Le bord de mer condominium Dolphin est un condo privé, situé dans le bâtiment Condominium Acquilus II dans le nord Jacksonville Beach, à environ 8 blocs au nord de Jacksonville Beach Pier.


Ce condo dispose de 3 chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain. Le salon ouvert, salle à manger et la cuisine offre des vues imprenables sur la plage et l'océan. Un grand balcon donnant sur l'océan complète le cadre serein cette maison de vacances offre.


La chambre principale dispose d'un lit queen size, et une grande salle de bains principale avec douche séparée et un jacuzzi. La première chambre d'hôtes dispose également d'un lit queen et la deuxième chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits queen size, de sorte que le condo sommeil confortable 8 adultes. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision avec télévision par câble.


La cuisine de condo est essentiellement approvisionné avec vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, verres, ustensiles, est également un lave-linge et sèche-linge dans l'appartement dans une buanderie. Le balcon a un gril électrique.


Internet sans fil est disponible dans l'unité et est offert à titre gracieux. Linge de lit, serviettes et serviettes de plage sont également fournis.

Jacksonville Beach est une plage riche en histoire et plein d'activités pour les visiteurs de tous âges. De l'immeuble Acquilus on peut se promener au shopping et salle à diverses formes de divertissement. Il y a de nombreux terrains de jeux dans un court trajet en voiture et en outre certains des meilleurs parcs d'État dans toute la Floride. St Augustine est une courte distance en voiture de Jacksonville Beach où il y a une multitude d'options de restauration et de shopping ainsi que toutes les attractions touristiques St Augustine est célèbre pour.


Il y a une scène sociale dynamique au cœur de Jacksonville Beach avec des concerts dans plusieurs des clubs locaux et des présentations et des festivals sur la pelouse de la ville plusieurs fois par an. This is our second time staying in this rental, 9 months apart and instead of the owners investing just a little bit to improve some things mentioned in previous reviews all are the same or worse. It’s truly unfortunate because this could be a spectacular rental. TIP - check under the sink to see if there is a pan to catch drips. I’m not sure if we are just incredibly unlucky or what but on each stay we had to have a plumber come to fix flooding under the sink. It had to have been a known issue because someone placed a pan and container to catch water without addressing the problem We could not believe we came home to water coming out from under the sink AGAIN. Pros: - The view - 3 bedrooms with en suite for each - Two pools Cons: - Balcony furniture. DO NOT SIT ON THE CHAIRS. Seriously…the rust will stain and the cushions needed to be replaced years ago - Pots and pans. Such an easy fix to replace with a inexpensive set on occasion - Slider to balcony from living room….impossible to open without using two hands and then it was really, really difficult - Fix fan in the back room - Check AC We could not get it to work properly all week - Blinds in master bedroom do fall off at the slightest touch Some of these issues probably relate to this being a rental and get frequent use but a little TLC would go a long way We will not return to this rental. There are other places with the same spectacular view and we booked our next stay at a neighboring place.

It felt very spacious with decent accommodations (bathrooms and space) for even the 2nd and 3rd bedroom occupants. The building has 2 options for pools and the 3rd floor one was perfect since it was heated and had a hot tub that was in great condition (and very hot). Often we had the pools to ourselves. We brought lots of beach items (surfboards, wetsuits, chairs, etc) and so the private garage space was a great perk too for convenient secure storage. The comments others mentioned about pots and pans, and bring extra TP are accurate. I’m not a decorator but I’d suggest brightening up the back two rooms somehow. Otherwise it was awesome. Location not too crowded. Amenities (pools and fitness room) were lovely. Beds comfy. Provided towels nice (beach ans regular) but also good to have some extra beach towels.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful three-bedroom condo. The view is outstanding and overall the unit is high-end and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Having said that, several little things need attention: Blinds in the MBR literally fell off when trying to close them; the seat cushions on the patio were dirty and worn; the grill cover was filthy, and the pots and pans are ready to be replaced. No one of these items is a big deal, but taken together, they did detract a bit from the overall experience. Address these items and you have a gem!

Reviewer Comments: My family stayed in this condo for six nights over Labor Day weekend and enjoyed every minute (we booked for next April during our stay)The condo is HUGE.....which was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own room and bathroom ( a real treat). We loved hanging out on the balcony enjoying the ocean view each morning. It was very easy access to the beach, which we enjoyed throughout the day. There were two pools and we were almost always the only people in them. It was so refreshing to hit up the pool after the beach. The condo was clean and fairly well stocked.Suggestions for owners:Realizing this is a rental and supplies do take a beating I would consider replacing pots and pans...they were pretty worn out. There were no plastic cups for outdoor beverages so we purchased some and left for next guestsA previous reviewer commented on no lights on the balcony and I didn't think we would mind that so much but SOME lighting on the balcony would have been nice in the evening.Overall this unit is in an amazing location...beach and pool at your doorstep and plenty of room. I would highly recommend.

Perfect condo for large family

Family of 7 comfortably stayed for a week. Love that the garage can hold our beach gear and the pool and beach is just out the door. Workout room with sauna is clean and equipment is still in good shape. Most units are owner occupied so the place is quiet and treated better than if it was all renters. Great environment to unplug and relax. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, but Jax beach has amazing seafood choices so we didn’t cook dinners in. We’ve been staying here for a few years and plan to keep coming back.

Restaurants and shops all in close proximity plus more. We slept 7 people very comfortably. Full length balcony for the ocean view is amazing .
