411 Carolina Blvd est l'endroit idéal pour vos prochaines vacances en famille. Ce bungalow classique de l'île des palmiers a tout ce dont vous et vos invités aurez besoin pour créer de merveilleux souvenirs. Situé à quelques pas (2 pâtés de maisons) de la plage et avec sa propre piscine privée, cette grande cour clôturée, une terrasse spacieuse, un barbecue au charbon de bois et une douche extérieure avec de l'eau chaude / froide créent le paradis extérieur parfait. Ce bungalow dispose également de plusieurs vérandas grillagées et d'une grande terrasse pour encore plus de plaisir. Au printemps 2016, les propriétaires ont rénové la cuisine et installé de nouveaux planchers de bois franc.

En entrant dans cette maison par le porche grillagé, vous trouverez un salon ouvert, un coin repas, une cuisine entièrement équipée et la suite parentale. La table à manger peut accueillir 8 personnes avec un espace salle à manger supplémentaire sur le porche. Le salon offre une grande TV HD et des sièges confortables pour que tous puissent se détendre et profiter après une longue journée au soleil.

En bas, 3 chambres supplémentaires, 2 avec lits queen et l'autre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Ici, vous trouverez également un autre salon, un bar et une table de billard! Cet espace est vraiment l'un des points forts de la maison. Mais ne vous inquiétez pas, si vous n'êtes pas un requin de la piscine, vous pouvez défier l'un de vos invités à une partie amicale de ping-pong au rez-de-chaussée, projetée sous le porche!

Cette charmante maison de plage bas-pays est située entre l'île de Palms et l'île de Sullivan, ce qui rend l'accès sur l'île et hors de l'île très facile. Vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants à proximité de cette maison et le centre-ville historique de Charleston est à seulement 20 minutes en voiture!

Place is in a great spot, beach cottage vibes

Place was overall nice. We enjoyed our stay as it was close to the beach and the pool and game room was great to have. Not as modern and luxurious as some of the other places we looked at but was still great for a family vacation.

Perfect in so many ways

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was spotless upon arrival and its close proximity to the beach is ideal.Our boys had fun bonding while playing pool and everyone enjoyed lounging pool side.The neighborhood is very quiet at night and I enjoyed listening to the waves crash on the beach while lounging on the upper front deck.Management was very responsive when we called to report that the pool filter was not running.I highly recommend this property. Hopefully we will be back again next year!

This was one of the best rentals i’ve ever stayed in. Perfect location…only 2 short blocks to beach & walking distance to restaurants. House was clean and all the beds & pillows were very comfy! We all had a great week & would definitely come back!!!

IOP Beach House

Highly recommend this rental. The location is perfect in a quiet area and short walk to the beach. The pool was awesome for when we needed a break from the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and 4 bedrooms gave space for everyone. 5 stars all around.

Cute home with close access to beach/stores and restaurants

Perfect setting for our family! Husband and I, and 4 19 boys. Setting was perfect downstairs for "man cave" with pool table and ping pong table. Will be back, but during a time when we can use pool. March was a bit cool for pool use. Beautiful home! Only note I would make was the stove top handles for someone that loves to cook, the "#"s were worn out so had trouble knowing if cooking on high, med, or low! Stay 5 Stars!

Spring Break Vacation with Family

We had a great visit to Isle of Palms. It’s a place we’ve visited as a family several times before, but never to this part of the island. It was a great location, a little quieter and within walking distance to downtown and a short drive to Sullivan’s and Charleston. And we loved being a block from the beach. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect place to stay with friends

We had a wonderful weekend! We enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs in the backyard. The screened in porch was great so that we could be outside but not be eaten by the bugs. I felt the kitchen was very stocked with items like plates and glasses. Lastly, a quick walk tot the beach or the strip with restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!!

Great place in IOP

We stayed at this house as a group of 2 families with small children. It is spacious and we especially enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces - the porches and of course the pool. We cooked a few nights and the house is stocked with all of the necessities. Unlike the other reviewer, we found the beds to be extremely comfortable. Great location as well - very quiet street and quick walk to the beach.

Property was as advertised. Very practical, comfortable and rental ready. Enjoyed the location. Rideshare was dead in Charleston - so was delivery, but since we had a very user friendly kitchen and dining area, it was no problem. Good vibe and enjoyed it.

Boys Week

411 Carolina was a surprise vacation for my son and his two best friends all 10-year-old boys. Two other adults attended the trip with me and we all enjoyed ourselves immensely!! We made great use of the kitchen pool table grill and the pool good location close to the beach clean and the check-in checkout process was super easy. The pictures don't do the downstairs area justice.

Very clean & cute place to stay. Very short walk to the beach. The house had everything you will need. Not super modern but very clean. I was happy with the home, it’s location and everything it offered. The beds were comfy as well. Couple of things that would have enhanced our stay: 1. If the pool was heated. It was frigid. Only the kids were brave enough to swim. 2. Hot tub 3. Propane BBQ 4. Bikes & beach chairs to use

Great Getaway and Relaxing

Was a little concerned because of house being built behind this property. We rarely saw builders though and it did not affect anything. Enjoyed the pool, pool table and ping pong. We did have some rain so it was good to be able to do things still at house while it rained. I was reluctant to travel during this pandemic but this house is all-inclusive if anyone has concerns. It’s also very close to the beach. Inside is updated with fully equipped kitchen. Teenagers basically had apartment style living on first floor while my husband and I were upstairs. It was great to get away. The area is absolutely gorgeous too.

"Best Vacation Rental Ever "

According to all 4 of my kids, this property was "the best vacation rental ever". Within walking distance of the beach. Several of our planned outings got canceled due to Hurricane Ian, however, there was plenty for the kids to do with games, pool, and ping pong table. Thoroughly enjoyed our mini family getaway despite the hurricane.

This was a great house, close to Front Beach. It was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. The only issue we had was a water back up in the downstairs bathtub and a sewage smell we used the Drano which was in the bathroom and the problem resolved. There were only two adults using this bathroom for the week. I’m wondering if it might be an ongoing issue if more people were using this bathroom?

Nice but don't look too close

The property is badly in need of some TLC maintenance. Living room is nice and kitchen. We were an hour late for check in and the house was still being cleaned. We didn't pay for early cleaning so I guess we weren't important enough to have the house cleaned for the 4 0'clock check in. Kitchen was dirty when we arrived. I had to clean kitchen and silverware drawers. The garbage drawer and can in the kitchen was really gross. Floors hadn't been swept in a long time. So much paint on doors and trim that you can't shut the bathroom doors or lock them. Master bedroom was nice. The downstairs couch was so yucky none of the family would sit on it. Roach came into the basement first night and died on floor. It was an inch long. Other dead bugs under bathroom sinks. Outside garbage cans were full and smelly. They are under the stairs which lead up to the front entrance. Smell them every time you walk in. The house had some nice features but needed a good scrubbing on all hard surface floors. I really don't like sounding negative but all this is so true. I don't know who the owners are but they need to get a new rental company.

A great time in IOP

The property was great. It's located a short walk from a wonderfully non-crowded beach, is within (long) walking distance of the IOP shops and restaurants, and a very short drive to the same over on Sullivan's Island. It's close enough to the beach that we found ourselves hitting the beach in the morning after coffee on the front deck, then hanging by the pool at the house in the afternoon, and then walking the beach again in the evening. The indoor pool table is a great touch to get out of the heat without getting sucked into TV watching. Be sure to eat at Acme in IOP and Mex 1 on Sullivan's!
