Most enjoyable stay

I cant say enough about Sandys rental!! Her house was truly like being at home....from the cleanliness to all of the extra creature comforts that you dont get from other rentals, it was perfect. The only improvement i can recommend would be an upgrade to the mattresses but that being said, i have back problems and am very picky about my beds. Dont think twice if you have the opportunity to stay here because you wont find anything else this nice!!

Perfect Place in Marietta

This is the perfect place in Marietta! The house is wonderful, well stocked, perfect location and more. Sandy made check in and check out a breeze. We were visiting our daughter in grad school here. Kitchen and outdoor spaces were perfect to host she and her roommates for dinners. Quiet neighborhood as well. We will be back! Thank you for your hospitality.

Wonderful experience!!

Sandy’s home is absolutely lovely and located in a very quiet neighborhood. We are a family of 5 and had plenty of space. The home is nicely decorated and felt warm and welcoming. Communication with Sandy was very easy. We hope to stay again as we visit the area often to see family!

Home Away From Home

This was our second stay in Sandy’s cozy cottage! The house was very clean, comfortable, and in a very safe neighborhood. Sandy is the best hostess and we greatly enjoyed both of our stays. Sad we won’t be back for PG tournaments as our son is graduating high school, but we will forever remember our time in this sweet home!

Great Marietta Stay

This house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. Sandy is a thoughtful host that made our week long stay very enjoyable. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was nice to be able to wash clothes and cook at home. The neighborhood was cute and we will definitely stay again. Thank you Sandy !

Great location for Perfect Game tournament

We had a great stay in Sandy’s beautiful home. It was a very convenient location for my son’s baseball tournament. The home is very spacious and we loved the screened in porch. Highly recommend.

Love love loved it!!

Loved staying at this house for a wedding in Marietta! The house was very clean and everything you might need is available. The communication with the owner was perfect as well. Also loved the welcome cookies! The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly and there is lots of space! We would definitely visit again if we are visiting our family in Marietta! We were thinking about inprovement points but there is really nothing to mention.

Exactly as advertised and friendly

This property is exactly as advertised. It was very clean and the host sent me a very nice message prior to check in with everything I needed to know about the property and surrounding area. The host was also very gracious and had an abundant supply of coffee, which for me was a big win! I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home and Hostess!

Second time to stay in this lovely home. Everything was spotless and updated and the Hostess is incredible. I had written that I was coming for a wedding and she had incredibly beautiful cookies waiting for me in the shape of wedding items! When I need a place to stay in Marietta or Atlanta, this will be my home away from home!!

Perfect place to stay!

We had a family trip to visit our sister in Marietta and this house was perfect. The location/neighborhood was lovely. It has everything you could need. Communication with the owner was great. Decorated perfectly. Really enjoyed the screen porch! Can't wait to have a reason to book again.

Amazing Girls' Weekend

This house is perfect for a girls weekend! Not only is it well appointed with all the luxuries one could ask for, it has plenty of space for 4+ adults. A screened in porch for chatting, a comfortable living room and dining room for shared time together and plenty of bedrooms with a loft! We could not ask for more, and Sandy has redefined what a 'super host' offers! You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! The neighborhood was very nice and safe. Lots of eating places around. The house had everything you could need and was extremely clean. Sandy was quick to respond to any of our messages. We were in town for our son’s baseball tournament in Marietta. Home was very close to baseball parks.

If your lucky enough!

Amazing property! Beautiful home with screened in porch, fenced back yard and in the best location! We were there for a baseball trip and the location could not be better! Sandy was wonderful to work with as we had a few issues that were completely out of her control and she responded immediately and addressed the problem immediately! Highly recommend!!

Peaceful Bliss

All I can say is just wonderful. The property and decor is lovely. Absolutely everything is as described and displayed online. I could use a few more full body mirrors lol but seriously I have no complaints or anything. The host was so kind, responsive, and provided more than anyone could need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The AC OMGGGGGGG is so quiet and cold. So summer days this would totally be the perfect spot. There is plenty plenty space for a whole family. It’s cozy for a couple. So peaceful for a single person to relax. Thank you so much Sandy!!!!! Nothing short of amazing. You and your home made my visit more special.

Cutest house ever!

This house exceeded all of my expectations. It was an amazing property with all the amenities
there was not a single detail that had been overlooked. I think my favorite room was the screened in back porch where I spent a lot of time just reading and relaxing. And as an added bonus, the hostess was incredible as well! She even left me cookies for my arrival. I will definitely be staying in this house again!
