Spent two days in this beauty. When you go in, please be aware that this is a building from the late 1800's so expecting everything to be in tip top shape is silly. Love that it is so central and right in the middle of their downtown, close to everything. Utilized the patio with heater and it as very nice.
This location was so adorable! I loved the charm of the history that the team preserved. The beds were very comfortable and the place had everything we needed. It was very helpful to have a designated parking spot, I wouldn't recommend bringing a large vehicle as it's pretty tight but not terrible.
We really enjoyed our stay in Glenwood! The location of the apartment was perfect to walk downtown and the to the "big pool". The beds and linens were comfortable. The smaller bedroom has a skylight and no darkening shades so be aware if you're not an early riser though it was no problem for us. The private back deck was great for morning coffee and sunset time. We would stay here again!
Lovely location, we could walk everywhere. One parking spot but covered 24hr parking was close by for other vehicles. Great living room space and comfortable beds.
We were celebrating my daughterâs recent graduation from CSU. Weâve been to Glenwood Springs many times but never in a VRBO. This place nailed it! We loved the space, the decor, the location, and the easy communication with the hosts. It was great to be able to walk almost everywhere, find close hiking trails and of course bike through the beautiful canyon. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
There were a few things that could use a little attention, but the location was wonderful. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants with amazing views all around.
We loved staying here! It was a really fun place with tons of character and we were very comfortable the entire time. It was close to everything in town and we enjoyed everything about it. We would definitely stay here again!
Perfect location to walk to and from Amtrak train station, to and from restaurants and shops, and also Glenwood Hot Springs and pretty 1 mile walk along the river to and from Iron Mountain Hot Springs.
Location can't be beat. Only real complaints were the radient heater was pretry noisy throughout the night. The glass patio door was very hard to unlock. Looked like the handle was missing a screw which mad it a bit loose and the key would not turn. Took about 10 minutes to get the door unlocked. Other than that, the property was comfortable beds were great and the location was fantastic. 5 min walk from all of down town. So much you can do without having to drive. Highly recommended.
We absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this loft..It is in such a perfect location, it was really nice to walk everywhere & the parking spot is a great bonus!!We enjoyed looking over the town & watch the snow flurries in the morning. Our relaxing weekend was so so so perfect!!Thank u!!!!
Fantastic location in the heart of Glenwood Springs
We took the train from Denver to Glenwood Springs. It was a 2-block walk from the train station to the property. No rental car needed for the trip. Perfect for what we wanted.
We are Scott & Nicole Nelson and purchased the Watersweeper building in 2015. Nicole has been the owner of the downstairs business, Elizabeth Dean Boutique since 2010. We were both born and raised in Glenwood Springs and love living here, so we have an extensive knowledge of things to do and the history of the area. We are both very active and enjoy the multitude of outdoor activities that are available in and around Glenwood Springs.
Our beautiful loft is located smack dab in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs. Within walking distance of MANY fantastic restaurants, shopping, spa's, the world's largest hot springs pool, the new Iron Mountain Hot Springs, biking and hiking trails, Glenwood Adventure Park and caves, whitewater rafting, 10 minute drive to Sunlight ski Mountain & a stone's throw to two world class fishing locations! You can't beat this bustling location that breathes a relaxing vacation!
