Cette adorable maison est située dans une superbe communauté de plage privée, à 6 maisons de la plage (200 marches!) avec une vue sur l'eau de la cour avant. Il y a 2 chambres à coucher, 1 salle de bain, salon, cuisine ouverte / salle à manger, véranda 3 saisons, et une cour clôturée. La chambre n ° 1 a un lit à baldaquin queen-size et deux lits jumeaux se trouvent dans la chambre n ° 2.

Great time!

I went with two of my granddaughters and we all had a great time. The house was just as pictured and really was 200 steps from the beach! Tanya was quick to respond when we needed her. It was a super time at the beach!

Little ranch near the beach

In order to open some windows, had to clean out the window sills… Wish there was outdoor seating to take in the view instead of the side of the shed out back… A/C units needed to be wiped down on the vent slots and inside filters and coils were caked with gunk… I CLEANED THOSE.. Bathroom fan needed to be cleaned throughly. Some cobwebs up in the corners. Hand held shower needed to be cleaned also..black mildew..I cleaned that too… It served its purpose but could have done without the basic cleaning of essentials…

Nice cottage

Cottage is renovated nicely and close to the center of Clinton. Short walk to a lovely community beach with nice views, beach pass provided. Very nice neighborhood to take walks. Tanya was easily available for questions and very easy check in and out process.

Wonderful Time

We had a wonderful time! The cottage is super clean, in a very nice neighborhood, and our host Tanya made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this place and are looking forward to coming back soon.

Beach House By The Beach Had a Beach

No kidding, there was a beach. Tanya was a great host, communicated well and gave all the basic information I needed to make my stay pleasant. The house gets warm during hot, humid late-summer days, but thankfully, each bedroom has A/C so sleep is comfortable no matter how baked the day was. The beach down the street is very cute and nice to sit at and contemplate Hammonassett across the way.

Great family vacation

We had a great time during our stay. We were in a great location for being able to do Myistic aquarium one day, Beardsley zoo another day and still be able to go to the beach. Theres also alot of great shopping, food, and historical spots in the area. The house was clean and had beach access at the end of the street. Our toddler loved the time we had so much that the morning we left we had to carry her out to the truck crying "I love beach house i want to live here".

Nice Place

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Clinton. This property was the perfect size for us and was very comfortable. Nice that the owners stock their home with some basics (bed linens, towels, paper towels, toilet paper, soap, dish detergent, etc.) so you don't have to worry. The location couldn't have been better - just steps to the beach. On first look, the beach may seem small, but there is actually much to explore within walking distance. Super quiet neighborhood with friendly people.

Cute beach cottage

We stayed with 1 other couple in this very well maintained beach cottage. It was 3 minutes from a small neighborhood beach and 4 miles from Hammonasset Beach. We had all the amenities you could need. Nice sunporch and outdoor space. Tanya was a wonderful host and gave us restaurant and activity suggestions. The Thimble island tour was very worth while.Located in a very nice neighborhood a well. We hope to stay again next year.

Cute Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at this well-equipped beach house. There is a private beach conveniently located at the end of the street (very short walk). Larger beaches are just a short drive away. Neighborhood was very friendly. We enjoyed exploring the nearby town of Madison as well as a visit to Chamard Vineyard. Owner was very helpful with prompt responses to questions as well as providing a list of area restaurants. We also appreciated the fact that our dog was welcome at this rental.

Shoreline stay.

Our favorite place to stay on the CT shoreline. When you drive in you see the water and easily walk back and forth to it. Access to all sorts of dining, sightseeing and activities is near by. The home is cozy and comfortable with everything you need to make my families weeks stay enjoyable. We plan to stay again next year (my third time :). Thank you again Tanya and Steve!

We loved this property. It was the perfect size for me and my husband. We were able to bring our dog (with permission) and he loved the fenced backyard. Only 6 houses from the beach and the neighbors were very friendly. I highly recommend this charming house.

Lovely cottage, close to beach.

Check in was easy. Cottage was spotlessly clean. This is clearly a well maintained home. Nicely decorated: bright, airy, relaxing atmosphere. Fridge was very clean and roomy enough for all the food we needed for a week. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. Beach was only a very short walk away. This place is great.

Tanya’s house is beautiful, clean, cozy and has everything you need! It is decorated so beautifully and the kids enjoyed the back yard area as well as the short walk or bike ride to the beach! They loved the sandbar and crabbing off the rocks. Everyone in the neighborhood is friendly, smiles, waves when driving by and says hello. The house is close to the grocery store and a short drive to mini golf and the outlets. The kids asked “can we live here forever?” Truly paradise. Thank you! We will be back!

Charming cottage in quiet shoreline setting

This quaint beach cottage was perfect for four adults (two mothers and college aged daughters). The cottage was spotless and wonderfully equipped with everything from playing cards, emergency flashlights, candles, and even bug spray which came very much in handy for watching the beautiful sunset on the nearby private beach. Our weeklong stay ended much too quickly. Restaurants and marinas are very conveniently located as is the ferry in New London for a most worthwhile day trip to Block Island, RI. We will definitely return!

Great house, great location, perfect for family

This was a great house in a small, private neighborhood with its own private beach. The house was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4. The private beach was less than a block from the house and my boys (ages 12 and 10) loved the shallow beaches and climbing on the rocks. Tonya was great about communicating and accommodated our dog for the week. The Keurig was broken when we came but she kindly provided coffee for the drip coffee maker. The four seasons room at the back was perfect for hanging out on cool evenings. The house is also 15 minutes from Hammonasset State Beach and 25 from Rocky Neck State Beach for days we were looking for a change. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I'd recommend this house to anyone looking for a week at the Connecticut shore.
