Just to hit the highlights, we reached out about this as well and heard nothing back, the vertical blinds in the master bedroom were snaggle-toothed and the living room remote was sticky. Neither situation should have been something we had to deal with. The carpet in the bedrooms had to have been original construction. It was disgusting looking. It may be âcleanâ but it didnât look it. The drain in the master shower was slow. The lint filter in the dryer didnât look like it had been emptied in the life of the machine. I had to scrub out the coffee pot because it was not clean. I seriously have my doubts about the cleaning crew. I donât like the idea of reaching out and trying to get help for basic things and hearing NOTHING.None of this dampened our time but we could have used more info on the property-pool?-more communication and just a simple âwow! Sticky remote? Yeah thatâs pretty gross. Iâm sorry to hear that. It shouldnât have been left like that.â Or âYikes. Yeah. We werenât aware of the blindsâ or âthe parts didnât come in for repair.â Just acknowledge that we reached out with a couple of issues after paying you money we worked hard for expecting a nice place to stay and getting less than that. I didnât bother with anything else because I didnât hear back the first time.
