Bienvenue au paradis! À seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la magnifique plage et à une courte distance du centre-ville de Port A. Juste à côté d'Access Rd. 1-A. Récemment mis à jour avec des couleurs et un décor de plage lumineux. Les autres équipements incluent 4 télévisions, des comptoirs en granit, Internet sans fil, un barbecue et une buanderie. Il est à seulement 3 portes de la piscine communautaire étincelante et un accès facile au parcours de golf Palmilla. Il y a une limite de deux véhicules à ce condo, il est interdit de fumer. Great Location

This property is in a great location. It is close to the beach and also close to town. We had enough room for everyone and it was perfect for our quick beach trip getaway.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay. I don’t believe this house could sleep 12 comfortably; unless there were more young kids than adults. We had 9 people, and it was perfect! The loft upstairs was a plus being a good place for our teenagers to hang out. Great location, and clean cozy condo overall.

Kitchen infested with cockroaches and living room had what looked like feces. I call the office, they said it would be taken care of, but no one showed up. My family is not used to having these bugs in our house or ever.

Convenient Beach Condo

Very accommodating staff. Maintenance responded timely to issue experienced with mattress in order to make it more comfortable for my pregame DIL. Overall we enjoyed the condo very much. The only somewhat negative for us was the live streamed TV service … not a huge fan, but we adapted and were not at the beach to watch TV anyway. Also, the dryer settings seemed a bit confusing but we eventually figured it out! Always a great experience in Port A!

Loved it!

Check in was a breeze! Any email or message was quickly responded to. We had 9 people and we more than enough room. The three full bathrooms were perfect to allow everyone to shower without long wait. Plenty of towels and travel toiletries. Having a washer and dryer was great! We definitely took advantage of not having stinky clothes from fishing. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with plates, bowls, serving platters, cookware, utensils! A big back deck with chairs and propane grill. The beach is an easy walk away. Just over the hill. It was very peaceful and comfortable. I highly recommend this property! We’re already planning our next trip back!

Great condo for a women's weekend away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I and three friends stayed at the condo early in Feb 2014. The weather disappointed but the condo did not. It was the perfect size for us. And it was within walking distance to the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood but easy drive to town. Not much view but the beds were comfortable, the place was clean and we loved having a laundry room. Come with laundry soap, paper products and garbage bags as there were very little of some and none of others. Check in and out was quick and painless. Great place and a great price.

A little disappointed

The description of this property is not really accurate. It’s alot smaller than expected. We found dirty and wet dishes in the cupboards, a fuse box on the patio being held shut by a board braced against our picnic table which must have just been painted because when you sat by it it left paint on your cloths

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a great location. The parking was difficult with 2 small spots it was difficult getting the vehicles in and out. I read the reviews regarding the roaches...it is real. The first morning I turned on the lights and they scattered. I cleaned the whole kitchen, sprayed, and left the lights on. Down from 20 to 30 to 3-4. Also the upstairs bathroom floor the tile is broken so be careful to avoid an injury. Down stairs shower would not drain well even after plunging.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had plenty of room for all eight of us , we have been going to Port Aransas every June usually for 4-7 days for the last 20 years. My family did enjoy the stay except for a few things one of the upstairs full size beds had a worn mattress, every vent was dirty and moldy the pans in the cabinets were still dirty and greasy , there were no extra blankets to use on the couches to watch TV and the water hose to rinse off the sand had a hole in it and the coffee maker was broken . It’s the little things that matter.

Walk to Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great location, walkable to the beach. There are four bedrooms, so pretty roomy; however, the sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable - you could actually feel the springs right on your body. My daughter put her yoga mat over the top, but then abandoned the bed completely for the downstairs couch when a tree roach ran over her. The batteries in the gaming station controllers were dead and none were available to replace, so we couldn't use it when we wanted to on a rainy morning. We found a card game, so played that.

Nice, but...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was good. Our group consisted of 11 people—8 adults and three kids. Check-in was marred by several emails indicating I could download an app. The app does not exist. The description states it sleeps 12, but there were only six places to sit around the dining table. The beach is over 1/3 mile away. I walk 2 miles a day, so I just included that in my calculations. Several of us used the pool which is heated—a nice plus. We had three vehicles, but there was only enough space for two. I parked at the convenience store (Mr. Texan) down the road. The one place they recommended we park an extra vehicle no longer allows vehicle parking. The parking area was small, we had a small pick-up and a Tesla. They barely fit together. Maneuvering the truck to get out was a challenge. There was a huge truck opposite of us. There were small roaches in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

It is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The only negatives would be we saw a couple of roaches. The front hose needs replacing, it is hard to use. Regardless of that, we will be back, it’s clean and comfortable!

Great trip!

This unit had everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked with all the needed cookware. Towels were fluffy and new. I would suggest some type of flooring over the bare concrete floors. Constantly felt like they were sandy and dirty no matter how many times we swept or mopped and with a granddaughter that is just crawling, it was a concern. Location was great! Parking lot is very cramped. We took an F-150 Ford pick up and an Expedition and it was a very tight squeeze in the driveway. The one car garage is not part of the deal on this one. Downstairs was smaller than the pictures seemed. Overall, we would probably stay here again.

AWESOME VACATION

Back patio had room for all. Beach was within walking distance. We rented a golf cart which really added to the fun.

Eating was a challenge as table sat 4 and bar 2 for inside dining. Outside view was of a fence but numerous chairs. Kitchen equipment should be updated and slight issue with cockroches but they were dying.
