Cette maison de luxe de 5 chambres à coucher a une belle disposition ouverte et convient aux grands groupes ou aux familles. Il dispose d'un superbe espace de divertissement en plein air avec vue sur l'eau, d'une piscine privée chauffée et d'une chambre en Floride. Il offre de beaux coins salons à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Beaucoup de chaises longues autour de la piscine et un beau jardin. A l'intérieur, vous avez une belle cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Great property

House was great for our family; Grandparents, kids, and Grandkids. Pool, patio, and dock/canal were all very much enjoyed both day and evening. We weren't smart enough to figure out all the bedroom TVs but Sofia came to the rescue. Loved the pier, close beach, and playground next to the beach.

Fabulous

We booked this house for our large family and it was perfect. We took advantage of the outdoor space and ate most every meal outside. Our family truly enjoyed the pool and the proximity to Lauderdale by the Sea and fantastic beaches. The property managers were very responsive and super helpful both before our arrival and while we were here.

Family reunion value added at this location

My family is diverse from handicap great grandmothers to a 9 year old first time traveler. The bungalow style was perfect with multiple easy accesses to outdoor living, which was used most of the time. We had small challenges with noisy and smelly neighbor renovations and management was quick to respond, in person, with solutions, which elevated our confidence. All beds and linens were so comfortable, we were all well rested on this holiday. We would recommend this destination to any family seeking a well situated LBS holiday stay. Andrea

Water’s edge

Had a great week at Water’s Edge. The outside patio and pool area is beautiful. Property clean and Sophia was responsive and with questions/concerns. Neighborhood was great for walking and close to beach access.

Thanksgiving get together

Waters Edge was the perfect home for our vacation! We were able to enjoy time together in your lovely home! The pool and setting was exceptional and the kitchen well stocked for our meal prep! It was also nice to have the grill and spacious outdoor seating! Also just a short walk to the beach or bike ride to restaurants and grocery was super convenient! We hope to come back soon! Great house, great location!!

We stayed at the property for a family reunion week and it was great. With a bunch of young nieces and nephews, we all loved the (triple!) bunk bed, pool, laundry and easy access to groceries, coffee, etc. The house was spacious enough for all of us to eat, play and sleep in comfort. We’re looking forward to our next trip!

Nice Stay

Water's Edge was a good choice for a couple weeks. Excellent location, awesome outdoor set up, south facing for afternoon sun, and the heated pool steps away. Four of us on wifi most of the day with no issues. Sofia was very responsive.

We came down to Florida for a week with 6 adults and 4 kids for a week long getaway. Everyone had there own beds and plenty of room to relax after the beach and pool. The kitchen is big and clean. Overall everything was great. The heated pool was my favorite

A Little Piece of Florida Heaven

This home was so perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday away from the colder climate of home. We lived outside for 4 days on the beautiful patio, lanai, dock and pool area! The outdoor living area was furnished with lots of sitting areas. The choices are plentiful... sun, shade, kayaking, swimming, fishing, walking to the beach or just enjoying the beautiful sunshine. We ate every meal outside on the large dining table under the ceiling fan. The house was well stocked, everyone enjoyed the counter of every small appliance invented! The home is beautiful, the landscaping was gorgeous with enviable outdoor lighting. All the bedrooms were furnished with televisions and comfortable beds. There were plenty of linens including a large basket of beach towels that were on the way out to the pool. This was one of many thoughtful touches. Saving the best for last, the manager of this property was super responsive and went above and beyond her duties. We had no problems with our stay and did not have to reach out to her. She just kept in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were enjoying the home on Water's Edge.

Absolutely fantastic holiday home that offered everything and more. The house was in perfect condition, nice and clean. Stylish and nice decor. Fresh linens and super comfortable beds. Spacious living area both inside and out. Magical view of the canal and Intracoastal Waterway. Sun from morning to evening. Illuminated garden that contributed to a really cozy evening feeling. There were many BBQ evenings at home in the house. Heated pool with comfortable sun beds. Walking distance to the sea, restaurants, grocery stores etc. We want to leave our best recommendations. This is a house you definitely want to return to!
