Le Gull Reef 634 a été professionnellement décoré et rénové avec de nouveaux meubles et un nouveau décor. Situé dans le bâtiment Gull Reef de Tybee's Beachside Colony, le Gull Reef 634 est un condo de 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain offrant une vue partielle sur l’océan depuis son balcon privé. Le Beachside Colony Resort dispose de trois petites piscines chauffées (la seule piscine chauffée de Tybee). Le bâtiment a accès par ascenseur. Vous serez situé juste en face du parc Memorial, avec une aire de jeux, des terrains de volley-ball, des terrains de basket-ball, des courts de tennis, ainsi que la bibliothèque et le YMCA. et un restaurant en bord de mer populaire et un salon avec accès Internet WIFI gratuit.

Les mises à jour récentes incluent tous les nouveaux meubles dans le salon. Le salon, décoré par des professionnels, comprend une grande télévision à écran plat et un canapé-lit Queen. La conception contemporaine comprend un plan d'étage ouvert avec accès au balcon. La salle à manger a une grande table à manger pour 6 et un bar pour 4 personnes. La cuisine a également été mise à jour avec tous les nouveaux appareils. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une laveuse et une sécheuse empilables.

La suite principale est meublée avec un lit king-size, une télévision murale à écran plat, un accès au balcon et une salle de bain attenante. La toute nouvelle salle de bains principale est dotée d'un double lavabo et d'une grande douche personnalisée en carrelage. Il y a 2 chambres supplémentaires, une avec un lit King et une avec un lit Queen. Chaque chambre comprend une télévision à écran plat. Il y a un accès Internet WIFI est disponible pour les clients dans ce condo. Il y a un parking sur place pour 2 véhicules. REMARQUE: Les grands SUV peuvent ne pas s’intégrer dans les espaces de stationnement, en particulier en haute et haute saison.

Beachside Colony offre une chaleur de piscine entre octobre et mars. La chaleur de la piscine est disponible dans une seule piscine et est chauffée en fonction des conditions météorologiques et de la mécanique et n'est pas une commodité garantie.

Tybee Island was great and this was a perfect spot for our family. Super quick and easy access to the beach as well as a pool! We’d hang at the beach, come back to the pool to relax with some drinks, then make dinner. Lots of room for everyone, good kitchen supplies and dining room table to fit all. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great, the beach was wonderful, the food at The Deck was fabulous, the condo was clean and comfortable but they do not stock much of anything, only a few basics to get you started. We will definitely be back.

Great!

Check in and communication were great. The condo was pretty clean (floors left our feet black, but otherwise, satisfactory). We loved the location and being on the beach! The heated pool was small, but a huge plus on cooler days. The kitchen was stocked with literally everything needed for preparing and serving meals!!! We had a picture perfect week.The food at the Dock was also delicious.

The unit is a bit run down, in my opinion. I know that can be subjective. The sofa and chairs no longer offer much support or padding. The master bedroom mattress is awful. We had to turn it to find a moderate level of comfort for sleeping. The pest control was lacking, and the ice maker was broken, actually ripped off the side of the freezer. At arrival, it took a while to find a property map and determine which building we were in. And as one of the other posts indicated, the floors were pretty dirty. No barefoot walking on this vaca. I guess some of this might not be that surprising as we learned this unit is posted for sale. We were also issued a parking "warning" for parking without a permit, but I can't find anywhere that it was communicated that we needed a permit. It's indicated that parking is unassigned and we have 2 spaces available, of which we only used 1.All of that being said, I did reach out to property management and they were appreciative of the feedback, and took notes, hopefully to redeem the issues before the next renters arrive. The location is actually quite good on the island. It's mid-beach. Everything is very walkable. The onsite restaurant, The Deck, was surprisingly good and obviously convenient. We didn't use the pools, but the decks and pool area all looked very nice.

Couch & dining chair cushions are ready to be replaced... One mattress had a dip in the middle, others were very firm, could use a topper in the master... The door lock (it took 6 tries to open, then wouldn't lock)needed new batteries - we missed our dinner reservations the first night waiting for someone to take care of it... Overall, we were pleased...

Great & Family Friendly

We went and spent a long weekend here. It was fantastic staying with family and friends for such a big group. Everyone had their space and the open area was large enough to accommodate the whole group for dinner and breakfasts (we always ate lunch out). Highly recommend.

Great place clean rooms

This is a great place to stay. Definitely coming back. The only complaint is that there need to be more signs for the building itself and for parking. Also, if you own a big vehicle, you won’t fit. And we had a hard time finding a parking spot. After the first day, we figured it out fairly easily.

PERFECT!!

Everything about this place was perfect! Super clean and tons of space. Kitchen fully loaded with everything needed and tons of towels and blankets. Whoever decorated this please did a great job. Felt homey but still had a great beach vibe. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect beach location

We rented the condo for a beach Siblings Trip, to recognize our milestone birthdays. We had a partial ocean view, sitting directly behind a building facing the beach. We could see the beach and hear the glorious sounds of waves from the balcony. The beach is a easy to access through the bottom of the parking garage. The condo kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware that we needed for our stay. They provided one roll of bathroom tissue per bathroom so we had to purchase more for our 5 day/4 night stay. We spent two days touring Savannah. It’s great to have a beach and a historic city, all in one vacation. The check-in/check-out process was a breeze! The property management company makes it look easy. My brother arrived early and he was able to store his luggage at their office location. This ride from the airport was $40-$45. This place is 95% “pros” and 5% “cons”. The 5% can be corrected with a plush mattress topper and additional bathroom tissue :) Enjoy your stay because we didn’t want to leave!

This was a nice condo. We really liked the on-site restaurant. We had a couple of issues - no sheets for the sofa bed and a/c was shutting off. But TVR was incredibly nice and responsive and sent someone out immediately. Would recommend!

Nothing overly special

Property location was fine and it was clean. Covid restriction kept the pool closed which we knew booking it a few weeks prior to our arrival. We were hoping the HOA would have opened the pool. Got locked out- again that happens. Rental management was fast to rectify. Not all TV’s were working to cable. The bed in master bedroom was like sleeping on plywood and the living room furniture was not that comfortable. The restaurants we ate at were good. Island quite walkable. Area clean and beach patrollled. Island quaint. Would come back but not to this unit

this was the first time we had ever stayed on the island and it was amazing! So clean, so spacious, exactly where we wanted to be. from now on we will he staying on the island. we are coming back in 3 weeks and are definitely staying here again!!

Just ok - overpriced for what you're getting

First the positives: The unit is well represented by the photos - the furnishings are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and very well appointed with everything we needed for dishware and utensils - though salt and pepper would have been nice. Marlin Monroes had decent food (fish fingers - YUM) and was conveniently located right downstairs. There are three pools, a nice large patio area and easy beach access. Now the negatives: the unit is extremely loud at night with the front being on the street side and the back adjacent to the parking garage which echoes with people leaving the restaurant and bar at all hours of the night - and that was during the off season, I can't imagine how loud it must be at peak times of the year. One of the beds had dirty sheets that were full of sand and bits of tortilla chips (to be fair, when we called the rental company they sent someone to change them quickly) and the floors were filthy and turned everyone's feet black. They charge a cleaning fee and two separate service fees - the check in paperwork says its to cover damages but it's not refundable no matter how perfect you leave it. I get the cleaning fee, but expect that it would actually be clean when we arrive, and that we don't have to remove our own trash for that amount. Also there were no toiletries provided - even a cheap hotel takes out your trash and provides shampoo and conditioner - and this place is definitely not cheap. A deposit to cover potential damages should be refunded when there are none - not charged across the board which penalizes good guests as well as bad. The pools were just ok - very small and they were shocked at peak times leaving the kids standing around unable to use the pool, which was very inconvenient and frustrating. They are billed as heated but if they were it was barely discernible to all of us. This isn't the fault of the room but since it's advertised as a perk I felt it was justified to comment on. The balcony is small and awkwardly shaped and the table and chairs were oversized for it making it almost impossible for four of us to sit around the table. Bottom line, it's spacious and comfortable but wayyyy overpriced in our opinion. What we paid for three nights in this unit was equivalent to almost two weeks in the condo we rented beachfront in San Pedro Belize a couple of months ago - and that included daily housekeeping, toiletries, trash removal, etc.
