We came to enjoy peace while our family of 4 was transitioning to a family of 5. The cabin was absolutely perfect for that. We were waiting on the birth of our 3rd as our midwife is in branson and we came from coweta Oklahoma. The peace & tranquility that the cabins offered was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again as we all enjoyed ourselves.
This was a nice quiet and clean place . Very up to date with a great shower . Only complaint would be to have full window curtains in the bedroom with the King bed to block out the morning sunlight.
Very quiet and clean. Communication with hosts was excellent, all responses were very quick. Very nice and friendly hosts. Would recommend staying here and would come back again. Would note that access to loft is a stairway; the description and pictures is as advertised.
This barn loft was a short drive from Branson....but we enjoyed the quiet of the country. The loft was cute and cozy and well kept. The owners were easy to work with and answered all our questions.
This place was the perfect size for the 5 of us! We wanted to stay somewhere close to Branson but not actually in Branson. This place was about 20 ish minutes away and the drive out was so pretty. The hosts are si friendly and gave us great suggestions about what to see and where to go in Branson. Definitely would love to go back again.
This barn wax amazing and jo the owner was very helpful and friendly my family had a blast, highly recommend especially if your a veteran. The owners are and truly reward vets. I have absolutely nothing bad to say ty ty ty for a great stay
I didn't realize that the barn was so close to the owners house. I thought it would be a problem but it wasn't at all! It was such a relaxing spot! We grilled and then had a little bonfire. The beds were comfortable. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our quick getaway!
We were on the go to keep with our 5-day schedule and the barn loft was a serene place to come back to; to rest and go again the next day. It was very clean which is very important to us. Thank you. The host, Jo was very helpful and easy to communicate with about changes we needed to make to our reservation. Quiet and Beautiful place.
We stayed from a Monday with a Saturday check out. The barn was even nicer than pitcures showed. The temps were 98 and above the whole time, and I was a bit worried it would stay cool. No problems at all. Loved having a kitchen to cook in and a gas grill to use. The hosts have created a wonderful spot for visitors to stay.
We enjoyed our brief 2-night stay here. It was well stocked with all the necessities. Very clean! Loved the Christian decor sprinkled throughout! âEvery storm runs out of rainâ was a nice touch for the kids room. Was a great reminder for our 13 year old. :) Only thing Iâd suggest is maybe greasing the bathroom & twin bedroom doors, but overall it was a great experience. Thank you!
This cute cabin was everything we hoped for and more for our family of four vacationing in Branson MO. For being a very clean mom, this cabin exceeded my expectations!.....It was very clean, cozy and peaceful. The master bed is probably the coziest beds we have ever slept in outside our home. The kitchen was very useful and well stocked with the necessary dishes for our five day stay.
The distance from the "crazy hustle and bustle" of fellow vacationers was perfect for restful evenings.
We got a chance to meet the owner (Joann) and I must say she is one of those ladies that just feels like an "old friend"...she was so kind and very helpful with any questions we had about the area given the fact that it was our first time in Branson.
If there were a hundred stars, that's the rating we would give. Impeccable decorating taste, lovely and just overall awesome. Couldn't ask for better hosts with Mick, JoAnn and Tilly. The boys had the best time with Mick shooting the targets with the guns. They are STILL talking about it. Thanks for the kindness and conversation. We will be back, hopefully sooner than later!!
This little barn apartment is just lovely. The owners stay out of your way but are there if you have any questions. It is conveniently located within about a 15 minute drive of Branson (give or take, depending on how fast you want to take the curves and hills) but out in the countryside away from the business. Given that it is a hilly area, there is a hill where their drive is located. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast provided but it was not in the apartment. Really not a big deal except that we arrived at dusk and so didn't have a chance to get groceries on the way, depending on the breakfast that was to be there for us. There is a grocery store within a 5-10 minute drive so we grabbed our groceries the next morning. Overall a great place!
We seriously loved this spot. Hosts were more than accommodating. Location is about 15 minutes from busy areas, and we loved the quiet. Gorgeous decor and lovely touches throughout. We pray other families find peace as we did.
Pictures don't do this place justice... property owner was super nice and easy to work with... would definitely try to stay there again next time we are that way
Beautiful house. Great location if traveling to Branson. Only a few minutes outside town and very quiet. Cell phone service is very spotty. That didnât bother us much due to being so tired from the exciting day we had.
Even with all the rain, we had a wonderful stay. We loved the location because it was very close to Branson without all the traffic to deal with. We would definitely recommend this place to family & friends and we hope to return again soon.
Mick and I have been married since 2010 and have lived in Branson since 2012. Mick works for the local gas company and was transferred here. His brother was sick and his mother could no longer care for him, so we moved them here from Colorado to our house. I quit work and cared for his brother until he passed. Between the 2 of us we have 6 kids and 9 grandkids and have never been able to accomadate all of them visiting at once. We both have always felt the barn had a lot of potential, but financially it just seemed like a dream. Then I was told that I had to sell the townhouse I owned in the Kansas City area (that I had before we got married). Even selling property can cost money, but God works all things out for those who trust and believe in Him. Long story, sold the place with my renters finding another place quickly and in a few months we started construction and shopping for our first vacation rental that we can also use when our kids visit! Praise the Lord! I hope you enjoy our place as much as we enjoy sharing it! (Update: Jan 2025) It's now been several years and I have to say we have enjoyed doing this more than we ever thought possible! We have met so many wonderful people and have heard some beautiful stories! Some we didn't meet and that's ok. You are here to vacation after all. Thank you all for giving us so many wonderful memories! Have a blessed day!
It's unique and God has blessed it! As you read below all the personal touches are unique. We also made certain to decorate with local and small business in mind. We bought the furniture from a local with finishes antiques, the cast iron decor is from the Antique Mall downtown Branson as is some other wall decor. The Tex plex is only 10 minutes from here and a lot of people recently have enjoyed bringing their ATV's here to do some off the road adventures. We have plenty of space on our property for 2 trailers.
It has all pine siding throughout walls and ceilings. The trim is cedar from our property. The original steel beam that had the rope attached to lift bales of hay, is still attached. We bolted a cedar log to that steel beam. Beneath that we put in a rock wall for an accent wall. It's absolutely gorgeous!
