Yes the pool heater controls both the pool and the tub. The guests are not allowed to operate it for safety of guests and for owner avoiding any breakage cost due to some guests in the past giving bad experience. I am very sorry to hear about your stay. We have ordered parts for the jacuzzi and it should be fixed soon. The pool bulb was replaced, gated community is not always open - there are multiple entrance gates, short term renter visitors are only allowed to enter through the main entrance with guards. Hello Janet, thank you for staying at this home and for your review. We are sorry to hear about your experience. I have reviewed your reservation details and the messages. You informed us about the jets not working on the 16th but after that message we never received a confirmation to send our handyman. Apparently due to the protocols and compliance regulations, we have to receive a written permission from our guests allowing our handyman access the property during the stay in order to assist with any requests. The team asked you twice for the permission (on 16th and 17th) and it was not provided. On the 18th. we sent a handyman when you had messaged us again asking for jet assistance, but you told us that you have ants situation handled. We frequently do pest control to all our homes, but Florida climate is more welcoming to bugs and insects. A different home code was never given you - this may be related to diff home address that was given to you to resolve the amenity issue, while we working with the HOA. This is allowed. I have asked my management team to check on what the homes need so we can add anything that is needed. We do not provide pool towels and BBQ grill rentals are offered on weekly basis by our third party vendor. Different homes have different perks. I am sorry that your experience was not as wonderful as hoped.

Thank you Earl for staying with us, we are sorry but we are just hearing about the cleaning issue through your feedback. We remind our guests to take pictures and communicate with us via the guest portal. If we were notified about any issues during your stay, we would have sent our inspector at that time to check and rectify the issue. However like I said, nothing was brought to our attention. We wish you would have left happy from our home and hope to serve you better next time.
