As always we enjoyed our three month stay. The view is fantastic. We saw quite a few dolphins this year. The condo is wonderful and Bette is a fabulous hostess. Our only regret is that it is booked for the next two years so canât return.
Staying at this beautiful condo is almost a Zen retreat. The sound of the waves soothes the soul day and night. The water and sky are everchanging colors. The surf can be as quiet as a lake or as tempestuous as the North Atlantic. The beach is never crowded or noisy. The condo is complete in all aspects--beach gear, kitchen gear, bathroom supplies. Everything you need. And most important, Bette is a marvelous host.
We loved our say at Belleair Beach. Wonderfully situated on the the Gulf, we had an exceptional view of the beach and the water. The condo is very functional, very comfortable, very clean and centrally located to meet all of our Florida vacation needs. All the amenities are within a six minute drive. We are Toronto baseball fans so all trips to Dunedin for spring training was only twenty minutes away. High speed internet and a North American phone system was very appreciated. We loved our three month stay.
We have stayed in a lot of condos near Clearwater but this Belleair Beach condo was by far, THE BEST. The condo itself is bright, comfortable, clean and wonderfully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. It had everything we needed! The owners were lovely people but quite unassuming.
The beach has white sand and great for the shell collector! The beach was not at all crowded and almost seemed private. The gulf sounds were wonderful. The pool was sunny and clear. I would highly recommend this condo, in fact we hope to go back!
We loved staying here. The condo was very clean, bright and comfortable. The bed was filled with comfy pillows and we had a great night's sleep. The owners were wonderful and helpful. The pool was filled with sun and warm. The sand on the beach was almost white and shells were beautiful! We had the best time and hope to back soon. Thanks for the memories...
This is an older condo complex that is experiencing too many problems. General maintenance and the noise and inconvenience that goes along is expected at any complex, but this went way beyond the norm. Between the exterior wall leaks, sewer backups, elevator not working, pool not heated, electrical outage, stairways and beach access roped off and all the noise, dust and grit that went along with all this, it was not a quiet or enjoyable experience. Some days the only thing left to do, was leave. Lots of unhappy renters and owner's alike. On a positive side, this is a very nice location.
We have rented many places along Indian Shores and Indian Rocks beach for the past 12 years during Jan, Feb. This year we decided to try Belleair Beach. This particular condo is fantastic... quiet, peaceful, wonderful views of the ocean, has a charming palm tree in the path of the sunset view from the balcony, living room and kitchen. The ocean surf is audible even when the surf is at its mildest. The condo itself is very attractively decorated and efficiently arranged. The owners are gracious, helpful and non intrusive. We highly recommend it as a great place to rest, relax, sun and play. ENJOY!
My sister and I brought our parents to Florida and we were happy to find this condo on vacationrentals.com. The owners were so wonderful to work with, and were very accommodating. The condo itself is newly furnished, with great furniture, and has fun, colorful art everywhere--the kind that makes you smile! The master bedroom has a large window looking out on the Gulf. When you're in that bedroom, you feel almost like you're floating on the water. The master bedroom also has its own bath.
The kitchen comes fully furnished with everything you'd need to cook your meals in, which we love doing. They even provide a few condiments to get you started. And there is a really nice big dining room table to dine and play games on.
The view from the balcony is wonderful (there's only one palm tree slightly blocking the view of the Gulf. We saw some gorgeous sunsets sitting out on the balcony.
Our parents are elderly, so it was nice to have an elevator that takes you up to the second floor.
We loved the time we spent at the condo, and would definitely come back. We felt at home there!
The only negatives (and they weren't that bad) are that the pool is somewhat small and is on the street side of the condo (not overlooking the Gulf), and the outdoor grill was not working.
I highly recommend staying here!
