Big, clean and very nice overall. The location is incredible if youâre skiing at Diamond Peak. Itâs literally a 2 min drive to the resort and the Hyatt is super close too for gambling. We will definitely be back!
Our stay was great! The community is quiet and the house was perfect for the 6 of us. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and communication avout the unit was very clear. I would highly recommend! Great price!
This very well maintained property is in a great location. Our family of four found it to be very spacious. Communication and checkin/out with the owner was very easy. Only suggestion would be to add a BBQ and a table and chairs to eat at on one of the two nice decks.
Shoulder season is really peaceful at Tahoe. This unit is. North east of Tahoe and we used the time to discover and hike around lessknown beaches on the east side of Tahoe.
We had a great time and the unit had everything that we needed and more. The property owner communicated very well and was very helpful when we had questions. We were pleasantly surprised by the connected TV setup (Sling, Roku). Everything was as described and was a great value. Would highly recommend.
The property was clean and close to nearby Sand Harbor beach. However, the kitchen did not have baking sheets, kichen towels, or decent knives. A bbq would have been nice.
Nice stay but some small upgrades would go a long way
We love incline and have stayed at other units in the same complex that we have enjoyed very much. Although the unit was clean, the mattresses were very hard, the sheets were old and pilled, and the towels were small. The rooms could all use more/better lighting as things felt dark. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The TVs had Roku which we enjoyed while in our downtime and the WiFi worked great for our kids! Thanks for the nice time!
My family and I had a great time on our recent winter trip to Lake Tahoe. Great location in Incline Village that is walking distance to the Diamond Peak shuttle. Kids loved the patio and views of the Lake. While it was cold outside, heaters quickly warmed the home. Lots of seating and space to lounge and relax after a day of snow play. Check in/out and communication with host was easy and smooth. Weâll be back soon :)
This house looks better in person than the picture. The upstairs family room/kitchen area is the best part. Very spacious with great views. Conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants.
The host was very prompt with responses.
Overall, great place for a family!
This place was great to stay in! There were a few minor things but those were addressed and taken care of. One thing I would have liked is a little softer of a bed. But overall great place!
Overall our stay was good. The place was quiet. But the smoke detector in large bedroom was gone, Bathroom light out downstairs, Bathroom conditioner didn't work downstairs, No garbage bags provided, No information on what to do with linens, Coffee filters are cone shaped, the small room could use a dresser or a bar for longer clothing and the lamp shade is broken.
Great location if you're looking to visit anything spanning South Shore to Kings Beach area. This is an older condo but well maintained with some upgrades throughout.
Our family enjoyed this condo as our home base while visiting Tahoe. There was plenty of room for everyone. Itâs close to the pool. The host is very accommodating and understanding. Great stay!
Easy access to the house. Great location for navigating all areas of the lake. House was very clean. Only downside was the beds are not comfortable. We did visit during a âheat waveâ and the no A/C was rough when trying to fall asleep. We didnât think to pack beach towels and there were only bath towels. Other than that, great setup.
I fell in love with the lake view from the deck when I saw this property. Incline village is one of the few areas you can enjoy both mountains and the beach. Pine trees outside the unit are growing fast, but we can still get a glimpse of the lake from the living room!
Winter: ski at a number of nearby resorts Summer: relax on the lake + enjoy a large pool of summer activities Fall and spring: bike, hike, casinos, and restaurants! Tahoe is less crowded (and more peaceful) than usual during fall and spring.
