La suite est un 2ème étage, grand appartement d'une chambre au-dessus d'un cabinet d'avocats. Le logement est accessible par une entrée privée au 1er étage, avec entrée Smart. Le hall d'entrée est idéal pour ranger les vélos, les clubs de golf ou les chaussures boueuses. Un large escalier mène au deuxième étage et au salon / salle à manger. Le salon a un canapé-lit queen size. Le salon / salle à manger est caractérisé par des plafonds de 10 'et 3 grandes fenêtres donnant sur l'avant du bâtiment et un grand vitrail. Cute apartment

Very clean property and the host was wonderful. Im a light sleeper so road noise was a bit much but we put on a sound machine and slept great! Would definitely stay here again while visiting family!

Cozy apartment

I’m so happy we found another VRBO in Hanover! There aren’t too many! This apartment was perfect for my family! Very spacious and clean! Everything we needed for our stay. The communication was great! We will definitely be staying here again when we come to Hanover!

Perfect stay

This was a great location for us. Easy to check in and everything was clean. Plenty of parking so you didn’t have to worry about not having a spot. If you forgot anything they had it there incase. There were some snacks and drinks there if we wanted them. You could walk to some shops and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Nice Place

The unit was clean, manager was quick to respond and l stayed there for a week. The queen bed was too high and small for me and my husband. There were steps provided so that you can get up in the bed. A regular king size bed would be a nice replacement. Also there are steps inside to get up to the unit so that would stop me from staying there again. . The decor is nice and the unit was comfortable.

Home away from home

The apartment is wonderfully spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully appointed. It provided comfort, ease and safety. Photos online are completely accurate. Many thoughtful details have been considered. The location was perfect for my needs and within a few blocks of restaurants and shops.

Third time!!

Sam's apartment works perfectly for my sister and I. This was our third time. It's convenient to Gettysburg and other places to visit. There are good restaurants not far away, walking or driving. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

So very nice

This apartment is so pretty. It was very comfortable. There were snacks from local companies, Utz chips and Hershey chocolate which was very thoughtful. There was coffee pods, oil and spices, some drinks in the fridge. In the bathroom were some toiletries and body wash/shampoo were provided. Sam seems to have thought of everything his guests might need. The location was great with parking available next to the building. Close to Gettysburg, not too far from Lancaster and Hershey. This was a great place to stay. Thank you Sam for sharing your beautiful apartment!

Amazing rental experience

I’ve never rented a property like this before, but the reviews were great, the price was amazing, and the pictures looked perfect. I could not have been happier with my stay. The apartment is perfect and has so many helpful features - wireless chargers, easy keyless access, nightlights right where they are needed. Sam thinks of everything. If you are thinking of staying in or around Hanover, honestly just book this place if you can. No need to look further - hotels are twice the cost and twice the hassle for half the space and amenities. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks, Sam, for sharing this space and for all the care you put into making your guests comfy.

Perfect Stay

We had a great stay in this suite. We feel very lucky to have stumbled upon this affordable alternative to the area's hotels. The unit is clean and spacious with all the amenities you need. The bed is comfortable. This is an upstairs unit, as described in the listing, so that should be noted by anyone with mobility issues. Also, the living room is off of a staircase open to the first floor hallway (which can be used by law firm employees, etc) so that might be a little odd if you plan to utilize the sleeper sofa. We didn't find it to be a concern, however, when using the living room. The host provided great communication and truly cared about our stay. The location was great for us. Although on a busy street, the traffic was light in the evenings and early mornings so noise was not an issue when sleeping. We certainly hope that this property remains available and affordable for our future visits as we intend to stay again!

Perfect Home Away From Home

I traveled to Hanover on business and for a family visit. The apartment is absolutely fantastic, well maintained and extremely clean. The Hosts put forth every effort to ensure comfort, convenience and safety. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with many amenities. The location is perfect with shopping, restaurants and tourist sites close by. Without a doubt, my trip was made more enjoyable by staying in this apartment. Definitely will try to reserve again during my next visit.

A nice refuge, close to Gettysburg

Stayed for four nights at this lovely property in Hanover. Used it as a base for attending a conference in Gettysburg. Everything was exactly as pictured, communication was easy and responsive. All in all, very satisfactory and I hope to stay again for the conference next year!

Amazing!

Property was amazing! Exactly like this pictures! Host went above and beyond expectations with all the extras!! Never imagined there would be everything we needed including laundry soap and bathroom necessities! Located in the center of town with all kinds of little shops and restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be planning another trip to this location!! A huge thank you to the host for all of your hospitality, it made our stay so much better than we were expecting!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!

Perfect stay

Everything about our stay was great! The price and location were perfect for our needs. The suite was spacious and extremely clean. It is exactly as pictured on the listing. The extra touches were welcome: toiletries, snacks, laundry supplies etc. Easily in walking distance from the town square and we were able to enjoy the Snack Town Street Fair. Would stay here again!

2nd time as good as the first!!

The property comes as advertised, clean, bright and convenient!! AC is nice (even in May), though it's something I'm not used to. Bed is comfy, kitchen is nice, bathroom is clean and w/d come in handy. The outdoor space is nice, water feature a plus!! Hope to return next year and find some ghosts at Gettysburg. Never disappointed

Sam Gates is a great host. Always enjoy our talks. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has everything you need for a short or extended stay, and is close to the town square. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance or a short drive. We are looking forward to our next stay. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in the Hanover area.

Excellent property

The apartment was accurately presented on-line. Clean, with great private and generous space. All appliances fundtioned and space was complete with everything we would need for the stay. Linens were crisp and towels fluffy . Refrig even stocked with basic soda and water. The host was timely in his check in and made sure we had all that we would need. He is aware of street noise and that is the only negative. We lucked out on weather and the location was a great base for our travels to the many Civil War sites. So close that we saw many more locations than we had originally planned. The owner's library provided great research opportunities during our stay.
