Bienvenue dans notre FROG North Asheville! L'espace est lumineux et spacieux, et vous voudrez prolonger votre sĂ©jour dans notre quartier confortable. SituĂ© Ă  seulement 1, 6 km au nord du centre-ville, vous ĂȘtes un court trajet en voiture / lyft / vĂ©lo en ville ou Ă  West Asheville! Ou si vous voulez rester au nord, vous ĂȘtes Ă  quelques minutes Ă  pied des restaurants locaux, de l'une des brasseries, des Ă©piceries, des pharmacies, des parcs et de l'universitĂ© d'Asheville! Le FROG est parfait pour un long week-end ou un long sĂ©jour de plusieurs mois!
Le FROG est situĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage, avec une entrĂ©e privĂ©e, accessible par un escalier extĂ©rieur. Vous aurez la suite entiĂšre pour vous avec une entrĂ©e sans clĂ© afin que vous puissiez aller et venir Ă  votre guise. L'espace est lumineux et moderne avec un charme du milieu du siĂšcle. Vous serez accueilli dans le FROG avec un espace ouvert et lumineux comprenant le salon, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine. Le salon a un canapĂ© confortable qui peut ĂȘtre utilisĂ© pour dormir une troisiĂšme personne et une grande smart-TV (qui comprend Netflix). Nous fournissons un haut-parleur BOSE Ă  dent bleue pour que vous puissiez jouer votre musique tout en vous prĂ©parant pour une grande soirĂ©e. La cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e comprend un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur (avec machine Ă  glaçons), un lave-vaisselle, un four micro-ondes, un Ă©vier de ferme avec Ă©vacuation des dĂ©chets, une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz, une cafetiĂšre ainsi que des ustensiles de cuisine et des ustensiles pour prĂ©parer un repas. Nous avons conçu la cuisine avec de magnifiques comptoirs en quartz et une grande pĂ©ninsule servant de bar pour le petit-dĂ©jeuner. Nous avons installĂ© de beaux planchers de bois franc dans tout l'appartement, fabriquĂ©s Ă  partir de bois de grange rĂ©cupĂ©rĂ©. La chambre a un lit queen size incroyablement confortable, une commode et un grand dressing pour ranger vos vĂȘtements pendant votre sĂ©jour. Nous avons Ă©quipĂ© le FROG de son propre chauffe-eau sans rĂ©servoir afin que vous puissiez profiter de longues douches chaudes dans votre propre salle de bain de grande taille. Bien que nous ayons le WiFi privĂ© disponible Ă  tous les invitĂ©s, nous n'avons pas la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble. Vous aurez Ă©galement accĂšs Ă  une laveuse et une sĂ©cheuse.

Cozy, Clean and Convenient

Matt is an exceptional host and all around great guy. The house is in a great location -- close to everything but in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood (a little too close to Jeremiah's Italian Ice which we ended up visiting several times!) Our small pup could not have been happier and we really felt like it was a home away from home. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect long weekend getaway

The FROG was perfect in every way! My husband and I came for a work conference at the GPI and we decided to stay off property. The location of the FROG was perfect, close enough to easily get over to Grove Park but away from it enough to easily hop downtown during our off time. The home was clean , super comfy, and had all the necessities. We will definitely stay here again on any return trips to Asheville.

Amazing getaway in great location.

We came up for a night and wanted to be in a quiet but close location to downtown. Matt the owner greeted us and was very welcoming. The unit was better than advertised- bed was super comfy, wonderfully decorated, all upgraded appliances, and great AC that worked really well- and although we didn’t bring our pups this time, dog friendly as well. We will be back!!. Thank you.

The F.R.O.G.

We really enjoyed our stay at the FROG! It had everything we needed, and Matt was very helpful with suggestions, both verbally and in his very detailed and helpful manual. The place was very clean and fresh smelling upon arrival with fresh flowers on the table, and a variety 4 pack of been in the fridge to quench our thirst after a long day of travel. It was wonderful that it was dog friendly so we could bring our 2 fur babies with us as well. The location was perfect for us, being in between the city and some friends that we visited during out stay. Also use of the laundry facilities was very helpful after being caught in some rainy weather. We would definitely recommend this quaint place to others and would stay there again.

A perfect retreat

We were in the process of closing on our home in Asheville and needed a place to stay with our two miniature dachshunds until everything was finalized. The Frog was EXACTLY what we needed. We were not exactly free to roam about town as our dogs are rescues and don’t deal well with separation just yet. But the Frog is located in a quaint historic neighborhood near many restaurants that are walkable. When we weren’t dealing with real estate stuff we took advantage of the lovely area with the dogs in tow. But the place itself is in such a serene spot we enjoyed so much of the time just relaxing there. The bed was phenomenal. We slept so well we bought the same exact kind for our new house. The kitchen was well outfitted and all the furniture was extremely comfortable.

We just dropped our son off at UNC-A. Matt’s place was cute, clean, comfortable and convenient to UNC-A, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and downtown. Our dog enjoyed the walks. Thanks for the helpful binder with tips!

Perfect for our needs

Property had all of the essentials plus a few thoughtful perks such as recommendations and local beer in the fridge. Location was convenient to downtown and the Biltmore yet located in a quiet neighborhood. Dog friendly!

Cozy apartment in a cool neighborhood

Matt is a great host, and the apartment was very comfortable for two adults and two fluffy dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and has a friendly and creative vibe. Very dog-friendly. Walking distance to several restaurants on Merrimon, and a short drive to many more. We had a terrific time exploring Asheville -- thanks Matt!

All went smoothly from start to finish. Matt has built a beautiful space at the FROG, equipped with everything I needed during my 1 week stay. The neighborhood is very pretty too, with many lovely gardens. Would recommend and would stay again!

The Frog Rocks!

My wife and I stayed at the Frog and thoroughly enjoyed it. Matt is a gracious host who helped us find a great paddle boarding spot. He was friendly and chill, which made us feel good about coming and going. The Frog is a garage apartment of sorts located toward the back of the property in a pretty little neighborhood. All things downtown Asheville are 5 minutes away. The Frog itself is thoughtfully decorated and has a great layout for any length of stay. We'd totally stay here again. Thank you!

Best Vrbo!!

Matt gave easy to follow directions to reach his property without confusion. The Frog was exactly as it is shown in the listing. It’s very clean and you are welcomed by a lovely smell coming from a defuser from a local NC shop. Matt left a handwritten note welcoming us and even put some of his favorite local brews in fridge. I was so excited when I first walked in I had to explore immediately to look at all the attention to detail that was put into creating this awesome space. The neighborhood was very quiet(even on NYE)! The bed was super comfortable as well. Our dog felt right at home too. She immediately got comfortable and took a long nap. I would give The Frog 10 stars if it were an option! We will definitely be back!

Perfection

We absolutely loved our stay at the FROG. It is fabulous. Great neighborhood. Close enough to walk to local restaurants and shops, very easy drive to all that Asheville has to offer. But tucked back in an established quiet neighborhood. We even saw a flock of wild turkey grazing in the yard. The owner is on site if you need anything. Every detail was thoughtful and perfect. Automatic lights as you walk up, separate private entry, dedicated parking spot, well appointed property, and a welcome book for guests filled with excellent recommendations for nearby and must see locations (even marked by pet friendliness). We definitely want to go back and would stay at FROG. Have already recommended to friends. Just can't say enough great things about this truly special place. The owner and property are perfect.

You won't find a better place!

A well decorated, cozy apartment that's in a great location! If you're looking for a night in, you'll feel right at home with a comfy couch and smart tv. If you're looking for a night out, you're just a few minutes drive from downtown! They also accommodated my dog which is always a plus. The hosts were very responsive to messages, and made the overall experience a very positive one! I definitely plan on staying again!
