The apt/house was very clean and all the necessary components for a long stay. Easy walking access to Main Street -
Robert was kind and attentive at all time. Will hopefully stay there again!
Property was within a block of the Main street in East Aurora. Everything within walking distance.
Home was very comfortable, and had all the comforts needed to enjoy yourself. Robert was great with communication and made our stay very memorable.
I would highly recommend this house for a great stay when visiting East Aurora.
Location is one block from restaurants and shopping. Nice outdoor deck. Well stocked kitchen. Loved that host had food in fridge and coffee. Had stayed there before.
The house was a perfect place to land for my brother, and I.
so close to everything, including the nearby. Hotels were other family were staying we could not have found a nicer home for the weekend.
Perfect location for EA! Walking to restaurants and shopping a breeze!
All the amenities of home, perfect for our stay.! Plenty of parking.

I grew up in EA, but never experienced it from living in town. We loved the location - walking easily to restaurants, shops, ice skating... Roberts place was well appointed and very comfortable. Enjoyed wood fires, breakfast goodies and ideal set up for our dog.
We loved this home! Great location only a short walk from the Village shops & restaurants. It was like having our own private home for the weekend with a lovely fireplace & deck. Robert was a wonderful host stocking kitchen & bathroom for his guests. We will definitely be back.
Itâs difficult to know where to start with this because everything was perfect. The accommodation was wonderful with everything you could possibly want. Robert our host was fantastic and supplied us with everything we needed. The location is perfect for Niagra Falls and Letchworth State Park. I would recommend the accommodation and location with no doubt and should we decide to come back to East Aurora would definitively rebook!
We truly enjoyed our stay on Church Street. The fenced in yard was perfect for our pups to play. We brought a gate just in case and used it in front of the dog door to prevent any escapes when we left. The area is walkable with sidewalks that will take you to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Robert had essentials in the kitchen stocked including eggs, bacon, and bread to cook up breakfast after a long drive. We will be back!
I was in East Aurora for my 50th high school reunion. This property was the ideal location for walking up to Main Street, Vidler's, restaurants and shopping. The home was comfortable and well equipped. I was so glad to have a private parking space, since there were several nearby events. I had a ringside seat for the Thursday night, Vidler's concert, and was able to walk up to an unexpected street festival on Saturday. I was just a few blocks from the Friday night reunion gathering at Fireman's Field. If this property is still available in another five years, I will book it again.
This first floor apartment within a house with its private access was a perfect place to spend East Aurora reunion weekend. It was perfectly situated within a block from the center of town. And the space was perfect. Really comfy bed, nice living room space with all the amenities including both cable TV
and smart TV streaming options (and very speedy internet!). The lovely shaded deck was cool on the warm summer days and very pleasant in the evenings as well. And the kitchen in this house was by far the best equipped we have ever rented on VRBO - plenty lots of silverware, dishes and the right cookware. Robert even stocked the refrigerator with lots of goodies including eggs, bacon, english muffins, and half and half! Last but not least, Robert was very responsive to all our questions - we had only to text or email and we heard back from him immediately
Our only regret was that we had only the 3 nights to enjoy it. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat, reunion or not! Thank you, Robert, for sharing your home with us.
I stayed at this property for my wedding weekend. I got married at Knox Farm and this was conveniently located near the park and the Main Street businesses. It was the perfect sanctuary from all of the wedding craziness. I arrived frazzled and rushed. There was a very sweet card and a bottle of wine waiting for me. I had my dog with me and was thrilled that the deck had gates so she could enjoy some time outside without having to worry about her running away. Although I did not get to spend much time there, the few hours I was able to spend there were relaxing and stress free. The house had everything you would need. It was comfortable and cozy. I loved the shampoo and soaps in the bathroom for guest use. They smelled amazing!
I would highly recommend this property. It is a block from Main Street East Aurora and all of the great shops. Even with all of my pre-wedding crazy questions, the owners were helpful and always responded quickly.
Thank you for taking some stress out of my wedding weekend! Having a nice cozy place to relax really helped me enjoy this event so much more.

The place was fabulous. Well-stocked kitchen. Very nice touch -- eggs, bacon, muffins, and orange juice in the refrigerator. Great keurig coffee maker with keurig cups. We have beautiful weather in November and were able to outside on the large deck. Fenced in yard for our dog. Location was perfect. a block away from the village with all its shops and restaurants. Robert was great to deal with. Met his mother -- a very nice lady. She liked our dog. Would definitely stay again. thanks.
Just a block from Main St. Walking distance to everything. Great restaurants nearby, check them on Internet. Suggest you make reservations. E. Aurora is a great town. Super shopping too.
This property was everything we needed and more for our stay in beautiful East Aurora. Located conveniently near all of East Auroraâs best shops and restaurants, as well as close to the 400. Robert was easily reached and communicated in an extremely timely manner. The property was well cared for and snow removal was done promptly and efficiently. Our dogs felt comfortable and had a private fenced yard where we knew they were safe. Amenities in the house were a surprise and appreciated (shampoo, soap, eggs coffee) everything we needed and more. We are so grateful for them and hope we can stay again in the future. We will be recommending this place to all of our visiting family and friends.
This rental is in a great location, you can easily walk to downtown restaurants. Host provided great communication. The rental was well maintained and very clean.
My husband I would like to thank Robert for our wonderful six week vacation at his apartment. Perfect central location in East Aurora. Amenities and attached porch were a big plus for our extended stay. Robert was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We have booked our stay for next year! Anne A.
My wife and I spent four days and three nights here, and cannot stress how much we enjoyed ourselves. 37 Church Street was the perfect opportunity we've been looking for to get away from the stress of work, pandemic, and life in general. Accommodations were clean and cozy, and the memory foam bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Accessories like the hot tub and fireplace were very nice - if there was one hiccup the whole stay it was that we struggled to start fires. We are both experienced with firebuilding, so it was frustrating that we had to make our own kindling - nothing between newspaper and split wood. This one problem underscored how hassel-free the rest of our stay was! The location was exactly what we were looking for - close enough to Buffalo, Niagara Falls, and other attractions to make day trips, but nestled in a quaint and charming small town. We felt at home during our stay, and I regard that as high praise. Thanks for a great time!
