À Sunshine Cottage, rien ne vaut mieux que d’être au bord de l’eau, à ½ pâté de maisons de la baie, et à seulement 7 pâtés de maisons de Pine Avenue. Sunshine Cottage ne pourrait pas être un meilleur nom, parce que ce chalet de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain vous permet vraiment de découvrir la beauté d'Anna Maria Island. Détendez-vous du pied du ponton, nagez dans la piscine, détendez-vous au soleil et marchez jusqu'au dîner. Avec l'accès au canal, vous avez la possibilité d'amener un bateau directement au quai par la baie de Bimini. Il n'y a pas de meilleur moyen de se détendre et d'oublier tous vos problèmes!

Great property and great location.

Three night staycation with friends from out of town. Quiet, secluded property on canal with great pool. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this rental.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and we loved the pool. My grandchildren loved how the pool lit up at night with different colors. My daughter and I agreed that we would stay here again in the future.

We loved Sunshine Cottage!

This house has everything and so many nice touches beyond that. The backyard is the perfect setting for a tropical vacation. The landscaping is beautiful, the pool was fun and has a fountain and lights and we loved sitting out on the dock by the canal! They have a green light in the water, near the dock, that attracts fish and we enjoyed watching them at night. We appreciated having beach equipment provided at the house and took advantage of the bikes and kayak we could rent from the owners. While out in the kayak we believe we were lightly "bumped" underneath by a manatee! Unfortunately we didn't get a full sighting. This house is exactly as it appears in the listing. Communication with Michelle was great. We arrived before check in time due to an early flight and we were able to drop off our luggage before the house was ready. We had a golf cart for getting around, which worked well and we enjoyed being on the quieter, north, side of the island. We hope to come back!

Great place to stay. Highly recommended

This property was great for our two week getaway a way. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Pool was nice and heated upon request. Would recommend renting a golf cart to ride around the island. It is very close to the houses next to it and parking was very tricky but other than that our stay was wonderful.

Visited for Thanksgiving Weekend. House was clean with everything we needed. Location was close to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed be able to kayak and paddle board from the backyard.Would rent again.

Beautiful Beach Bungalow!

Perfect place to go for a few days w family to celebrate a wedding! Cute little cottage with all the comforts from home! Rode bikes around town and to some private beaches every day and then came back to the house for a swim in the pool. Very relaxing and would do it again next year!

Great stay at Sunshine Cottage

This was our first visit to Anna Maria Island and we loved it. Beautiful beaches and water, bike friendly and laid back....perfect for a relaxing holiday. Sunshine Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed being on the canal, yet very close to the bayside beach and an easy cycle or drive to the ocean beach. The house was beautifully furnished and well equipped. We especially appreciated all of the gear for the beach - chairs, umbrellas etc. We enjoyed the bikes and ease of getting to nearby shops and restaurants. The pool was warm, clean and a good size for all 6 of us to enjoy. The backyard landscaping is very pretty, we loved the coconut palms. We hired a stand up paddle board from Beach Bum rentals on Pine Ave and saw dolphins and manatee in the bay. Be aware that the bathrooms and bedrooms in the Cottage are a little on the small side (as pictured). Not a problem for us. The owners were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We would like to return one day.

Wonderful Week!

We truly enjoyed our week at sunshine cottage! The house was even nicer than the pictures. Kitchen had everything we could need. The bikes were a great addition and fun way to get around the island. The pool was perfect and we loved sitting on the dock and having a water view!

Fantastic

The Sunsgine Cottage was fantastic. The house is adorable, very clean, comfortable and has a great location. Everything you need is provided: beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, a wagon, etc. the only downside to this trip was that our stay was too short! The pool is beautiful and the kids loved it. It was only a very short walk to the bay side, and since we had small kids we drove to the gulf side. Both sides were gorgeous with lots of shells. We didn't see any wildlife off the dock except for a couple of fish and minnows. However, with a beautiful view and the pool we weren't disappointed. I highly recommend this home and hope to be back!

A Dream Come True Vacation Home!

The house is very nicely equipped for all of your needs. The pool is lovely and sitting on the dock next to the water makes for a peaceful morning and evening. We even saw dolphin in the water. The location is nice, it is not a far walk to an ice cream shop and stores. The Pier is fun to visit, too! We will stay here again someday.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at your home. We took our grandchildren--age 10, 11, 12 an 18 and we all had a great time. It was nice to have so much beach equipment and we so enjoyed the pool and the pier and all the chairs and lounges in the back yard. We so appreciated that we could bring our dog, Rowdy. He also enjoyed being there with us. The last day when we were leaving we had to trick him out from under the bed and when we told him we were going home he jumped up on the couch as if to say "nope I am staying here." I think we all felt the same way! We would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in your beautiful home.

Relaxing tropical paradise

Sunshine College is amazingly lovely! It is clean, well maintained and decorated with lots if Florida beach and Anna Maria accents. The pool/ canal area is a true tropical paradise with exceptional landscaping! The screened lanai is perfect for outdoor dining. A week was not enough time here!

Beautiful Sunshine Cottage!!

Relaxing Anna Maria home. We enjoyed this newly updated retreat with our daughter and grandchildren. Perfect for boating, and sunning by the lovely pool. Coffee In the morning on the lanai!! Wonderful location to walk to restaurants, beach and pier. We would definitely stay in this lovely home again. Scott and Michelle you have a created a perfect oasis with the new landscaping and lighting.

Perfect Getaway

This home is very clean and very spacious for 6 guests. We loved the flexibility of heading to the beach or relaxing in our own private swimming pool. Quiet location which was great for relaxing in the pool. Nice big kitchen with all the amenities you would ever need. Great location on the island with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and stores of which are within walking or biking distance. Bikes, beach chairs with umbrella were available for us to use which was a great plus. First time in Anna Maria and loved it! Can't wait to come back again soon

Relaxing Getaway

This charming cottage was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house is well kept, cute and fully met our needs. We took full advantage of the pool each day. I like that the owners provided little amenities like beach chairs and an umbrella, pool floats, beach towels, etc. for the time that we spent at the beach. The location is great, too; it's only a short walk or bike ride to everything on the north end of the island.

Family getaway

Such a cute house with character! My husband loved fishing off of the dock anytime he wanted to! It was so nice having a pool right out back while our toddler napped. Our dog especially loved being on vacation with the family. I absolutely loved the kitchen which was so open where you could see and entertain everyone. One of the days we rented a pontoon boat which we were able to bring directly to the house dock. Overall great stay, a few minor issues which were taken care of immediately by the owner. Since Florida is so hot is heats up the pool so no need for the heater to be turned on during the summer months!
