Vue latérale sonore sur la plage de Navarre. Courte promenade vers le golfe ou le son avec des plages de sable blanc de sucre. Communauté paisible. Super endroit pour se détendre. Nouveau mobilier et service de nettoyage et nettoyage complet, y compris la moquette, en juillet 2018. Master King avec salle de bain privée. La deuxième chambre a des lits superposés et deux lits jumeaux qui peuvent se combiner pour être un roi avec une entrée privée à la deuxième salle de bain. Deux vélos adultes et certains équipements de plage et de plongée disponibles dans le garage.

La Navarre est un endroit idéal pour la plongée en apnée ou la plongée avec 3 récifs artificiels en Navarre. Kayak et canoë disponibles sur place. Le golf en Navarre et la jetée de pêche de Navarre est un endroit idéal pour attraper du poisson! La location est du samedi au samedi

Getting away

We have not been to Navarre beach in 5 years. We love the area so much to see and do. It would be nice to have regular chairs rather than beach chairs. We are both 83 and can do lots me with knee replacements etc too Harrison get up in a beach chair. Enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful as Always

This is the second time we have stayed here, and we are highly likely to keep returning for many years to come. Micheal and Suzanne have always been amazing hosts with very timely responses. The condo was clean and the neighbors are always friendly. If I was ever asked about staying in Navarre this will definitely be my first recommendation.

Our favorite place

Wife and I love this place. This has become our default destination. Michael and Suzanne are fantastic and accommodating hosts who are our first choice for rental. Very clean, conveniently located, competitively priced. Five stars across the board!

Perfect getaway

We really enjoyed this property. The neighborhood was very nice and the view was amazing! It’s a very short walk to the beach. The condo was clean and nicer then the pictures. We would stay here again.

Navarre Beach

It was clean and cozy. Everything we needed was there for our week long stay. Location is great. We love the view from the balcony. Our grandkids liked sitting out there and watching the water. We always felt safe while staying there. Overall another great stay.

Amazing

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. There were so many amenities that made us more comfortable, from salt and pepper and cooking spray to beach chairs and umbrella. Everything was very clean. 3 separate beds in the second bedroom was absolutely amazing for my 3 young kids. We enjoyed the beach and the sound and spent a lot of time on the balcony too. Easy access to everything. We loved the town and the restaurants. We would love to come back and would look for this place to stay first!

New Years with family

Great convenient location near beaches, restaurants, shops. Spacious for a two bedroom and we loved the front balcony to view the bay. Quiet neighborhood. We plan on staying at this location in the near future.

Beautiful location

Beautiful, quiet place. Short walk to the sound or ocean. We were there for the 4th of July and watched fireworks from the deck all across the sound. The picture makes you think there is public parking down below but this is not the case. It is mostly used for overflow parking for the condos.

Beautiful View

We loved the condo so much we have stayed twice. The view of the causeway over the sound is grand. The beach to the sound is just a few steps away, and a short walk gets you to the beach at the gulf. There are a large variety of children’s and adult toys including bikes and paddle boats. The well stocked kitchen made cooking most of our meals very convenient. We hope to return someday.

Lovely condo in a Great Location!

This was just the break we were looking for. The condo was neat and tidy when we arrived with everything that we needed, and more. There was obvious new furniture in the living room, and one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. It was clear that the owners read the same reviews that I did, and made some changes. Nice and clean with a gorgeous view and a short walk to the sand! We will definitely be back!

Good location

We had a good time and enjoyed the views but the property is needs a serious deep cleaning. I appreciate that dogs are allowed to stay but the rugs are extremely spotted because of inconsiderate dog parents. That being said, the rugs should be replaced. The wood work and the cabinets need cleaning attention as well. We did enjoy the area and the location and with a little work the condo could be perfect.

Nice stay with great location on watee

A plethora of resources to use during our stay, full kitchen, games, wifi, beach stuff, Netflix, lovely balconies & so close the to Beach on the sound. A very nice walk up to the road to potty the pups & a nice sidewalk parallel with the main hwy to walk as well. The beach of the sound side is very nice with enough sandy beach to take a nice stroll on in the am with family. I figured out that due to the a/c being turned up the humidity built up on the tile floors making them seem “dirty” & it had a musty smell upon entering but once the a/c ran & it cooled down the smell wasn’t as apparent & the floors weren’t sticky. I even wiped the floors down & they weren’t unusually dirty. I agree with previous reviews, the carpet was in need of a good steam cleaning but that is probably because of allowing pets inside, just bring slippers if that bothers you. However, the bathrooms & kitchen were very clean indeed. A nice stay for the price & with a little carpet care, I’d stay again.

Furniture is sparse and very outdated. Dishwasher would not close. Owner indicated housekeeper had trouble with it but eventually got it to close. After that, we were able to push hard enough to get it to close but needs repair. Saw previous review in May, 2018 with same issue. Some lights had burned out bulbs. There were no mirror in 2nd bedroom. Sofa was dated and faded. Garage was full of sand and very disorganized. Could not determine which equipment we were to use as there was nothing to indicate which items were whose. Patio furniture was worn and dated. Not suitable for outside. Screen was laying on patio for the window. Sliding door was almost impossible to open and close. Stove had clock/timer that didn’t work. And there was no other clock in the unit. Carpets need cleaning. Kitchen had left over condiments. Cookware was extremely sparse. This unit needs serious update. Only good thing I can say is the bed was comfortable and the location was nice.

Hidden Gem!

The location is great between the sound and the gulf! The condo was clean, well stocked and the balcony was the best place to be in the evenings! The walk to the gulf took roughly 5 minutes with our 18 month in tow. The extra amenities that are offered were what sold us, having bikes to use, paddle boards and boogie boards kept our 11 year old busy the entire week. We definitely plan to return, already looking to book for next year! Michael and Suzanne were great hosts and very responsive when needed. This place is definitely a hidden gem! If you're not looking for the touristy area but rather a true beach destination, this is the place to be.

Relaxing location, great access to many adventures!

We had such a great trip in March to Navarre. My 11 yr old and I loved the location, with the sound outside our door and the gulf a short walk away. He was able to play in the sound while I watched from the deck. The home has most everything you may need, and plenty of other entertainment. We enjoyed the bikes, and wanted to take out the paddle board. I highly recommend this location as a relaxing beach vacation.

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and had a super easy check in/out. This condo has a great location to the beach and the sound. Loved the sound view. It is a beautiful condo and was very clean and quiet. I would Definetely stay again! My only complaint (minor of course) was that they were working on one of the other condos and wouldn’t let us park in the driveway. Can’t wait for our next visit to the beautiful Navarre!

I've been a beach lover since growing up in New England and spending time on Cape Cod. I've been coming to Navarre since 1990 when my sons were little and I'll keep coming back!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This is ideal for us. It has a view of the sound and I tend to eat most meals out on the front porch. Sound side beach is less than 100 yds away. The sound side beach is quieter than the gulf/bay side beach and it's easy to paddle board - the water is more still. The gulf/bay side beach is 711 steps away (I put on a pedometer to check) which is really close. I love the island giving me both choices within a few steps

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Access to both the sound side beach and the gulf side is only a few steps. No car is required which means the parking problem goes away.
I love the breeze which blows all the time to make it not quite so hot in the summer.
