Pet friendly property in close proximity to the beach
Rented it in peak season, and the property was reasonably priced and dog friendly. garden is excellent for a large dog.
Only real issue is that 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms dont have aircon- an issue in summer.
Could be slighlty cleaner but this is a dog friendly property
We had a small stay - we stayed 2 nights only and I am glad it was only 2 nights. All beds are very small...if you are more than 5 feet 10 - forget about it - you can't sleep on any beds. Kids beds were very lumpy thanks to the springs in the mattresses. All beds were very small. Rooms were small. No exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped though. Won't stay here again...
Unfortunately the state of this property wasn't all that great. The couch was incredibly stained, the kitchen had tiny bugs all over the sink and surrounding bench and the garden was quite overgrown. It seemed like it hadn't been stayed in or looked after for awhile.
A real shame especially for the cost, given that pet friendly places are hard to come by, and with family in Mooloolaba we were hoping to have found a regular spot for our frequent visits.
Though the unit is on the "old' side, the renovated bathrooms was welcome.
Bedrooms were good and beds very comfortable.
Lots of towels, crockery, cutlery etc was good as it lets one not wash dishes every day.
Range hood over stove dangerous as corners stick out. I hit my forehead. A bit taller and it would have been my eye.
On the down side? No internet. These days asking clients to use their hot stop is not very professional.
It doesn't cost much to provide internet service. Something that maybe the owners should consider.
Overall we found it suitable for hanging out with friends, our kids and our dog. It is about a 15min walk to the big adventure playground and dog friendly beach.
Nicely presented townhouse conveniently located to all local amenities, beaches and tourist attractions.
Great secured space for fur babies to also enjoy your getaway.
