Profitez d’une escapade à la montagne parfaitement située dans ce condo de luxe de 2 chambres + mezzanine avec 2 salles de bain situé dans le quartier de Warrior’s Mark de Breckenridge. Ce condo attrayant est le refuge idéal pour les familles nombreuses ou les groupes de 10 personnes maximum. C’est à cinq minutes à pied de l’ascenseur Quicksilver et de l’école de ski du pic 9, avec de magnifiques pistes de randonnée / pistes cyclables en été. De plus, tous les magasins, restaurants et discothèques de la rue principale de Breckenridge sont accessibles à pied.

En entrant dans le condo, vous remarquerez les hauts plafonds voûtés et une cuisine rénovée avec goût avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable. Il y a de la place pour six personnes à la table et quatre autres au bar du petit-déjeuner. Le salon a une belle cheminée à bois en brique avec une immense télévision LCD montée au-dessus. The unit was clean and well stocked. The pool and hot tubs were great for relaxing in after skiing. And the proximity to the village area and the Quicksilver lift was certainly a plus.

We had a great time. The property was very close to the pool/hot tubs and the walk to the ski lift wasn’t bad. The condo was very clean and well stocked for a 4 day stay.

Best Summer Vacation

This condo was everything we hoped for! Perfect for large families or group getaways. In a prime location, only a short walk from Main Street with restaurants and gift shops galore. Summit Mountain Rentals staff were absolutely amazing. They’re communication with renters was spot on, making the checking in and out process extremely smooth. We will definitely going back.

Perfect location

This was a great location. Very short walk to the slopes and down town. Although it didn’t have its own private hot tub, there were 4 hot tubs and plenty of room to spread out, even during peak ski season. We were also lucky enough to have stayed at the condo right after renovations to the kitchen and bathrooms so everything was really nice. Check in was really easy and the hosts were very accessible.

The only issue we had with this stay was the fact that the roofers were directly above our unit for 2 days, and they were very loud when we were in the unit trying to play cards/games. Pounding was hard enough that we moved away from the wall hanging by dining room table for fear it may fall. We think when they dropped the shingle stacks- because it shook the whole unit and was very loud. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in Breck.

Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was positive, the unit was mostly clean and in good condition, kitchen well-stocked, the rooms had small humidifiers which was a VERY nice touch, the heat in the unit was an issue, the thermostats didn't seem to work as intended, but after a couple of days and cranking them up to what woudl normally be way too hot, the place was comfortable enough, blankets were smelly and dirty, and the primary bath light switch was broken

The condo was in a great location to Main Street and skiing. Everything is walkable. The condo is comfortable and looks like pictures. We had an issue with the heating, the condo did not stay warm and we were cold a few times through our stay. Other suggestions would be to add new pillows and to clean the draws in the kitchen as there were crumbs and stuff from prior guests. Other than the above it was a nice stay.

The condo was just what we needed. It's a little dated but was very clean! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed!

Great condo near the Quicksilver Lift

We really enjoyed our stay at this Motherlode condo. The unit was recently re-appointed and had a nice plush carpet and new tile in the bathrooms. The condo is, as mentioned in other reviews, all the way up on the third floor (no elevator) so we kept our skis in the car all week. The property management company, Summit Rentals, was very responsive and immediately addressed a couple of issues with kitchen appliances. My one important suggestion for the owners would be to improve the living area seating. There is only room for five (even though the unit sleeps 10-12) and that was pretty tight. A larger sectional sofa would do the trick.

Week of spring skiing at Breckenridge!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at Motherlode A-11 for some spring skiing. The location is quite nice, walking distance (5-10 min) from one of the lifts. The condo is nice, although the kitchen is not very well stocked with cooking items (only one cutting board, can opener was broken, etc). There is a crock pot, which is great. Took us all week to learn there was a leaf to the dining room table but then the table wouldn't open to fit the leaf in! We had 2 families, with 8 people. There is an extra bunk bed in one guest room so you could fit 10 easily.

Great Ski Condo!

Layout was nice and had a lot of room, more room than we needed, for our family of 5. We walked to the Breckenridge Ale House & Pizza, we enjoyed this thin crust pizza and the Super Slice!I couldn’t find the Recycling bins at the complex however Breckenridge town has a recycling center 8 minutes away off of Hwy 9 on Coyne Valley Road which was a very easy stop on our way out of Breck. The dishwasher didn’t seem to work very well, some of the cups had to be washed again but we may have had trouble figuring out how to turn it on/ off. The units do not have ski lockers so we left our skis in the car which worked out well, easier than carrying them up and down the flights of stairs. There is a walking path to the Quicksilver lift from parking lot so easy for our kids to follow the signs to the hill. The management company was proactive in reaching out during our stay to confirm everything was good, they were very responsive and helpful with questions during our stay and even brought an extra fan that we wanted to use while there. We had an issue with the oven handle and they were very quick to send someone to fix it for us. We wish we would have used the wood burning fireplace but we forgot to get firewood, so we will next time. We plan to stay there again !

The location was in walking distance to the lift (not able to ski to/from but a short walk even with fresh snow). The stairs to the condo were a daily challenge after skiing but not an issue. The area at the entranceway in our condo was convenient for storing our skis (no storage at ground level). Parking was very convenient at the base of the stairs - no trouble getting a spot on the weekend.Inside the rooms were spacious and the bed comfortable. Both bedrooms on the same floor as the living/kitchen area, the loft up the spiral staircase and open to the living/kitchen area. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water. The hot tub was a quick walk from the condo - we returned in wet suits, boots and a towels only through the snow and didn't feel cold, so short was the walk.The kitchen had the pots/pans/dishes/utensils and oil/various spices/salt (nothing in fridge/freezer provided) needed for dinner prep. Only items we wished we brought were foil and plastic wrap for leftovers and sandwich wrapping. The coffee maker needs an upgrade or different filter papers - it didn't drain into the carafe well and never tasted right even with four days to experiment (we brought our own coffee - supplied was Folgers). The sofas were great for the four of us and the table and breakfast bar made for comfortable eating. Overall the entire space was clean.When texting the property management the response was within minutes. We'd stay here again.

Set-up inside the Motherload fit our need for 8 people well. Only complaint is no matches or lighter for the Duraflame logs that we purchased for the fireplace since it's not gas. Well, the pizza cutter could be better, but that's trivial.Definitely would rent again if back with more than 6 people!

Able to grocery shop and cook meals in apartment. Only bad thing, no elevators. had to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Not easy when my wife and I are in our 60's. Wife broke foot on last day loading luggage into car.
