Villa en bord de mer avec piscine à débordement, 1/2 mile au nord de LosBarriles 8 personnes

La villa est sur la mer de Cortez avec des levers de soleil à couper le souffle, en hiver, nous avons l'observation des baleines avec 2 suites parentales à l'étage, 1 suite a un nouveau matelas cal king acheté en avril 2019, l'autre a une reine. Tous les matelas sont à plateau-coussin de Macy's. Chambre en bas a un lit queen size. Toutes les chambres ont une vue complète sur l'océan. Nous avons 2 chambres à thème à l'étage, une chambre jungle verte et une chambre "Le vieil homme à la mer". Découvrez les peintures murales peintes à la main. Vous pourrez utiliser des jouets pour la piscine, 3 kayaks, dont 1 est un kayak double, un parasol, des chaises, une glacière et 5 ensembles d'équipement de plongée en apnée. Nous avons beaucoup de jouets de piscine pour les tout-petits et les petits enfants comme vous pouvez le voir sur l'une de nos photos. Nous avons 2 petits gilets de sauvetage et 4 de plus pour les adultes. La plongée en apnée et la natation sont excellentes directement depuis cette propriété. Nous avons créé une bande de sable afin que vous n'ayez pas à traverser de rochers. Voir les photos 9 et 10. Il y a un tapis de yoga, un tapis d'exercice et 4 ensembles de poids pour les mains afin que vous continuiez votre programme d'exercice. Barbecue extérieur et palapa avec douche extérieure et salle de bain. J'ai également 600 DVD, films et vidéos musicales pour le plaisir de votre famille. Il y a une Yamaha 6 places qui peut être louée pour 150 $ par jour sans frais pour le premier jour. Voir la 7ème photo pour la vérifier. Nous avons également 2 lits avec couettes qui peuvent être utilisés pour les petits enfants ou les adolescents qui pourraient vouloir dormir à l'extérieur.

Awesome Pad

This was such a great house. Everything was clean and well maintained. The landscaping in the backyard was just fabulous, I saw something new everyday. The beach is gorgeous. I woke up to some of the most stunning sunrises I've experienced. The pool and hut tub were clean and in good working condition. We spent a lot of time chilling in the outdoor BBQ area. Bathroom and shower in the pool area was a huge plus so the kids didn't make a mess in the house. Loved this place!

The most beautiful setting

The outdoor space was perfect for our family with a pool, hottub, grill, outdoor bathroom/shower, palapa, lounge chairs, kayaks and boards, right on the beach, and not to mention the most beautiful garden I have ever encountered at a home.

As expected - nice place on the beach outside of town

Family of 5 stayed Christmas week. The house is perfectly located on the beach if you are looking for great spot outside of town. Has the challenges of a typical small town house in Mexico but well maintained, clean, and has all the useful toys. John was very flexible and accommodating. Price is fair for the location and quality of house. We would rent this house for a family vacation again.

Relaxing Vacation!

This is our second stay at the Paulson Casa and plan to come here again next year. Fantastic house, beautiful gardens and pool right on the beach. House has all the towels and toys and dinnerware that you will need. John is very responsive and helps you coordinate shuttle, fishing and chef Norma who comes to the house and makes fabulous food. The buggy is all you need for getting around. Great snorkeling right out front. We live this place and will be back again next year!

Thanks you for the kind and positive comments. We work very hard to have the garden and pool areas look like a lush jungle even though we are in the desert. I enjoy helping clients get the most of their vacation time by providing services that other owners either cannot provide or can't allocate the time to accomplish. I enjoy talking all things Mexico especially Los Barriles where my memories go back close to 40 years. I am happy to share my experiences and the friends i have met along the way with you so that you fall in love with the people and this country the way i did.

If it were any closer to the Sea you would need a boat !

John has a great home with a great view. Wake up with a million dollar view every day and just a short quad ride to town. We will be back. Thanks. P.S. Add a washer and dryer and I will award the fifth star.

Los Barriles at its best

Our family rented this beautiful house in June and highly recommend it. It is even prettier than in the pictures - the landscaping blooming in the back yard takes your breath away when you first see it. The house is just a short way out of Los Barriles, so easy to pop into town for supplies, but just far enough out that you do not get the crowds and noise like at the hotel Palmas de Cortez or Buenavista resort area. Sitting out on the patio, under the palapas, or in the pool and hearing nothing but the ocean is pure heaven. The house is well equipped and very comfortable with A/C units throughout the house. We will be back!

A vacation worth the wait!!

Thanks to Casa Paulson for a great week! Loved the hot tub(in it almost every night) and the pool. It was pretty windy but we expected that. House was perfect. Large enough for all of us to have our own space, with beautiful sunrises every morning. Washer and dryer came in handy. It was alittle more north of town than we thought, but our side by sides made it a easy trip. House was very clean and the property outside was beautiful. Joseph was great at answering all my questions and all of the property contacts always responded to me quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Great memories made. Rhonda

GreatThanksgiving at Casa Paulson

Casa Paulson is a great house, right on the beach and just a few miles from Los Barriles. But here are lots of places like that, What makes Casa Paulson exceptional is the gardens. We've been coming to LB for over 20 years, renting homes all over the East Cape, and we've never seen gardens like this. One could easily be forgiven for thinking they were on a tropical island, not Baja, when you walk through the grounds of Casa Paulson. Bedrooms and baths were great, kitchen is good, but it takes some adjusting to work with no shelves or upper cabinets. Spa and pool worked like a charm. I would make one suggestion: The upstairs balconies have fantastic views of the sunrise of the Sea of Cortez on one side, and sunset over the mountains on the other, but there is no furniture on them at all. It would be great if there were a few chairs on those balconies to take advantage of the view. All the people associated with John's house are friendly and speak English, and Alphonso made numerous trips back and forth to the airport for us - on time every time. All in all, a great stay and we'd highly recommend Casa Paulson.

What an amazing spot!

We stayed for 12 days and 11 nights at Casa Paulson, and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a large space with an absolutely incredible view and location. Our first ever trip to Baja, we were looking for a private setting with a pool and view, and we felt like this exceeded our expectations in those areas. The house has 3 full bedrooms and bathrooms, perfect for a big family/group or extended family-we had 2 kids and 5 adults who fit comfortably. The garden and pool area is phenomenal, the hot tub and pool are right on the edge of the property looking out over the Sea of Cortez. The beach is steps away. Plenty of room to spread out in lawn chairs around the large patio area. We rented the 6 seater quad available and did not rent a car, not needed as we had a shuttle to and from the airport and used the quad to go everywhere we wanted or needed. The kitchen is simple and basic but easy to use and had everything we needed. Washer and dryer were great to have, and plenty of shower and pool towels available. It was nice to have the property manager and staff available for any questions regarding propane, pool, shuttle, etc as well as for information about activities and amenities. Would love to come back someday and really just can't say enough about the view and location of the pool/hot tub/patio.

Casa Paulson

Wonderful location and grounds. View is amazing. This is where it stops! We were never greeted by the property manager, only given a code. There were problems from the beginning. We paid for a three bedroom one downstairs. , two suites upstairs. 4 bathrooms. One suite and bathroom were locked off. So we had no access to them. When trying to get hold of property manager it was difficult. Inside of villa was dirty and when walking on floors our feet were dirty. Kitchen and counters had not been cleaned along with all appliances. Bedding, sheets and towels were worn and ripped. Pool could not be used until 4th day when it was finally cleaned. I spoke with Owner, and although he addressed some of the issues he still would not explain why what was advertised we didn’t get. I tried to keep a negative review out of Vrbo but found to many issues to ignore. 5 ladies that travel together every year we realize nothing is ever perfect and we learn to adjust. But this is the first time we have been totally ignored and left to our own problem solving

Great location - house needs serious TLC

location was great but house needs some work! it felt very dirty and the beds (especially downstairs) was not comfortable. The couch cushions came off very easily and the floors were less than desired. we also had a lot of trouble with the jacuzzi but the man who came over to help was very helpful. the refrigerator was also not working at all and we didn't get alerted to that until right when we got there. so we had to use the refrigerator in the laundry room. the location was great but he pictures of the sandy beach are not correct as it is a very rocky beach and should be more transparent about that.

Always Amazing!

This was not our first stay at Casa Paulson - we always have a wonderful time. This house checks all the boxes for an ideal vacation with ocean views from every room, a pool, hot tub, kayaks, and a shady palapa to relax under! The owners, Joseph, as well Beto were very kind and accomodating. .

Excellent house and even better location

Great house right on the beach and access to a dock for swim and kayaking. Pool and hot tub huge plus Large house with great views. Air conditioning is a plus. We used it a little at night put the rest of the time we opened the house for cross breezes. We will definitely be back here

We stayed 6 nights at this wonderful property and will be returning for another stay next year or sooner. When someone tells you that they are returning, that should be sufficient. Fantastic view of the Sea of Cortez right from the pool. Close to stores, restaurants and activities but also a private Casa. We were three couples who just had a blast.

Amazing House at Los Barriles

We stayed over Christmas holiday. It was 19 of us, a mix of adults and kids. Gorgeous garden and house on a quiet beach close to town and tres palapas. Heated pool and hit tub were absolutely amazing and were used daily. Great snorkeling directly in front of the house. Big well stocked kitchen and dining room, but no dishwasher. We would love to stay again.

A baja dream

55 yrs. Of baja travels I'm still surprised that this beautiful casa was available for our trip. I see why its so popular. Walk off the patio and pool area and your on the beach. Laid Back Vacation with Amenities

Great beach, beautiful grounds and pool Town had everything one needs. Fishing incredible. Definitely would stay here again. Don’t expect the glitz and party atmosphere of Cabo. That’s why we loved it.

We love this house.

We just stayed here for two weeks. We also stayed here last year and cannot say enough good things about it. The location is perfect. It's close enough to go into town in a few minutes, but also very private and quiet, and right on the beach. Our two grandkids swam in the pool every day. We think it's paradise!

I built this house in 2014 after visiting the East Cape area for 40 years it is my dream and now it can be your families memories as well.

1. We offer a 6 seater yamaha Viking for $150 per day half the price for a 4 seater in town.
2. We have a private captain with a 16' aluminum boat which we take out for triggers(Ceviche) and sea bass. A great day for small children can go back to the house and pick up 3 new fishermen. $125 for 2 hours, $200 for 4 hours.
