Une belle grande maison de quatre chambres dans le domaine de Marco Island. Fantastiques vues dĂ©gagĂ©es sur la baie jusqu'au col de Caxambas. Des dauphins sont vus quotidiennement dans la baie ainsi que des pĂ©licans et des balbuzards nichant. Grande piscine chauffĂ©e plein sud. VĂ©randa filtrĂ©e pour dĂźner en plein air et barbecue. Wonderful Neighborhood, great pool

The property is a 1.5 mile walk (or easy drive) to beaches and restaurants, but the neighborhood is upscale and quiet. The house appointments are a little dated, but the place is clean and large. I had reason to talk directly with the owners, they are pleasant and very responsive.

Family Vacation

This house is beautiful and the location is perfect. We have rented down here for our summer vacation the last 5 years. This is the 2nd year that we have rented this house with family and everyone had a wonderful time. The location is close to the beach, all the restaurants and the park. Best spot we’ve ever had

The home is a little dated but damn
.u couldn’t ask for a better location. We loved the pool and rented a boat for 5 days and were able to keep it overnight as well tied off to the dock. We caught a bunch of catfish which will stick ya really good lol, along with a couple sea trout. The boat and island hopping all day was the best and then you came back to this house and the whole thing was perfect!

Everything was great. FYI: the yard isn't up to the standard of the neighborhood. Curb appeal is not very good.

Check in was super easy and straight forward. We did enjoy the location, and enjoyed the pool as well. The only issues we had were as follows: 1) Ceiling fan in the Master Bedroom shook so bad, I thought it was going to fall out of the ceiling, and it was loud when it started to shake. 2) the drawers in the Master Bath had hair in them, so I did not use them. 3) There were small ants and small beetles in the master bathroom. 4) The property host was in the UK, so when we arrived and had questions, there was a delay with a response. 5) the sliding doors that opened to the back patio were hard to lock. Overall, I would not stay there again.

Recommend this stay

This house was not only very clean but very spacious. We saw dolphins everyday, some days they were right off the dock about 10-15’ away. We used the kayaks one day and got close with dolphins and a manatee. We had plenty of kitchen room and pots/pans/cooking items to use. Having a garage to park in was a plus as well. There are a couple new houses being built across the street, but the construction wasn’t loud at all and it was not a distraction. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to go to Marco Island for a week. Very quiet neighborhood for anyone wanting to enjoy their time and relax.

Marco in June

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The layout of the home, allows for many adults to spread out comfortably. There are 7 beds in this home, including two master bedrooms! We love the pool table / ping pong table! The owner also made the middle living area very cozy and perfect setting to hang out, play cards, and enjoy family time together. The dock easily held two boats for us as well. It was also fun to have kayaks and bikes. There is also an endangered burrowing owl living in the back yard. We name him while we were there. He came out morning and night - this was an unexpected treat to watch him. The pool area also had a lot of space to hang out. The house location is perfect to take the boat out to the nearby beaches. We had great family time and enjoyed our stay!!

Everything you need

This house is so much better in person than the pictures show. The house is older but fantastic. Went with 2 families and there was plenty of space for all of us. The pool was great and fishing off of the dock was amazing. A major surprise is that there is a massive house going in next door that cuts off a large part of the view but you still have a view. The construction wasn’t much of a bother ( and nothing the owners of this property could help).

We really enjoyed our stay here. Fantastic location for boaters!

We had a great time on our stay here! It is a fantastic location for boating! You can very easily and quickly access the open waters. . The house has a fantastic layout for a large group. There was an extra (small) bedroom that wasn't in the listing which was a nice surprise. My husband and I are very light sleepers, but the master is far enough away from the living room that we couldn't really hear all the kids that were up late at night watching movies. That was great for all of us!! We really enjoyed having the pool table. We had a lot of stormy evenings, so it got a lot of good use. The house is older which is fine, but it could definitely use some new furniture! The furniture in the den was comfortable and nice, but the furniture in the living room where the TV is was really bad. There's no cable in one of the bedrooms, and NO TV in one of the bedrooms at all. The house is also in need of some usable pots and pans, and some new pool furniture. Some of the outside chairs were completely falling through. Also, the bike are unusable! That was very disappointing. I would definitely recommend staying here as long as you're okay with these issues. Denise was very quick to any questions or concerns we had. I will for sure keep this place in mind for our next trip to Marco!!

The house was beautiful.

The house was beautiful . The beach location was not as easy as we hoped for . It is a walk to the beach from where you have to park and you have to pay for parking. I will not be going back to Marco Island not because of the house at all it was the people there that were not friendly and very rude. The beach was beautiful but not very easy to get to .

Marco Island Getaway

Despite the fact that we lost a couple of days due to a covid infected person previously at the home, We really enjoyed our stay, the house is well distributed inside, 3 master suites with bathrooms near by, another 2 bedrooms with full size beds and a twin, the kitchen is spacious, and fully equipped with all plates and utensils, the garage too, the bikes are too high, 28” so we couldn’t use them, we did use the canoes, the pool was great, all around, the house is not brand new but it’s perfect for a large family.

Family Time - Spring Break

This property had a gorgeous view on the water. The pool area was spacious, and we loved having a pool/ping pong table! This home was so spacious and really gave us a lot of room to spread out! We loved that there were two master bedrooms with bathrooms! We hope to return next year!

Ideal Home for Family or Larger Group

Perfect home and location for a family and/or larger group with five comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms, two living areas, a large kitchen, and things to keep everyone entertained: pool/ping pong table, bikes, kayaks, heated pool with a lounging area, fishing equipment, and even beach/pool toys for kids. In addition we had a working and clean washer and dryer, a stocked kitchen with a toaster and coffee maker, and good hot water for showers. Only thing that could have made this a perfect vacation would have been a clean grill. Thanks to the host for assisting us in finding a place to rent baby items (crib, pack and play, exercauser) which they delivered and picked up. I don't think we could have had a much better place. My favorite was sitting outside or in by the pool and watching for dolphins and pelicans while drinking coffee and eating breakfast. I can gladly recommend this home for others to enjoy.

We really enjoyed the location and house easily accommodated 10 people (6 adults and 4 teenagers)

Overall, a good experience. Plenty of space. Good location. It is dated but clean and well maintained. Would recommend having bikes serviced as they are nice to have but most didn’t work well and being so close to beach (1.4 miles) is a shame to not be able to use. Also, when we arrived there was no toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Seems common courtesy and should be included in the stay. Had to make a quick trip to store just for these common items when we first arrived. Grill could also use a really good cleaning but no cleaning tools available. Again, was a great location and enjoyed Marco Island. For our rental price feel like these minor things would make the stay a 5 star

Beautiful and relaxing place for our whole family.

Loved relaxing at this beautiful, waterfront Marco Island home. Our family of 8 was more than comfortable here. Relaxing in the pool or poolside in the lanai, watching daily stork, hawk, and dolphins in the bay. Kayaks were great fun for seeing the dolphins up close and exploring the waterways nearby. It was also fun exploring on land with the bikes as the island is very bike friendly. The gorgeous beaches are a good 20-30 min walk or 7 min bike ride or just a few minutes by car. Denise was fabulous with quickly addressing a couple of technical house issues that came up. A pleasure to work with! We would love to come back someday.
