South City Accommodation Unit 3

Une toute nouvelle unité avec 2 chambres 1 salle de bain cuisine moderne et un salon spacieux pour profiter.

Il a également des fenêtres et des portes à double vitrage et une isolation phonique dans les murs entre les unités. Il fait chaud et ensoleillé et dispose d'une terrasse pour profiter d'un café.

Il a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner vos propres repas et une télévision avec une fonte chromée afin que vous puissiez regarder vos émissions préférées depuis votre appareil sur l'écran du téléviseur. Nous fournissons également Internet pour vos besoins.

Notre hébergement est très proche de South City où il y a un supermarché, une variété de points de vente de nourriture, une banque, un magasin de poste et des machines à voyager dans le temps. Il se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture ou 30 minutes à pied du centre-ville d'Invercargill.

De plus, il est à environ 5-10 minutes à pied de l'hôpital de Southland

Cet hébergement vous procurera un confort tout en visitant notre belle ville en visitant nos parcs, restaurants, magasins et bien plus encore.

Invercargill abrite le défi Burt Munro, les musées mondiaux du transport de motos et de camions, le Tour de Southland et de nombreux autres événements

Great little place to stay over on our travels. Very clean, comfortable and centrally located. First of our Stayz homes to have an electric blanket on the bed. Great little bonus. Very easy check in and we had everything that we needed.

Roomy and nice

Unlike many VRBO’s we have stayed at, that have “stuff” all over the place trying to make it look “homey”, but taking up valuable horizontal surfaces for setting your stuff on, this place is rather spartan. Nothing sitting anywhere, just a few things on the walls. It looks sort of “sterile”. That being said, however, it is a wonderful place to stay. Lots of room for spreading out, making yourself at home. Everything is new, clean, shiny and works! The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great. The location was good. It was quiet, parking was easy. There were 3 units in this building- all VRBO’s I believe, because when we drove up there were people unloading suitcases from their cars into both of the other units. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to family and friends and look into staying here if we were in the area again.

Confortable, well-equipped unit

The unit was ideal for our weekend stay for our family of 4. Although close to a main road, it was quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and having a washing machine and dryer in the unit was a real bonus. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very obliging. The only downside was the lack of towel rails for 4 people. Another towel rail or even hooks on the back of the door would have been helpful. Overall though, would highly recommend this accommodation.

Nice weekend

Nice, clean unit. Beds were comfy. Lounge furniture could be more comfortable and kitchen stock is very basics. The road behind the units can be noisy.

Unit in South Invercargill

Well appointed new accommodation in South Invercargill. Outside areas still being developed and an outdoor seating area sheltered from rain and wind will be an asset. Johanna communicated immediately when asked a question and the unit provided excellent utilities and amenities for a good price. Thankyou.

Cant go past the queen bed, comfortable like a five star hotel. This place has everything for your needs, great kitchen, shower, wifi and very secure. No garden yet because the places are new.
