Casa De Cleo est une villa privée à louer basée à Caleta de Fuste.

Nous sommes entièrement VV sous licence touristique.

Demi-villa 2 chambres disponible pour les mois d’hiver, donnant toujours accès à la piscine privée chauffée et à la terrasse ensoleillée. Réservation à long terme bienvenue pour cette option.

• La villa peut accueillir 9 personnes, dont 3 chambres doubles et 1 chambre triple individuelle, plus un canapé-lit pour un total potentiel de 11 personnes..

• Fauteuil roulant amical avec salle humide \ Widen portes et accès rampé.

• Les bars locaux et les restaurants sont à quelques minutes à pied.

• Nouvelle grande piscine chauffée privée (un petit supplément s'applique)

• WiFi complet \ Fast couvrant la majorité de la villa et des terrains.

• Seulement 10 minutes à pied dans le Centre de Caleta De Fuste

• Et à 15 minutes à pied des plages dorées.

• Enfin seulement 15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport

La villa a complètement disparu, avec une toute nouvelle piscine de 23 pieds. Nouvelle terrasse, nouvelle terrasse avant, nouvelle terrasse arrière, nouvelle vue en bas de la piscine chambre, nouveau salon et de nouveau canapé \ la télévision. Nouveaux lits et la literie. Nouvelle cuisine avec de nouveaux accessoires.

Family Holiday

Lovely property, very clean. Lots of fans which was welcome to keep cool during the night. Beds were comfy had great nights sleep while staying. The pool was lovely and warm which kept everyone happy.

Great Stay!

Beautiful property on three floors with plenty of space and everything we needed :). Close to restaurants and a supermarket. The pool was warm and clean. We also loved the selection of films available!

Time to Relax

Good location to local shops, bars and restaurants. 10/15 minutes walk to beach and town centre, depending on direct - downhill to beach/up hill back to accommodation). The pool was great to cool off and the games room was an additional bonus. To make it even better - the accommodation could do with some updating.

Great accommodation and brilliant location

Really enjoyed our 10 days at the accommodation , set over 3 floors it caters for everyone regardless of there mobility needs, Roof terrace excellent for all day sun from sunrise to sunset , Facilities were great with lots of home comforts , Neil who looks after the property is a lovely man and hope he has a fantastic birthday later this month. Supermarket and bars within 3 minutes walk , taxis to main bit are easy to call to villa and are only €3 or so. Would definitely consider staying again

First time in a villa and it won’t be the last

Great villa 4 adults and a 7 month old we stayed for ten days and would come again tomorrow. The villa has everything you need and very clean Neil is close by is you need anything g at all and very helpful poolis of a gd size. You get the sun all day long All in all we really e joyed it making memories as a family and already planning our return

Close to centre

This is our third visit to calete de fuste. This property is perfect if you like to be near the centre. Handy for bars & supermarket, only a short walk to the centre & weekend market. Villa may be an issue for people with mobility issues as there are 3 floors but this didn’t affect us. Neil the villa manager was there to welcome us & show us around. We enjoyed our stay

Lovely villa

This property was ideal for our family of 7. Neil the owners father-in- law checked all the time that we were okay. The pool was super and the pool man came twice whilst we were there to service the pool. The only reasons that I graded it 4* and not 5* were the fact that the upstairs bathroom was quite aromatic at times due to the smell of drains, which could not be completely dealt with by air fresheners. The double bedroom could have done with a further wardrobe and there was a repair that had been done in the triple bedded room that had not been replastered. Otherwise it would have achieved 5* and we would certainly stay there again.

Family celebration

Came as a group of 9, 4 adults, 3 teens and 2 aged 11. Pool was a great temperature, rooms were all good sizes and there was ample seating for alfresco dining. We had a BBQ whilst there but found when using the cooker along with other appliances it did fuse the electric. Eating out is cheap enough and there are plenty of places to choose from. The walk to the shops and beach was pleasant but after a long day in the sun the return walk was a littleore tiresome being uphill but a taxi doesn't cost alot. If I could give any recommendations for improvement it would be to have additional tv stations or a smart TV so you can sign into netflix etc for those evenings in

Upstairs bathroom stinks Downstairs is full of cockroaches Blocked sink had to wash up in bath Garden not safe for children It’s upstairs downstairs lots of stairs Didn’t get deposit back as curtain pool fell down, sink blocked (not our fault) also my son broke a plant 😂 also electric is terrible goes of constantly when trying to cook! Lovely area property needs tlc

Leuk verblijf in Fuerteventura.

Aangenaam verblijf. Door slechte communicatie tussen vbro en eigenaar was deze niet op de hoogte van onze komst. Gelukkig was hij ter plekke en was hij zo vriendelijk ons toch nog het verblijf in orde te brengen. Vandaar dat het niet echt professioneel gepoetst was. Ideale ligging om het eiland te verkennen, winkels in de nabije buurt. Vriendelijke ontvangst.

Casa De Cleo

The property is in a fantastic location, only 5 mins walk from bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The main centre and beach is only a short walk away or a few minutes in a taxi. The villa was very clean and well equipped. There were 7 of us and we all had plenty of space and privacy around the 3 level property. The pool was warm and clean and the views from the rooftop balcony were stunning. The pool/games room was a big hit with the kids for some time out of the sun. The owners father in law, Neil lives across the road and was on hand should we have needed anything. He is lovely and very helpful and friendly. He welcomed us with a lovely bottle of Cava and a few essentials. Thanks for having us!!

Family Holiday

The property was in a good location. The owners father in law is at hand should you need anything. Its a 3 level spacious property. Everything you needed. Nice walk into the centre with more restaurants and bars but it is a hill walk on the way back so just to consider this for people with difficulty with walking. The Chinese and Indian are on the door step from the property with a Hypomarket and English Shop and a few bars too if you dont want to walk into town. Beach is very clean €10.50 for two beds and umbrella clear water at the Sea and great for snorkling as the fishes can be seen part of the way in the sea. Nestors Restaurant is out of this world the owner cant do enough for you we had a great couple of nights there with live music too.

So chilled in a home from home

If you want to just relax and avoid the hotels and noise this house on a residential street is for you. Four of us aged 52-56 just spent a relaxing week here we had everything we needed, there was plenty of space so as not to be under each other’s feet and we wanted for nothing, The owners of the property and Neil who looks after the property were very easy to deal with, any questions I had were answered very quickly and I truly have nothing negative to say about it. If your expectations are 7 star everything then it’s not for you but if you want a great clean and private space for a great price considering what you are getting for your money then go and have yourself a chill time. I will be back as soon as I can .. Thanks for having us! 😊👍

Lovely stay

We’ve just returned after spending a week at Casa de Cleo. The villa was very clean and well equipped. The pool was a big hit with our little ones. The location was great with just enough going on at the little complex at the end of the street if you didn’t want to walk in to central Caleta. We’d definitely stay again when visit the island. Thanks for having us 🙂

En general muy bien el alojamiento, únicamente es que la piscina el primer día parecía climatizada y el resto de días estaba más fría...pero aceptable.la limpieza se podría mejorar...en general recomiendo el alojamiento.

Fantastic Villa

This villa is in a fantastic location 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants and the supermarket. The villa was very clean and well equipped. Neil the property manager was very friendly and we had an issue which was out of anyones control which he sorted very quickly and professionly so we could carry on with our holiday. The pool was lovely and warm. Every one had lots of privacy in the villa due to the lay out. One of our party has mobility problems and the villa was excellent for access. It was my birthday while we were there and I received a beautiful cake and bottle of cava from Neil, which was a lovely surprise! We will definatly return to Casa De Clio! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home in the sun with us!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have renovated the entire property since we purchased it early in 2016, with updates being made in October 2023.

When we started the renovations, we had access for all families in mind, with a raised pool for safety, wheelchair access and walking distance to the centre of Caleta de Fuste.

The villa is located in a sought after area with bars and restaurants just a few minutes walk from the front door.

All streets have sloped paths for wheelchairs.

The villa and surrounding area are ideal for Couples and families.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The villa Is in a Fantastic location with it's bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk away whilst the main town of Caleta is only a 10 minute walk away.

The property has been adapted for wheelchair access, with access from the street, widened doors and a large wet room.

The Rear garden has a private heated pool with plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor eating area. A few steps away is a Games room set with Pool table, Darts Board and mini Library.

Along with a newly tiled front patio, again wheelchair access from the street, having a large dining area on the new patio.
