Cet appartement au rez-de-jardin avec une chambre et une salle de bains a été transformé en une escapade intime et relaxante, idéale pour un week-end romantique. Décorée avec goût avec les collections et les antiquités du propriétaire, la maison dégage un charme du sud décontracté. L'espace de vie ouvert comprend deux cheminées de briques décoratives d'origine, des poutres en bois apparentes et de nombreux sièges confortables. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une nuit, et une laveuse et une sécheuse sont rangées dans un placard à proximité.

La chambre a un lit king size, beaucoup d'espace de rangement pour décompresser et une salle de bain attenante. Girl trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was perfect for our family girl trip! The location is easy to get to from the airport with safe and convenient parking while at the same time walkable to every restaurant and historic downtown tour. Not only in terms of the time to walk (no more than 22 minutes to the river) but absolutely beautiful streets and squares along the way. An easy 25 minute drive to Tybee Island and a 4 minute drive to a grocery store and a leisurely drive and walk in Bonaventure Cemetery - these were the only times we used the car all week. Inside the property was cool and clean with plenty of room for the 3 of us.

Good choice to enjoy old Savannah

Reviewer Comments: Convenient to the Historic District & downtown and private parking is a plus. However, maintenance is a bit lacking. The clothes dryer didn't heat up, the gardens at the rear are a jungle, and the internet access wasn't working when we checked in (it got fixed later). Interior lighting is dark - no good place if you like to read at night. But the decor is authentic early 20th century and several pieces are antiques, yet the kitchen, bath, bed etc are up to date. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property!

The personal touches were very nice and "homey". Had a few small issues like not being able to use the front door due to no key! Also had a musty odor, and on the last night of our stay it poured and water came in under the wall due to the gutters above being clogged!! I assume the "musty" smell was due to previous water damage.

Quick Memorial Day stay

Overall the property was great. It’s an older building so imperfections are to be expected but it was well kept and the location was with in walking distance to all the tourist spots but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Our only issues were with parking. There was another car in the parking spot labeled for our apartment. I called the management company and was instructed to park in the next spot over but I was fearful the whole weekend we would be towed. Everything ended up fine but it was still just a bit of added stress. Also, one day we had heavy rainfall and there was some very minor flooding.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental is in a perfect location. Walk to absolutely everything. Private parking in rear of building makes this place a standout. Furnishing are comfortable and clean. Only issue is the lack of light. Other than the bedroom, there is no sunlight to speak of, and the lamps, though many, are dim. Lighter lamp shades and brighter bulbs in the main living area would be welcome.

Good Location but Dark

The property was a good location- handy to historical district- main complaint was how very dark the apt was - all lights needed to be on to make it mildly lit up- the pictures on the site must have had a lot of lighting to make it look that bright. Nicely appointed with furniture and art. Everything as shown on site. What made the dark apt worse was that there was no outside area to escape to. The garden in the back was not a nice place to be - NO effort made to make it look nice - turned over pots, messy, leaves everywhere- very disappointing and not somewhere you’d want to sit. We would walk to sit in the Square across the street instead. Bottom line - this is a nice apt - but know what you’re getting. Not sure the price to this one compared to others. Having said all this we loved Savannah!! beautiful place! The city is fun and a lot to do - we stayed a week- a bit long - 3-4 days does it.

Great location

The property's location was fantastic. Seconds away from great parks, minutes to great restaurants, and a pleasant 20 minute walk to the waterfront. The staff were excellent and replied immediately to any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, place needs a thorough cleaning and upgrade

The location was nice, we enjoyed the city and surrounding area. The antuque furniture was charming, however, the floors in the apt. we're dirty, and the couch and bed mattress need to be replaced, they are uncomfortable.

Charming in beautiful and quiet residential area on Chatham Sq. Surface clean but needs deep clean - windows, corners, etc. Courtyard could be great but badly in need of maintenance . Savannah tap water everywhere in the city tastes just awful - plan accordingly.

Reviewer Comments: Had an absolutely amazing stay in Savannah for our 20th anniversary at the Chatham Square garden apartment.... it had everything we needed and then some! Very cozy & comfortable... the king bed was so comfortable!!! We would definitely recommend staying here. It's in a very quite area but still in walking distance of everything.

Charming apartment right off Chatham Square

Beautiful ground floor apartment right on Chatham Square and one block over and up from Forsyth Park. Very comfortable with a dedicated parking space and plenty of room to relax. The common patio area behind the building is quiet and relaxing, plenty of space for multiple units to enjoy. Easy walk to almost anywhere, we walked everywhere in town! Lucky Savannah is a great rental agency, we had an issue with the lock and someone immediately answered the phone. Highly recommend, we'll be back.

Savannah Historic District getaway

Great location and easy process for check in. Lucky Savannah team were easy to deal with and very helpful. Please not the unit had NO musty odor or mold which was noted in a previous review by another prior tenant. During our stay the unit was in good shape. We truly enjoyed our week in the Historic District. Too much to see in one week. I suggest you educate yourself on the parking system, use of Uber and garage locations it will enhance your experience. The private parking spot is an added bonus for this rental.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at this property. We love the convenience of parking and it's close to all our favorite places. We will continue to try to stay at this property. I will say that for the $135 cleaning fee, that it wasn't truly clean. Dust on floors and surfaces and bathroom garbage wasn't emptied from previous guests. But overall enjoyed our stay.we took in a game of hockey and saw the ghost pirates.
