Ce chalet offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre famille et vos amis. Cuisine entièrement équipée, TV avec antenne numérique et lecteur DVD, chaîne stéréo avec CD, Internet, climatiseur pour les journées chaudes, foyer au propane pour les soirées fraîches. Détendez-vous au bord du lac, ou profitez d'un feu de joie, tout en profitant de couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur le lac.
Beaucoup d'activités à proximité pour ceux qui veulent sortir et voir les sites touristiques. Golf au parcours Par 3 à proximité, ou mini-putt avec les enfants. Chartes de pêche hors Point Breeze, antiquités et brocantes le week-end dans toute la région. Ou visitez quelques-uns des meilleurs vignobles locaux disséminés dans la région. Beaucoup de shopping à Niagara ou Rochester ainsi que dans les magasins Amish locaux.
Cottage dispose de 3 chambres (2 lits doubles, 1 lit superposé double / simple, draps fournis), canapé-lit dans le salon, 1 salle de bain avec douche, cuisine avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, toute la vaisselle, etc. garde-manger. 6 places assises avec des sièges supplémentaires sur le pont. Cheminée au propane pour plus d'ambiance et de chaleur. Barbecue au propane. Nouveau poêle et réservoir d'eau chaude 2016.

I feel so lucky to have found this lovely cottage! The lake views are amazing, the sounds of the lake are soothing.. this was just the best little cottage. Had everything we needed, was clise to our meeting places... just a perfect spot. Thank you!!

Salmon fishing

20 minutes from the river where we fished. White birch golf club is a great place to eat, only 10 minute drive.

Perfect!

We stayed here for three nights following a trip to Niagra Falls. The property is exactly as described and pictured. We loved everything about this cottage! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Everything was neat, clean and comfortable. There are a few extras to hold you over if you forgot something (coffee, ketchup...). We enjoyed many hours in the yard looking at the Lake, sky and birds as well as sitting by the fire. Our stay was very relaxing and we highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a restful and peaceful get away!

Property looks very well maintained from outside other than deck needed a good pressure washing

When it rained the back deck was very slippery, inside needed some clutter from.past quests, like shoes, pants open food cointainers some moldy. Overall rooms where fine other than very dirty under beds.

A Relaxing Getaway

Our time at the cottage was everything we hoped for. The cottage was very clean and quite comfortable. How nice it was to hear the waves crashing upon the rocks and the breeze each night. Set right on the Lakeshore, not far from local agriculture and an Amish community, this vacation spot can be as much or as little as you'd like it to be. We spent our time on the Erie Canal trail, walking the Lockport Cave and on an Erie Canal boat ride - all are reasonably priced and recommended. The locals are very warm, welcoming and friendly. If you're looking for a quick weekend away, a relaxing time away from the office for a week or simply a different location from which to telecommute, we recommend this cottage!

Beautiful Lakefront Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked for cookware and dishes and there were plenty of towels. It was nice to not have to worry about bringing linens and making beds. We were greeted with a tray of iced tea when we arrived and Keith checked on us by email to see if we needed anything. The neighbors are also extremely nice and helpful. It is a nice quiet community. The sunset views are absolutely amazing and we enjoyed watching them by the fire ring each night. We swam right from the lake access but you do have a bit of a rocky climb down. This didn't bother our family but if someone has young children it might be difficult. If I had any suggestion it would be to have more fans in the cottage, one for each bedroom would be nice. Overall we had a great time and this was a great place to stay and relax!

Eclipse was dark but the house shined!

I've rented this home many times and it is my go-to place for relaxation and serenity. Cloud cover prevented full viewing of the eclipse however it didn't damper the visit because the home is just so wonderful. My first time renting in a colder month however the fireplace made a huge difference and we learned from Keith that setting it at a low temperature allowed it to turn on and off throughout the night which was really helpful. The house is wonderfully cared for, cozy and well stocked. If we wanted to watch TV we could stream from any platform, we could play games that were provided or simply pick up a book. I am pretty well traveled but this home is a place I get to at least twice a year because it is just that wonderful. Beds are comfortable, plenty of linens, all the kitchen gear you can think of and I really like that there is now an addition to a full pot coffee maker a single serve coffee maker. I'll be back soon enough.

RIGHT ON THE LAKE

Could not beat the view. Sitting on back deck having coffee in the morning to cooking out in the evening on grill provided, I loved it. Three bedrooms. Beds were all very comfortable, plenty of linens and extra pillows. Fully supplied kitchen. Stop at store on way there, no condiments to use in fridge. It was clean but empty. Extra toilet paper and paper towels in closet. Firepit out in lawn along with firewood by house to use. Amie the housekeeping stopped in very briefly to say hello and provided phone number in case of any questions or issues arise. Quiet little street. Park right on grass in front of house. I did not have good phone reception while there. Not sure what was going on with tv, but kids said they were only able to get just a few stations. My husband and I opted for playing cards instead along with other board games provided anyways. Shower a little small but it did the job, bring bar soaps and shampoos. Overall, it was a well overdue vacation and this house was fun with my family.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. It is even closer to the lake than we expected. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Everything we needed was there. We were a bit overwhelmed by the number of options on the TV but we are not as tech savy as we should be. We would like to know when the cottage was built. Thanks so much for allowing our dog.

Summer Cottage

Lovely little cottage,very cozy yet can accommodate a family. Enjoyed having campfire on the lake with nice trimmed yard that our little ones enjoyed running around. Perfectly equipped kitchen, didnt want for any appliance, enjoyed use of outdoor grill. Would definately return.

Lovely Cottage on Lake Ontario

It was our second stay at the cottage as we enjoyed our first so much! The cottage is good for our 88 YO father who has Parkinson's, he enjoys being able to watch for freighters on the lake and have easy access to the outside. The cottage is always clean, well maintained and well located.

Great stay. The area was quiet and picturesque. More than enough beds and still lots of sitting space. We really appreciated the little things, like colanders and a pitcher to use. Super comfy bedding, cozy throw blankets. We loved watching the sunset over the water in the backyard, it was beautiful.

The Perfect Cottage

This is now the fifth year of renting this wonderful cottage. I made the mistake once of going to a different cottage and would never do that again because this one is perfect. The views are spectacular, each sunset is unique and where else can you go and see both a beautiful sunrise and the beautiful sunset. As a novice birder the wide variety of birds in the area add to the charm. The home is always stocked with all the amenities of home yet adds a tranquility that home cannot provide. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens, for chilly nights the fireplace is perfect. This home is the definition of a charming cottage. I'm glad I visited in May because it gives me opportunity to come back again later in the season.

Good location for Salmon fishing

We stayed over for our Salmon fishing at Oak Orchard Dam (20 minutes away). We loved the fireplace, very quiet neighborhood, the cottage lake vibe is great. Another positive: place is very well stocked, they even had cat litter and dog food available! The only negative thing was the washer did not work.

Annual Family girls weekend

We grew up with a family cottage on Lake Ontario, unfortunately no longer in the family. Every year we get together for a weekend of games, food, drinks and laughter without spouses and children giving us all a little break from life. This spot was perfect for us, with a great yard for games and relaxation. Would have loved to have been able to access the lake a bit easier to use our kayaks and swim. Decor was cottage cute and necessities plentiful. Very satisfied!
