Maison de ville contemporaine avec vue sur la rivière

Il s'agit d'une maison de ville contemporaine de 1740 pieds carrés qui a été entièrement rénovée. Il ne ressemble à aucun autre mont. Maison de ville Bachelor Village, car elle a de hauts plafonds, du parquet, un concept ouvert, un A / C central et du chauffage, une grande cuisine gastronomique et des salles de bain ultramodernes. Profitez de la vue et du son de la rivière Deschutes. Préparez vos repas dans la grande cuisine gastronomique entièrement équipée. Il y a le wifi facile dans toute la maison, ainsi que des téléviseurs à écran plat dans les deux chambres, la grande salle et la cuisine, y compris des stations de musique pour chaque préférence spécifique. Les deux ponts surplombent la rivière Deschutes; ils sont hors de la suite principale et de la salle à manger, avec bar-b-q et meubles de patio pour manger ou se détendre. Remarque: les deux chambres et salles de bains sont sur des étages séparés, ce qui rend moins souhaitable pour les petits enfants. La buanderie complète a une laveuse / sécheuse à options multiples. Pour sécuriser votre équipement de sport, il y a un placard de rangement verrouillé adjacent à la porte d'entrée. Courez ou marchez sur le River Trail facilement accessible, un chemin le long des Deschutes! Profitez des brasseries, des restaurants et des cafés à proximité! Nagez et jouez en utilisant les équipements extérieurs sur la propriété MBV, i. e., piscine (mars - octobre) et bain à remous toute l'année!

Cette maison est très bien située entre la nature et toutes les activités / divertissements que Bend a à offrir. Il s'agit d'un trajet panoramique direct de 20 minutes vers le mont. Bachelor, avec vélo, randonnée et lacs entre les deux, tout en étant idéalement situé à moins de 1, 2 miles du quartier Old Mill ou 2. 3 miles du centre-ville. Sur ce côté ouest de Bend, il y a un nombre illimité de restaurants, brasseries, cafés, magasins, etc., ainsi que des terrains de golf, du vélo, du kayak, de la randonnée, du ski, de la raquette, du rafting et plus encore.

Fishing/cool weather getaway

Everything about this property was first class and its location on the bank of the Deschutes River was perfect. We will definitely book it again if/when we return to Bend.

The Porter House is beautifully decorated with a stunning view in an convenient location. Can’t get much better than that. We’re already planning our return next year.

Winter Wonderland

Love the Porter House. This condo is on the top of our list of places to stay. It has everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The view of the river with snow in the background was beautiful. Very cozy and perfect. Will return for our 3rd stay as soon as possible.

Extended Visit by Former Resident of Town

My wife and I stayed a month at this excellent unit within Mt. Bachelor Village. Everything that was advertised was there. The kitchen updated appliances worked without a hitch. The bathrooms were updated as well. The location was all that anyone could ask for. The elevated view of the Deschutes River was intoxicating. The property manager, Jenny, was attentive and quick to resolve any issues that arose. Thank you Sue and Jenny for a wonderful stay.

A gem for our week's vacation

We’ve stayed in many nice vacation homes, yet this was the best. It was clean, tastefully appointed and the location is ideal. It overlooks the Deschutes River; it’s just 20 minutes straight to Mt. Bachelor and also close to restaurants, cafés, the Old Mill District, downtown, etc. - This place has a gourmet kitchen with all the condiments, spices, etc., you need. Owner and site manager were responsive and communicated well. We will return and highly recommend this place.

Loved every minute!

Such a beautiful, relaxing and well stocked condo! I work at a lovely resort in the Oregon wine country and I'm surrounded by high-end amenities throughout my day. This condo, in my opinion, has many features and comforts that we provide our guests.... Just beautiful! And as a bonus, Courtney and Sue couldn't be nicer! I hope to visit again soon!

Girl's Reunion

Had a wonderful time for 5 days at the Porter condo! There's a wonderful deck overlooking the Deschutes River for quiet outdoor sitting and "nature fixes" sitting around a comfortable round table and chairs to seat 6! The kitchen is the best! Everything you need...even better than my home kitchen! One spacious master bedroom is upstairs in the loft and the other one is downstairs with a beautiful bathroom outside the room. Fantastic stay and would return in a heart beat!

This condo is totally furnished not only with nice furniture and comfortable beds, as well as all the kitchen utensils and pots and pans….it has an unrivaled view of the Deschutes River from the deck, which has 6 comfortable swivel rockers! We spent every evening on the deck with a glass of wine, just taking in the view and the occasional deer, rabbit, chipmunk sighting! We had to contact the management team once for a minor problem and they were there to fix it immediately. We were very impressed! The only negative is…..they could use more wine glasses!! 😁

High end beautiful spot overlooking the river!

My husband and I spent a little over a month at the Bend Porter House this spring while looking to relocate. It was a wonderful spot to call 'home' while we were looking for our own. The Townhouse is beautiful; amazingly finished. We loved cooking meals in the fantastic kitchen, BBQ's out on the deck, cozying up in the living room with a movie, and listening to the river at night while we slept. We also appreciated how open the space was with the high ceilings, not to mention the two great bathrooms with huge showers and double sinks in both. The pool opened while we were there so we had a lot of fun swimming and hot tubbing (a couple minute walk from the condo). Sue (owner) was very kind and easy to work with and her team on the ground (Jenny and Courtney) were on top of everything 100%. The location is perfect. 5 minute drive to just about everything you'd need in town yet a feeling of being away from it all at the same time. This place definitely deserves the 5 star rating all the guests give, and we'll add 2 thumbs way up as well!

Beautiful modern home, breathtaking views!

This was our second trip staying at the Bend Porter House, and it was as amazing as our first! The home was spotlessly clean and the furnishings are upscale and beautiful. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with everything you could want from high-end appliances to spices and condiments, and we had great fun cooking meals. The views of the Deschutes River are truly amazing. We spent much time out on the spacious deck, and fell asleep at night to the soothing river sounds. The high ceilings and special lighting throughout were luxurious and made the home feel even larger. The master suite is great, huge walk-in shower with many types of jets and large closet. The several TVs are full-size and modern. Location is great, just far enough that you feel secluded among the big trees, yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The owner and her team are excellent at communication. This is not your standard rental, and very much more upscale. We will be back! Thank you!

Perfect Ski Week

We (spouse + couple) had an excellent stay and would highly recommend. The condo was well appointed to relax by the fire after skiing, getting some work from home completed and also an excellent kitchen for some home cooked meals. The location was perfect, both in terms of a scenic view above the river with sporadic deer visits and a great location for a short drive to Mt Bachelor. Would stay here again next time we're in Bend

Wonderful Stay

We had a very nice week at the River View Townhouse. The unit is just as presented on VRBO -- nicely finished and well-equipped, super clean, comfortable, and a great view of the river. The hosts were very responsive and everything was easy. We hope to come back again!

Perfect Bend Condo

We have stayed a couple of places in Bend and outside of the downtown area. This by far was our favorite! Perfect for a couple or 2 couples. Updated and spacious, it is like a treehouse that looks over the mighty Deschutes River. Close to walking trails and the Mill District and only 25 minutes to the ski hill. It is a quiet complex which we appreciated. We will return!

Bend Porter House

This is a wonderful home - beautifully designed, decorated and equipped, fantastic location looking down into the River canyon yet walking distance to Old Mill district and town. Very convenient to Mt. Bachelor and trail systems. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Bend.

Amazing!

This place was perfect! We stay at a lot of rental houses all over the country and this is easily one of our very favorites! The house is immaculate. Every single thing about it. It's comfortable, great amenities... Couldn't ask for more. And the view is spectacular. The communication with the property managers was very quick and helpful. We cannot wait to book it again!

Lovely home to watch the snow fall

We have stayed at Mt. Bachelor Village many times over the past 20 years and this home has been amazing. We love the renovations and the location. It was wonderful to listen to the river and watch the snow fall by the fire and comfortable sofas. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and enjoy our family. It makes having to eat in a lot of fun. We hope to return and enjoy the changing of the seasons. We really enjoyed skiing in the morning and coming back to a beautiful place. Thank you.

Perfect match: unit+location

Great location in Bend. Well updated unit with great service. Only downside is the queen beds with no king. Probably won’t be back because just too cramped for us. Lighting system is nice but hard to manage when you need lights and reader glasses to read all of the buttons. Pretty cool tho. Helpful hosts. Will recommend this unit to friends.

This particular property has been completely remodeled for guest comfort. It is "open concept" with high ceilings, wifi throughout, Bluetooth, central / zoned heating and air conditioning, light dimmers in all rooms, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, washer / dryer, etc. The decks overlook nature with the Deschutes River, and it is centrally located to everything in Bend, i.e., sports, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It is within minutes of golf courses, hiking, lakes, kayaking, biking, etc.

Unique benefits include its location, i.e., a straight, easy 20 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, with hiking and lakes along the way. For shopping, dining or movies, you can walk to The Mill District (1.2 miles) or drive a few minutes to many of Bend's attractions. All sports activities are within easy reach; closest golf course is 2 miles away, plus rafting, kayak, cycling, skiing, fishing, etc. - This location is also close to grocery stores, pharmacies, and every day "practical" needs.
