Dream location- Mountain Views, Reservoir trails, small town, close to USAFA
Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, this Palmer Lake town home has the most exquisite views. It is completely & newly renovated, everything new, including beautiful decor and appliances. Enjoy the walkability of a small town with quaint restaurants, beautiful lake, and yet just minutes from Wedding venues, I25, Colorado Springs, Garden of the gods, and USAFA. Also, because we are an end unit, you can enjoy East facing views of the lake. Perfect view for 4th of July fireworks, or the star on the mountain in December, or the many other activities through the year that Palmer Lake hosts. We look forward to having you and sharing one of our favorite places with you.
The property was easy to find, well maintained, and in a quiet area overlooking the city. Wildlife in the area was abundant and the location provided easy access to both Denver and Colorado Springs area. Property manager was quick to respond to all messages and checked in with us upon arrival. Overall the property provided a clean and quiet stay, relaxing soaks in the hot tub at night allows for nice views of the city lights, there is no shortage of wildlife in the area to explore, and we would highly recommend staying here. For our first Colorado experience, we were throughly pleased and looking forward to our next trip. A all around!!!
It is super clean, very comfortable and has everything you need. she would definitely go again. my family was delighted with the house. In addition, the place has a very nice view and the town is very close.
This property was fantastic and Shelly was an excellent host! The view at the property was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and it was just the right amount of space for two couples. We had a small mix up when we arrived with the cleaning, but Shelly went above and beyond to handle the situation quickly and effectively.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we would happily stay again.
Shelly was an amazing host. She was prompt in all communications. This condo sits above all other homes in the area overlooking the front range and Palmer Lake. Our family lived in Colorado Springs for 6 years and we came for a family reunion in Monument.
As we drove the roads or walked in Palmer Lake, many people waved to our family with a smile. Love the two stories with bedrooms below. The private garage was excellent to park our X7BMW with plenty of space. Everything was top notch, including shower, two bathrooms, kitchen with filtered water, strong internet connection, heater, even a window air conditioner.
Another thing that set Shelly's place apart was the abundant paper products that didn't run out for the five days we were there! Small things but really meaningful. Thank you shelly. We had a great time with 50 relatives and will be sure to come back next year. Blessings to you and your family.
Highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to relax! Perfect location, close enough to Denver or Colo Springs for a day trip. Home was clean, and Shelly was very sweet! We will definitely be back!!!
Our stay at Shellyâs condo was perfect. The inside was modern and clean. The view is unbeatable. And the bottle of wine left for us when we walked in was the perfect touch. Shelly was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I stayed here with our two sons for an entire week. The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The view from inside is amazing and the setting was peaceful. We hiked up behind the condo to see even more, including incredible sunrises. We cooked quite a bit, and the kitchen was stocked with necessary tools. Shelly was always immediately responsive to any questions we had. Very close to downtown Palmer Lake's great restaurants and the New Santa Fe Trail - walkable if you can manage pretty steep roads. Overall, we had a wonderful week, and will definitely consider staying here again when we come back to the area.
I got married at Spruce Mountain Ranch. I had myself and my bridesmaids sleep here the night before and we got ready at the house before going to the venue. The location was on point and easy to get to. Not to mention the views are incredible. The host was wonderful and left a cute card and bottle of wine. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
Unfortunately we only got to stay a few days but this spot is great! Close to colorado springs and perfect stay if you want to be a little more on the outside in the peace and quiet. 100% would recommend!
This was the perfect spot for my family of 5 to stay for a wedding at Spruce Mountain Ranch. Beautiful condo and even more beautiful views! Very clean and well laid out space and only 5 minutes to the wedding venue. Thank you for an awesome stay.
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck. It was so peaceful and scenic.
The condo is exactly as advertised! We loved having an attached garage & a nice deck with a beautiful view. We enjoyed the little town with good restaurants. We also had fun walking around the lake. We attended a wedding at Larkspur & the 8 minute commute to the venue was a true bonus.
This is a beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Shelly is a great host and was quick to respond to inquiries. We were pleased to find that the condo has a garage! Access to a washer and dryer was very helpful, and Shelly provides laundry detergent for her guests. The kitchen was very well stocked, and Shelly provided enough K-cups and half and half for our stay. A bottle of wine greeted us when we arrived which was such a nice gesture. We loved the location - an hour from Denver and close to many restaurants and activities. We visited Garden of the Gods, drove to the summit of Pikes Peak and visited Manitou Springs - all less than an hour away. Shelly provides a Welcome Book that is full of helpful information. I highly recommend this condo for anyone interested in visiting the Colorado Springs area.
Hi, I'm Shelly. My family and I traded California waves for Colorado mountains. I have fallen in love with Colorado Springs & secretly want to be a tour guide...there is just so much goodness. I love hosting and seeing what brings people to Colorado Springs. Some come for adventure and others need a retreat. In my own life, I've found both in this city and love to point others to experiences they will enjoy. I follow Jesus!. I enjoy: people, music, audio books & podcasts, travel, & working hard. I'm living present & intentional to soak in all the good bits of life!
This property is special. It is up in the mountains yet is uniquely positioned to give you a mountain view, city view, and lake view. Its nestled in a quiet town but still minutes from Monument & Colorado springs and all of its attractions. We especially love the local trails nearby.
