We enjoyed our stay.

Our condo had everything we needed. The only con was the floors. I would prefer carpet. We really enjoyed it and would stay again. The elevator wait was long at times as well.

Great spot on the perfect beach

We loved staying here, perfect location on the strip. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the elevator noise. However, it was only an issue the first two nights since it was the weekend. after that it wasn't a problem. The place was clean, the AC was very Cool, and we enjoyed our week here. Would stay again.

Dirty...but a beautiful view!

The property itself is nice...beautiful view! However, upon our arrival, the property didn't look like it was cleaned from the previous occupants. There were clean towels, but that was it. The bathroom was dirty. The sink mirror had not been cleaned and there were pubic hairs in the tub. The bedroom sheets were not changed and hairs on the sheets for the people before us. The kitchen countertops had sticky stains when we arrived. We spent a lot of time wiping up. It was left cleaner than when we arrived!

Would recommend the resort not the room we stayed in .

There was a couple issues with our room . It’s not clean . We washed the floors our self and the water ran a dark musty almost black color after 2 days. The place did not match the pictures on the website. I would update those . Like the furniture and wall color for example . A lot of the dishes are chipped . And the floors are scratched up pretty badly . Also the sink the little spray thing has wholes in it … the place is just super old and if you look at the paint it’s not even fully painted . It was like it was smeared on the walls. There was also a dead bug in our shower . The place was just beat up and not worth almost 2 grand . Also the tennis courts were closed . And so was the movies theater . Which was said we’ll have . We were on floor 6 room 615. Other than that the staff is pretty kind . And the pool and resort is very nice too .

Beautiful view but that’s it!

Beautiful view, and that’s about it, we had no toilet paper and or paper towels upon arriving, had to throw away food cause of Ants! I bought all kinds of stuff to make frozen drinks couldn’t use the blender it didn’t work. So I wasted money on food and drinks! Cause I was trying to save money on food and drinks and it was all a waist! As much as I paid for the room I wanted to enjoy it but really couldn’t. Then cockroaches started coming out, baby ones saw 1 big one out by balcony, very disappointed for as much money as I paid! I requested an early arrival, I’ll Learn next time that will never happen cause you have to wait for room clean then inspection, he didn’t come till 5:30 and I got there at 4. So he had to bring us toilet paper and paper towels and dish rags! For as much money as I paid and all those things went wrong. Not sure I’d rent through here again!

Beach vacation

Great location, the beach is beautiful here. Kitchen has only very basic equipment. No coffee filters, salt, pepper or corkscrew. It is also very noisy at night. The toilet runs continuously and another noise all night that we think is the elevator.

This property is in a good location. The condo is a good size one bedroom. The couch folds out into a bed but I would not recommend it for adult use. I would also bring pillows and blankets if you use them.

Everything was clean and neat when we arrived! Everything I needed to know about my stay was on the app that I downloaded for my stay. This was the easiest check in I’ve ever experienced! I will definitely be back to stay!!

Don't let the pictures fool you!

We arrived at 6pm, two hours after allotted check-in time, to find that the cleaners had not yet arrived. The condo was disgusting, with dishes piled in the sink and on the countertops, linens everywhere, food left in the refrigerator, and the floors were disgusting. I immediately called housekeeping, to which they simply said the cleaners had six apartments to clean that day and they would arrive when they can. I requested to speak with Management and they attempted to transfer me to Joe, but he did not answer. I then phoned the emergency line posted on the Panhandle Getaways website and finally was able to connect with Joe. He advised that the cleaners were in the building heading to my unit and should arrive within 5 minutes. All the while, we were not able to unpack for our trip, nor were we able to begin our vacation by heading down to the beach or to dinner, as we could not leave our personal belongings while the cleaners worked in the unit. Finally, at 7:40pm, ONE cleaner arrived, assuring “backup” was on their way. We placed all the linens in the wash with our personal pillowcases in hopes of giving them a head start. My poor husband had to wait patiently on the patio until approximately 9pm while the crew haphazardly cleaned the condo. The fan blades resemble Chewbacca with the amount of dust built up over the years. When the crew rotated out the linens, they left with five of our personal pillowcases. When we contacted the housekeeping department, they dispatched the crew to return with our belongings. Unfortunately, they only returned with two out of five, claiming they were unable to locate the other three. How two bright red and blue Spiderman-themed pillowcases could get lost in the midst of all white linens is beyond me. Furthermore, they did not leave linens for the pull-out sofa. The phrase “False advertising” would be entirely too lenient in describing the condition of this unit. The cabinet doors are literally falling off the hinges. There was a previous leak from above the shower, which has resulted in MOLD development. The microwave exhaust vent was left on the counter by the previous guests and instead of placing back on the unit or replacing it, the cleaning crew threw it away. The coffee maker does NOT have an actual coffee pot. The inventory of dishes, cutlery, and cooking gear is scarce and what is left resembles that of an off-road yard sale. A $50 tent pitched on the sand is $$$ better spent.

Poor room quality lack of communication

No spare sheets or pillow cases provided to sleep 4, pillows and comforter stained yellow, room smelled like urine, sheet rock mud falling from celing on bathroom floor! So many issues with this room! No one would answer number provided to bring sheets pillow cases and new pillows! Night two after we reached out by text they brought a set of sheets that smelled like body odor! I request a call from owner and still no reply. Very poor rating on this room and owner!
