À propos de cet hébergement

Le hameau d'Espagne est situé sur plus de dix acres privés au bord du fleuve Jaune. Le seul voisin immédiat est notre propre maison, la plus ancienne maison d'Atlanta, vers 1834. Il a été initialement construit à Jersey, GA et a déménagé en 1979. Le studio occupe le deuxième magasin de la remise. Il a tout privé, y compris une place de parking. Il y a un balcon à l'avant et une grande terrasse à l'arrière donnant sur des hectares très privés de belles collines. La propriété est bordée par le fleuve Jaune et le parc d'État du fleuve Jaune. Les clients sont invités à utiliser le hamac, la balançoire, le terrain de basket et la table de ping-pong. Le petit déjeuner est accompagné de notre propre miel. Cet endroit est un petit hameau loin de l'agitation de la grande ville mais à proximité en voiture de 20 min. du périmètre d'Atlanta. C'est 5-7 min. conduire au parc Stone Mountain.

Feels like home

This was my second time staying at this property while I was visiting "back home". I see no need to ever stay anywhere else as long as this charming guest apartment is available. The hosts Vlad and Natalya have been gracious and very responsive both times, the property is beautiful and quiet and the space has everything you need. Includes a deck overlooking the acreage which is a great place to sit in the morning to get your day going and in the evening to listen to the sound of the sounds of the south. The only thing I would improve would be a better wifi connection in the room. Overall, a fantastic place, where I will continue to stay as long as it is available. Thank you Vlad and Natalya!

Quiet Getaway

We came into town to visit family and attend a funeral. We enjoyed visiting with friends and family but also looked forward to coming back to this quiet getaway hamlet where we could reminisce of our beloved sister. After the long days, the hamlet proved to be a place where we could enjoy much needed peace and tranquility.

Perfect getaway

Peaceful Retreat

The location was very convenient to everywhere we needed to go. The accommodations were exactly as described. It’s a great little property, with its own park like backyard. It’s very picturesque...both inside and out. The owners went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of... can’t say enough good things about them!

Peaceful Retreat.

The Snellville apartment is a lovely, peaceful place to stay. The apartment has been tastefully decorated with beautiful materials and the kitchen area is well equipped. The grounds are lovely and the hosts are very congenial and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Quiet Spanish Hamlet

The property was very relaxing, quiet and beautifully decorated. The property owners were very nice and accommodating. The breakfast items in the refrigerator were appreciated and the owners own honey was fantastic! Very beautiful grounds and countryside.

The property is wonderful. Overall, very charmingly decorated and not fussy; you can really feel at home while you are there. Private drive, deck overlooking a beautiful clearing where you can literally watch the deer play. Large bed is very comfortable, small kitchen very functional with a decent sized refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, stove top and some basic utensils (including pots and pans). Cute bathroom with a small but perfectly usable shower, and hot water is not a problem. In room air conditioner that is well suited to the size of the room and very quiet. Large tv but channel selection is somewhat limited. Very nice furniture with plenty of places to store your clothes and other items, and comfortable chair and loveseat seating. Wifi was a little spotty. I would mention that if stairs are a problem for you, this might not be the place as it is only accessible by stairs. The property hosts are very warm and friendly as well as quiet and respectful of your privacy. They also make some great honey from their own bees! Overall, there was nothing that I didn't like about the place and see no reason that I would stay anywhere else when I am back home for a visit.

Quiet retreat and great place to sit outside at night.

Comfy king size bed and private get away. Fridge was well stocked with fresh fruit and English muffins, orange juice, 1/2&1/2, cheese, eggs, the homeowner’s own honey. Would have loved to had a little better communication with the homeowners before we arrived so we would know if the room would be unlocked or not and where to find the key as well as where we were to park our car.

Idyllic Retreat

Wonderful spot, with beautiful grounds and several large forested parks close by. Hosts are so friendly and accommodating; they provided excellent breakfast supplies. The interior space is extremely well planned, comfortable, and tasteful. I want to recreate it in my own home! This will be one of the first places I check next time in Atlanta

Your hosts are are Natalya and Vlad. Natalya is a digital designer and an inspiration behind every project. Vlad is a retired teacher with a range of hobbies. We will be happy to assist you in getting to know Atlanta any time you you get tired of relaxing at your quiet and tranquil place.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Situated just 15 min away from the Perimeter our place is very well insulated from the urban concrete "jungle" of the big city.
It is bordered on all sides with parks, river and acres of rolling hills.
You will see a family of deer playing around in the morning or afternoon. You will be treated to our own honey and in season with plentiful Chanterelles picked up right here on the property.
The deck in the back built around an old pine tree is overlooking the meadow and the woods with beautiful vistas in every direction. There's also a balcony overlooking the front of the property. Cable tv and internet will keep you company (should you get lost in space and time:) The house was the filming site for a 2015 horror movie - "Bleed" (no need to be scared, its all fantasy:) A Wine & Tour of the main Victorian house is available upon request at $15 a guest.

Vaulted ceilings with Tudor style faux beams, back deck, front balcony. A hammock, ping pong table, swinging chair by an old oak, a basketball court and the grill are at your disposal.
