town, lots of room for friends and family. Our dog enjoyed the large fenced yard as well.

Great House, Neighborhood, Location

This is a great house for adults only or family with kids. Plenty of open space to spread out, and bedrooms on 2 levels allows for privacy as well. Well appointed kitchen, easy parking in back, and wonderful front porch that over looks large fenced front yard. Residential neighborhood is lovely with many great walks. Minutes driving access to downtown, grocery store, Rt 90, and airport. We would definitely stay again!

Very Nice Property

As we had our dog with us this trip we needed to find a pet friendly property. This home was perfect. What made it so great was the fenced in front yard, which is quite large! The interior of the home was very comfortable, neat, and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Conveniently located to everything. And the property manager/owner was very responsive to any questions we had.

My daughter and her family( eighteen years old twins and husband) enjoyed their stay, visiting her brother's family in Missoula. My wife and I unfortunately couldn't attend. My daughter's family loved the house and visiting the Rattlesnake Creek area. Ideal trip for them, missed by us. Maybe next time!

Great location, plenty of room

The location of this property is great... easy walking distance to trails and I enjoyed my morning walks through Greenough Park immensely - even saw 5 bears one morning! No worries, they were far enough away to not be worrisome. Location is also very close to U of M, downtown and easy access to interstate. There were plenty of towels and linens and kitchen was well-stocked. Only complaint was lighting in the kitchen (too dark), but owner said he would address this. Communication with owner was easy and quick. Thanks for the stay!

Extremely comfortable and above expectations

Wyatt was wonderful to work with. The home was very well appointed from top to bottom. Comfortable beds, sheets and couches were a few of the highlights. The yard is wonderful. I played catch with my son for hours. The neighborhood is quiet but close to many trails, coffee shops, stores, and dining. I quick drive to downtown and surprisingly quick to Reserve street, if you are looking for box type stores and chain dining. This property will knock the socks off any hotel. Cheers..

Perfect place to stay to visit UM and Missoula!

My spouse and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Missoula. Plenty of room, great decor, very comfortable beds (loved the bedding), fully stocked kitchen and linen closets too! The best part was being able to walk everywhere! We hiked up to the “L” and the “M” on nearby mountain sides, got to campus easily, and over to the “hip strip” in no time; all less than one mile from the house. It was too easy to get to bakeries and and pastry shops! The host was welcoming and non-intrusive. The place felt like it was ours for the month we were there. I have stayed in many vacation rentals in the U.S. and this is by far one of the best. Thanks for a great visit!

Relaxing in Missoula

Quiet neighborhood a short drive to downtown, University and the nearby Rattlesnake Recreation Area. Layout was good with 4 separate bedrooms and two TV watching areas if you want to spread out. Enjoyed a long hike at Rattlesnake, and restaurants and shopping downtown were good.

We are two brothers who co-own our house. Our jobs require us to travel a good portion of the time. This property was recently purchased as home base. We grew up in the Missoula Valley and our family and friends are here. Collectively, we have lived in Bozeman, Portland, and China for the last 10 years.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We found this property after a tough search and many house viewings.
We'd almost settled for a couple of others but this one pulled together all the criteria we were looking for with its easy access to town and biking trails, as well as as some of my favorite breweries, while still maintaining that quiet neighborhood feel.
Inside, it had been updated and remodeled with vaulted ceilings and open living spaces reminiscent of our family home. The front yard with large shade trees and outdoor living spaces welcome anyone to come in the gate to sit in the yard or on the porch. All these pieces come together to form a complete package we are very content with, we hope you'll enjoy it as much as we do!

Ultimately what makes this house unique for us is the easy comfort and unbeatable location. The house is open, friendly, and inviting; the spaces are ideal for gatherings and offers all the comforts of home. The location is top notch, being so close to the cultural centers of town while being located in a quite neighborhood near miles of trails.
