Greatly located , great house and pool
We had a great time over there. We enjoyed the proximity of the parc and the beach. We enjoyed the pool and watching the red macaos flying over our heads every day.
The owners are very nice too.
Have a drink at the Gaïa !
I will recommend the house to everyone.
👍🏻
Great place near all the action!
The space was clean and private. Loved the pool. The monkeys came to check me out the first day, which put it off to a great start! A bit awkward to open the gate at night in the rain and the security light only stays on for 3 seconds, so he ready. I used my phone flashlight to see the lock. But otherwise, all was fine.
Scenic Stay
Gather up your patience b/c if you can make it past the exceptionally lengthy check-in monologue, you're in for a great stay. The place is located down a small road off of the crazy main road between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It not only allows you to get away from the craziness and noise of the main road, but it brings you right into the amazing rain forest. We saw as much wildlife at Barry and Annie's home and on our walks to and from the bus stop as we did on a trip to Manuel Antonio. (including a sloth in a tree at head height) Monkeys came right to the patios. I watched morphos fly past the windows almost daily and scarlet macaws live nearby and constantly fly over the road to Barry and Annie's. Barry and Annie were responsive to our concerns (safety of the stove- they promptly replaced it) and requests (a sheet to cover the large picture window and not having the housekeeper clean the patio so early in the morning). Nice space, it is stocked with cooking utensils (including a blender for fresh fruit smoothies) and also had tupperware (big plus for our extended stay). Also very helpful was the free laundry. There were beach toys to use (including a boogie board). The pool is very nice. We wished there had been screens on the windows for the cool nights (it did have A/C that we then had to use). Overall, nice space. (esp. the common room) Wonderful location!!
Great place!
We had a wonderful time. Barry & Annie were fantastic hosts. Barry gave us super tips and guides. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious. The only negative was we thought from the pictures it had a view overlooking the ocean sunset but we loved every minute of our stay.
Outstanding accommodations!!
Had an incredible time. The pool was very refreshing. Also had a visit from the Capuchin monkey.
