Casa Belvedere sera un endroit parfait pour vos vacances. Situé à Konavle, dans le village Dubravka avec une vue panoramique. Villa est un lodge romantique possédant des niveaux de confort de haut niveau, entouré d'oliveraies, de plantes méditerranéennes parfumées, ce qui ajoute à la tranquillité. La villa est à 29 km du centre de Dubrovnik et dispose d'un parking privé gratuit. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est également disponible dans tout l'établissement. L'aéroport de Dubrovnik est à 17 km de la Casa Belvedere. A piece of heaven in the Croatian Countryside

We had a wonderful time in this house. It is spacious, clean inside and outside. Our kids loved to play in the garden and the pool! And all of that does not give justice to the beauty of the surrounding! And the owner are super helpful and kind!

Spent a fantastic week at Casa Belvedere. The villa was spacious and spotless with fantastic views across the hills of the Kenavle region. The pool and garden are exceptional and very well maintained. The villa is based in a small residential hamlet about 5 minutes from the town of Gruda where you will find shops, bars, restaurant, etc. The more touristy town of Cavtat is only a short drive away (around 25 mns) and offers everything you would expect from a seaside resort. You can also take a boat to Dubrovnik old town from there (which i would recommend over trying to drive and park!) or to go swim in the blue caves (I highly recommend). Casa Belvedere was always a welcome refuge after a busy day sightseeing. We particularly enjoyed watching the sun set from the pool - a truly memorable sight. The hosts are really lovely and brought us delicious fresh figs on a couple of occasions. We would not hesitate to book again.

Fantastic place

Property has lovely, very clean and had everything you needed arriving by plane. A/C very effective either for heat/cooling. Wonderful garden and lots of different places to sit in or out of the sun. Pool was superb also and well maintained. Ivica was always at hand if needed and was diligent in maintaining the pool, but always decreet. He also kindly picked us up from a restaurant rather than walking back. Lets not forget about the view from the pool - Fantastic. Local supermarket 2 min walk. A couple great restaurants about 6km drive or 50min walk. Dubrovnik 45mins by car. If I could recommend one trip it would be a FULL day out to Karuc, Lake Shkodra in Montenegro and a boat trip there. Go via car ferry and Kotor (lunch). Lake Shkodra - It takes you to a different continent/country like Vietnam -Unbelievable scenery especially at the viewing point Pavlova Strana Rijeka. The property location is great if you have a car. We have lunch in Bosnia at Trebinge and an evening meal in Perast, Montenegro. Both between 1 - 2 hrs aways.I cannot recommend this place enough !

Beautiful holiday villa

We had a fabulous holiday, the location was great with local village amenities yet quiet and beautiful location and views. The villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, the outdoor space and gardens are beautiful. Ivica was very attentive, kindly cleaning the pool daily each morning and on hand for any queries and providing great tips on places to visit. Overall a great place to holiday.

Our first family holiday abroad was amazing at this villa. The swimming pool was immaculate and the garden beautiful. Ana and Ivica were great hosts! Excellent!

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful Villa. Ivica met us on our arrival and showed us the villa and was available through out our stay if there was anything we needed. The villa was immaculate as was the large garden and pool. The fridge had been stocked with local cheeses, hams, fruit, wine and soft drinks as well as fresh bread which we very much appreciated everything had been beautifully presented including fresh flowers on the table. The village is very quiet ( bliss) with a few Unesco sites within walking distance.There are some lovely local restaurants on the river worth a visit as well as the restaurants in Molunat. We had visited Dubrovnik before so decided to head to Montenegro and Bosnia. Kotor and Perast are definitely worth a day trip as is Mostar ( a 3hr drive) and Trebinje. We would highly recommend staying at this lovely villa and if we could, would award it 10 stars rather than 5. What more can we say other than a car is essential but a really wonderful place to stay. Thank you Invica and Anna.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful location

This is such a beautiful villa in a peaceful and scenic destination. It is set up to a really high standard and spotlessly clean. The hosts were incredibly generous and welcoming making us feel at home and relaxed as soon as we arrived, and then left us in peace to get on with the holiday. The gardens and swimming pool were a real highlight, both immaculate and really well thought out. There is seating and sun loungers dotted throughout the gardens meaning we could always find a perfect spot to sit and read a book or eat outside together. The pool is wonderful, and uses natural filtration so no nasty chlorine! The view from the terrace down the valley and on to the coast was breathtaking and I enjoyed my morning coffee taking it in every day. We travelled as a family with 2 children, aged 10 and 8, and the kids had the best time. The garden is set up with play equipment, table tennis and space to run around so along with the pool, they were fully entertained every day. We hired a car and that worked really well for us to get around the local area and we even took a day trip to Kotor (amazing drive, I highly recommend it). I totally recommend this property and we hope to return again soon. Thank you Ana and Ivica, you are the perfect hosts!

Perfect house, location & hosts

What a fantastic holiday home! Ana and Invica's house was everything we were looking for in a holiday rental: spotlessly clean, comfortable, spacious and well-maintained. It's in a great location near beautiful Cavtat and Dubrovnik, yet far enough away from the crowds to feel peaceful and surrounded by lush countryside. We were given a warm welcome by Invica and Ana when we arrived, and they had left us some delicious local produce to enjoy, including cheese, bread, cold meats and home grown figs. The house is immaculate with a nice shady terrace outside the kitchen to enjoy meals, and the garden is beautifully planted with lavender, rosemary, fruit trees and flowers, with a dramatic mountain backdrop. The pool is clean and well maintained, with a spectacular view right out over the valley to the sea - and plenty of sun loungers and large parasols for shade. Our hosts were helpful and available throughout our stay when we needed them, but at the same time left us to enjoy the house and our privacy. I can't fault anything in their offering - and it's so lovely to stay somewhere so clean and friendly! Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday.

The perfect holiday!

Even before we arrived our hosts Ana and Ivica were amazing. They organised the airport transfer for 5 of us and the separate collection of one daughter from Dubrovnik coach station - We were warmly welcomed at the villa which is situated in the most beautiful location on the side of the mountain in Dubravka. After showing us the property we were left to enjoy a tasty lunch of local cheese meats and bread with fruit and other goodies thoughtfully provided for us -no need to rush off and shop! Ivica helped us shop on the Sunday in the bigger shops in Gruda, and the rest of the week the local store 5 minutes walk away had everything we needed. On our first evening we had dinner in the village restaurant sat on the terrace taking in the amazing views. The house, pool and garden were immaculate- the photos simply do not do it justice. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine . All the rooms are well furnished and comfortable and there is air conditioning which kept the house at a lovely temperature. The scenery and views are stunning - across the valley you can see the sea and behind house the dramatic mountains. 20 minutes walk away is Sokol Grad well worth a visit. We decided not to hire a car and made use of the local taxi to visit Molunat and Cavtat from where we took a boat to Dubrovnik. We highly recommended the villa and are so grateful to Ana and Ivica for being marvellous hosts- we had the perfect holiday .

We had a wonderful time at Casa Belvedere. Our hosts, Ana and Ivica were so welcoming. Amazing!

Casa Belvedere is a fabulous villa. It is immaculate throughout and the views from the property are incredible. It is a quiet and tranquil setting. When we arrived on Sunday evening we were greeted by Ana who explained where everything was. We were provided with cold meats, cheese, fruits, soft drinks and both wine and beer for our evening. Best welcome ever! There is a nice restaurant and small shop within walking distance but so many lovely restaurants in the area that are a short drive away. The villa is very well equipped and immaculate throughout. The pool area is fantastic and we spent many mornings and afternoons soaking up the all day sunshine. The pretty town of Cavtat is a short drive away. Lots of restaurants and beaches that we all enjoyed. From there you can get a ferry to the iconic city of Dubrovnik, which is well worth a visit. A wonderful holiday. Casa Belvedere will not disappoint. A big thank you to our lovely hosts.

Amazing villa up in the mountains with beautiful views

We have just returned from an amazing week staying at Villa Casa Belvedere: 4 adults and 3 children (one under 5). We had a tremendous welcome from our hosts Ana and Ivica, who explained everything we needed to know and provided us with a wonderful selection of provisions; milk, bread, meats, eggs, wine, coffee, fruits, biscuits plus fresh figs and tomatoes from their garden. The villa was spotless and well equipped with everyday household products so there was no need for a big shop (very unusual in our experience). Very comfortable and beautifully appointed, the villa had efficient air conditioning and WiFi. Outside was peaceful and quiet whilst the view was stunningly dramatic with mountains, a valley and a glimpse of the sea in the distance. The gardens were spacious with plenty of lovely seating areas, whilst the pool was the highlight of the children’s day. We employed the services of a wonderful taxi driver recommended by Ana and Ivica who was cheaper and more convenient than hiring a large 8 seater. There is a small shop and an excellent family run restaurant within walking distance from the villa. We also made good use of the brilliant electric BBQ. (No need for gas and coals etc). We couldn’t recommend villa casa belvedere or our lovely hosts Ana and Ivica more highly.

Amazing stay and amazing villa!

We rent a lot of vacation houses with our family, but this one really stood out. The villa (both inside and outside) is just magnificent. A peaceful place where you can relax...and perfectly located if you want to visit Cavtat, the beaches and Dubrovnik. Thank you to our fantastic hosts for the great vacation we spent in Croatia. Recommended!
