Cette confortable propriété est située dans un grand coin sur Marco Island. Magnifique grand patio avec moustiquaire et piscine étincelante bleue. Trois chambres et deux salles de bain complètes, un seul bloc de parcs Marco Island offrant un sentier de vélo / promenade autour d’un lac, ainsi qu’un terrain de basket-ball, un terrain de volley-ball et une aire de jeux pour enfants ainsi que des projections d’eau. Situé à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage et à 15 minutes en vélo.

Christmas vacation!

It was wonderful! The house was beautiful and cozy! We loved that it was stocked with so much stuff (games, bikes, pool toys, beach stuff). Neighborhood was quite while we were there in December.

We really enjoyed the home. The host was great, location was great, and the garage was full of fun stuff for the kids. Bikes, balls, pool toys etc. Would stay there anytime. Thanks for service!

Cute Marco Island Home

This home was perfect for our short stay in Marco. It was great location for the kids, they could ride the bikes provided or walk to the park for basketball and ping pong. Beach was 5 min car ride. Pool was the perfect size! Well appointed interior decor made the home very cute. Would stay again if this home was available. Rene was very reachable for any questions we had.

Great family time in Marco

This home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Property manager was attentive and quick to respond. I loved that it was across from the park, very easy to entertain two babies. Highly recommend for families!

Perfect Place for a Girls' Getaway

We just returned from a four-day "Girls' Getaway" on Marco Island. This house was perfectly suited for all ages! We had two in their seventies, two in their forties, and two pre-teens. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with every large and small appliance, electronic, recreational toy and beach accessory we could ask for - and then some! The pool was beautiful. We loved eating in the outdoor dining area. Rene was very accommodating and was kind enough to provide us with a housewarming gift. The location in a quiet neighborhood near a park was very nice. It's just a short drive to the beach, the grocery store and many great restaurants. We will definitely consider this house on all future trips to Marco...

Wonderful home for a family!

We stayed for a week with two young kids and the house was perfect. All of the amenities you could ask for and more. From a beach wagon, all the chairs, multiple bikes, umbrella and toys to two pack n plays, booster seat and books. Additionally, the twin kids' bedroom had room darkening shades! Mackle Park being less than a block away was an added bonus - splash pad, walking path and huge playground. The layout of the house was great and the pool area was wonderful. Spent most of our time eating outside, playing cards and swimming in the pool. We definitely be back again!

Great find.

Loved this place. We had a wonderful time here and highly recommend it. The house had everything we needed. Many extras in the home, a big plus. Place was very clean as well. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again. We spent lots of time in the pool.

Nice home

The stay was great. Home was clean. Pool was not clean when we arrived. One thing i wish i knew about the island, the limited access to the beaches and wish we had private access too. First place we have stayed and didnt have that option but thats my fault for not asking more questions. Playground close, loved riding the bikes in the evening. Easy access to get in home and no problems with any appliances. The stay was nice.

We had a great stay over all.Perfect location.

Exceeded our expectations!

We had a seamless experience with renting this property. The location, cleanliness of the house, amenities, private pool and prompt/helpful communication with Rene made for a wonderful experience. The pool was amazing

Our family really enjoyed Rene’s home and would stay here again. The pool was our favorite part of our vacation. Also, the chime alarms on the doors (which adults can turn on or off) gave us peace of mind that our 4yo couldn’t sneak out to the patio/pool without us knowing.

Best Time Ever

The house was very clean and organized. The outside area was large and the pool was delightful. Everything that we needed was either in the house or shopping and beaches were just minutes away to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy a quiet and wonderful experience. The neighbors were also friendly and welcoming. we will be coming back again the same time next year. Thanks for a wonderful vacation, we had a blast.
