Nous proposons une maison entièrement meublée avec une cheminée, une piscine de sport et une salle de jeux, un son surround et un foyer.

Cette maison est chaleureuse et spacieuse Lakefront Paradise! Une retraite privée pour la famille et les amis pour se réunir et renouer avec la nature et les autres. Vivez une aventure de camping de luxe avec tout le confort de la maison!

La maison 4 br / 2ba est équipée de tous les nouveaux appareils Samsung, TV LCD, thermostat Nest Chauffage central et air, lave-linge et sèche-linge LG. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec Keurig, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles et batterie de cuisine!

La maison dispose d'un système de son surround extérieur et de haut-parleurs intérieurs. Apple TV en bas et câble en haut.

De nombreuses activités sont disponibles pour tous les âges, salle de jeux intérieure, piscine pour bumper, jeux de société et fléchettes.

Venez vous détendre au coin du feu et regarder le match à la télévision, jouer à un jeu de cartes à la table de poker ou choisir un jeu de société dans le placard de jeu bien approvisionné.

Le soir, vous pouvez faire griller des guimauves à l'extérieur dans le foyer et vous faire des miams délicieux ou simplement vous asseoir autour du feu en riant et en passant du bon temps avec vos proches, en partageant de vieux souvenirs tout en en créant de nouveaux.

La piscine et le bain à remous sont les dernières additions. La piscine et le spa disposent d’un système d’éclairage à LED extraordinaire pour s’amuser lorsque le soleil se couche. Ou pour vous détendre, allez pêcher sur le quai pendant que le soleil se couche derrière le magnifique lac Dowling !!

Amazing place to relax!!

The Lake House was an amazing place to stay with my family, wish we had more time to enjoy all the amenities this place had to offer but we were only in town for the weekend for a wedding, we will be definitely looking to book a longer stay!!

Relaxing lake house

location is very nice, property in a great setting, check in was easy. House is dated and in need of fixing up, the deck is in need of major repair give it a 3 out of 10, land scaping 4 out of 10, all in all its a nice place and the process was easy they just need to invest in the property.

Lovely Lakehouse Getaway!

This is the perfect place to unwind, decompress and just enjoy each others company. Everything was very clean and had upscale linens which we always appreciate. The views from the decks and dock are just stunning. We really enjoyed the use of the kayaks and awesome evening on the dock watching the full moon rise. The best thing is we never had to go in the car once we arrived! A perfect weekend!!

Great stay at the lake!

We had a great time at the lake house. Our group was 4 adults & 7 kids, and we all enjoyed the pool, hot tub, kayaking, and fishing; the local gators even “visited” us off the dock. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs, the balcony was relaxing, and we had plenty of space. The owners were responsive to our questions and friendly. We visited Weeki Wachee springs and Rainbow springs, both were 45+ minutes away but worth the drive. I would absolutely stay here again!

Family gathering

Loved the LakeHouse! Truly enjoyed the setting- the lake is a lovely, peaceful spot to reconnect. We enjoyed the fireplace, fire pit, the pool, and the house itself was perfect for us. It would benefit from the addition of hooks to hang wet towels and clothing, and the wifi needs an update. We would definitely stay here again-it was lovely!!

Family Labor Day weekend

We had a lovely relaxed weekend on the lake. The house was beautiful. The host had everything we needed and some extras. There were plenty of outdoor chairs, games and puzzles. They even left us a s’mores kit. This was a great addition. We spent the weekend fishing and kayaking on the lake, floating in the pool with a piña colada, grilling and playing games in the evening. The yard was big enough for the guys to play wiffleball and the dog to run around. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back.

I wish some things were disclosed. Character limitation below. I had 21 items.

1. Wi-Fi is 4-5 mbps. If everyone is using it no one can use it. I feel I would have been more prepared if this was disclosed upfront. I work in tech and planned to work 1-2 days of our trip. I was not able to due to the Wi-Fi. 2. If your cell phone provider is Verizon you will not have service until you reach the main road when you turn onto the properties road. Usually we would rely on Wi-Fi calling but due to the signal strength of the Wi-Fi it was not consistent. I recommended to Jen to look into star link. 3. One TV is direct TV and the other is Roku. If the wi-if is being used by other people in your party it can interfere with watching the Roku TV. 4. The downstairs basement bedrooms do not have windows. 5. The downstairs basement bedroom with 2 closets only has 1 available for guest use. 6. We stayed as a party of 7. 2 family’s. We both have pools and manage our own pool equipment at home. The 2 skimmers never worked on the pool. Only a net and a brush were available to clean the pool with. Leaves stuck to the bottom. I’m not talking about a handful. I am saying over a 100 and it was everyday. The nats and mosquitos would cover the pool from the night before every morning. I feel that the pool was a let down due to it was constantly dirty. We talked to the property owner several times about the cleanliness of the pool and communicated that the skimmers were not working and the pump would not stay primed and the pool filters pressure gauge was over 30psi.

Family trip for Dad's Birthday

The hosts were responsive and check in was easy. It's in a very remote area. We rented here because my dad wanted to ride ATV's at a nearby park so that was convenient.

Family getaway

We were looking for a fun place to be together for a few days before my Son leaves for 3 years. He is in the USMC. It was a perfect place for us. We loved the layout of the house. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks, and paddle boat. We, also, loved the darts and game table in the evenings We loved having coffee on the deck in the mornings. I would highly recommend this place for a fun family location.

Secluded Paradise

The Lake house was wonderful. The views are breathtaking. Check in and out was exceptional. Communication with Jenn and greeter was easy. The house is located in more of country back roads to get to it. It’s secluded quiet but beautiful and surrounded by nature. More than enough space inside. Clearwater about 1.5 hrs and Sunwest Park, Natural springs about 45 minutes. Thank you Jenn for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful quiet location

Our family had a lovely time at the Lakehouse. The kitchen was well appointed with drawers and cabinets labeled for convenience. Beds were comfortable. Be aware that the bedrooms on upper level are open to the living area at the ceiling, so are not insulated from sounds in the living area and kitchen. The location was private and quiet. The pool/spa and the view were the highlights. We did have an issue with runoff from the driveway going directly into the pool after a downpour. This made the pool unusable for 24 hours until the pool company was able to service it. The owner was responsive and remedied the issue in a timely fashion, but we did lose a day of pool use. If use of the pool/spa is a priority for you, I would recommend inquiring if this drainage issue has been corrected.

Cabin Feel

We enjoyed the tranquil setting of this property. It felt like we were isolated "up north" in a cabin vs. in Florida. Loved the ability to control the temp of the pool and hot tub, as needed. Really appreciated the "pay it forward" cabinet. Greatly enjoyed Kafe Kokopelli and The Farmhouse in Dade City (the cookies at The Farmhouse - 10/10). We wished the patio furniture was upkept a bit more. Also, the thermostat in the home would automatically reset to 81 degrees Fahrenheit multiple times a day, so we would return from a day in the heat to a hot home or wake up and the air hadn't been running for hours. Overall, would return and will refer friends and family to the property.

Amazing getaway

Welcome to our humble abode! We are so excited that you are looking at our fabulous home! Tony and I share a love of traveling and have a lot of experience in staying in VRBO properties, so we thought why not give it a try with our own homes?

Both of us are ambitious entrepreneurs. Tony owns a technology company I own a real estate company. In fact, if anyone is coming to Tampa to "house hunt", feel free to contact me, Jenn, and I'll be happy to guide you to your dream home. :-)

Both Tony and myself are very busy but love spending our free time together with our 13 year old son and 4 year old Maltipoo, Smooch.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We were shopping for a unique home with a gorgeous view and fell in love with this house at first sight! It is so awesome to find a vacation home within 40 minutes of Tampa! You will feel so peaceful sitting on the porch and looking at the beautiful lake as well as enjoy the salt water pool and all the other amenities. We love this home and hope you do too!
