Ce condo joliment décoré de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bains offre une vue imprenable sur le golfe du Mexique et offre le meilleur de tout. Vous pourrez profiter d'un après-midi au bord de la grande piscine avec beaucoup de chaises et de tables, faire un plongeon dans le bain à remous puis vous diriger vers la plage pour le coucher du soleil. Vous êtes à trois minutes à pied de la plage et nous fournissons un wagon pour vos jouets de plage. La deuxième chambre comprend 4 lits superposés assez confortables pour les adultes et un régal pour les enfants.

Un décor de plage de bon goût vous rappellera pourquoi vous aimez la plage! Des œuvres d'art originales et des pièces spéciales vous souhaitent la bienvenue chez nous et chez vous loin de chez vous!

Nous aimons cuisiner, nous nous sommes donc assurés d'améliorer la cuisine avec tous les petits extras pour rendre vos vacances sans stress. Des plats et des casseroles de qualité supérieure, comme un gaufrier, une plaque chauffante et de bons couteaux! En bas, il y a trois barbecues près de la piscine pour que papa puisse cuisiner pendant que les enfants jouent dans la piscine.

Our Spring Vacation

We loved the condo and the location. Our Golden loved it also. Plenty of room, well located and had everything we needed. April was great to work with. Make sure you venture down to the canal passed the Welcome Center for a sunset beach walk with the dog. Hope to return soon. 💚

Relaxing vacation

We enjoyed this condo. It was very clean & comfortable. The views were spectacular especially the sunsets. Easy walk to the beach where beach chairs & umbrellas were set up for us. We were amazed at the kitchen provisions:dishes,pots,utensils,spices,appliances,they have everything. We'll be back!

The best place!

We love staying here. After our 4th time visiting, we are always SO pleased.This is a great place,and very well stocked. Everything in the room is so clean and fresh. We love the wagon that’s provided to use for the beach. It comes in so handy for bringing everything the kids need! The beach isn’t a far walk either, which is great. We love our whole days spent there! The pool at the condo is another plus and super kid friendly! It’s always a big hit. We love how a few stores are within walking distance too. If you are looking for a place to stay you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful property! The pool was wonderful! And things were convenient to walk too.

The property is a beautiful sitting. However, with being surrounded by water there were lots of bugs that loved to bite. The elevator was full of them each time we rode it and we received several bites each time. I do wish the pool would stay open until 10 or 11. The condo we rented was wonderful and fit our needs perfect! We will definitely rent it again.

I know your visit was on the tail end of very wet weather, and of course, in Florida, that means bugs! I referred your comments to the management company for the condo and they have assured us that the elevator was sprayed and strips were put in to catch any remaining bugs. Mexico Beach 1st time Experience

Very nice location the beach 10 mins only thing the unit right underneath had a grill on balcony going and the heat came directly up our balcony couldnt enjoy sitting outside. On check out day a very hot day elevator broke and having to walk down 4 flights of stairs with coolers and luggage was rough. Overall experience very nice quiet place. will definitely rent from here and plan our next trip here to Mexico Beach first time here absolutely loved it!

Elvira, I’m so glad that you enjoyed your stay and would return as our guest! I appreciate the 5-star review. We try hard to make every detail just right and it’s very frustrating when these things that are out of control occur and affect our guests. Please, please, please never hesitate to let us know of problems so they can be taken care of. Grilling on any balcony is illegal in Florida and we could have addressed this immediately if we had known. In fact, when you told me later, I contacted the owner and let her know what had happened and she contacted her guest so they understand how incredibly dangerous and unacceptable that was. I’ve never heard of anyone doing that and I’m so sorry that happened while you were our guest. Also, please know that we have two elevators - one is very close to our door and is the one most people use, the other is about 10 doors down. We have carts so that would have made your checkout so much easier. I’m so sorry! We encourage our guests to not hesitate to contact us if they have any issues so we can assist them and I feel terrible that you didn’t feel comfortable enough to do that. Please let Vacation Mexico Beach know when you want to return to Mexico Beach. We have several options that might work for you and I will give you a discount to try to make up for the challenges you experienced. I’m so glad you loved our little beach town! It is very special.

Great 2 weeks

We stayed in the 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It was clean and well equipped. The beach is about a block away. The condo had a wagon that we could use for our chairs and umbrellas . It was quiet but they were rebuilding new decks on some of the units. April provided the check in code for the lock box and asked us to text the morning we left the condo so they could start to clean. We ate most of our evening meals in Port St Joe. The food was delicious! I would recommend, Joe’s Momma Wood Fired pizza, Provisions (Italian), Peppers (Mexican), and Uptown (Steaks). Mango Marley’s is right next to the condo for sandwiches.

Relaxing getaway to Mexico Beach

Decent older condo. Shower in master bath didn’t drain well. Good AC system. Lots of essentials in the kitchen, although most items needed to be cleaned before using. Lots of little extras that you may forget when packing. It was quiet during the week until Friday. Then it became fuller with people who can’t control their dogs. My husband was bit by a smaller dog on the last day. The condo is in a very quiet neighborhood, good for walking. Very few options as far as restaurants or stores.

Good family place, neat view

We had a rocky first day but the owner quickly and kindly addressed everything. This place has a fully equipped kitchen. All utensils and dishes you could need. Full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and dishwasher. The beds are excellent. The view is exactly like the pictures. We really loved sitting on the balcony. The pool is large and wasn't crowded the whole week we were there. I didn't hear any noise from neighbors and no road noise since it's not road front. The beach is a short walk....about a city block. This place was great for many reasons but best of all our dog could stay with us here and the city limits are close by. So we had a quick drive over to the beach area where we could have our dog. I definitely recommend this place if you dont mind walking a block to the water and/or you want to bring your dog on vacation with you.

Last Minute Decision To Get Away

Our visit to Mexico Beach was a last-minute decision to get away and spend a few days with my best friend and her family, who were already staying at Waterside in OUR friend's unit. Sea View had the perfect availability and was priced just right for our mid-week trip. The views of the ocean and the Waterside property from Sea View are just as described, whether we were at the front door or having our morning coffee on the balcony. We were excited to learn that we would have beach chairs and an umbrella already set up for us each day of our stay, plus we had two bicycles to use at our leisure. Those two perks were absolutely amazing to be included in our stay. We have stayed at Waterside several times in the past couple of years at our friend's unit, and I cannot speak highly enough about the Waterside units and amenities at the property. Sea View is perfect for a small family or a trip with another couple and has ample space for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy their time at the beach. My husband and I felt at home with everything Sea View provided for our stay. April was terrific to work with, from the reservation acceptance to the communication before our arrival and throughout our stay. The unit was in tip-top shape upon arrival and smelled divine. Unfortunately, we only had to report to her that a few kitchen outlets were not working. Like any great property owner, April sent her trusting house cleaner to the unit to check things out and determined an electrician would have to come in to fix the issue. The best part is that we were not affected by this and were happy to inform April of the problem so it could be attended to and fixed before the next guest arrived. Overall rating 10/10!!

PERFECT, WELL EQUIPPED, PLENTY OF SPACE, FANTASTIC COMMUNICATION

We had a wonderful stay. April was fantastic from the time we inquired about the property, throughout the process and throughout the stay. Professional and helpful. If I was an employer, I would hire her! The place is perfectly equipped. We used the washer and dryer a lot. We brought out own detergent and dryer sheets--but a few were even provided. We used our own to save their resources. Nothing like having laundry so handy. We had everything we needed and more. It was just like at home. Actually better than our home. We had plenty of space and were not crowded. We loved that there was a walk in closet with hangers---we were able to keep our suitcases and stuff in there so it wasn't out in our way. They had lots of extra bath towels so we didn't have to keep washing those. Beds were comfortable. Ceiling fan in main bedroom was so nice. Thermostat worked perfectly and we were never too cold or hot. Thrilled with the patio. Just so nice to have a place to sit outside and so handy. DVD player/TV worked well. Plenty of dishes, appliances, etc. We cooked most of our meals. Loved the plastic like dishes, too. I think I may even order some like that. We loved having 2 full bathrooms. The best part is how QUIET it was. Those places must be well-insulated. We never heard another person. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, but weather was a little cold when we were there. Still nice to have that option. Beach access was nice. Not far at all. We didn't use the wagon or beach supplies, but neat to have that available as well. Oh, the BIG refrigerator was great/ice maker/freezer/etc. The place is so well thought out. Even the little hooks to hang our sweat shirts or jackets on. I am sure I'm forgetting something. Just know, that there is everything you need. Oh yeah, PLENTY of plug ins for everyone's electronics, too! Lovely home. Thank you for sharing it with us.

April Salter and Christopher Fagiano are from Tallahassee by way of Albany, GA. We love Mexico Beach and thoroughly enjoy sharing it with others. We began buying rental properties in Mexico Beach almost 10 years ago and have created Vacation Mexico Beach to help our guests find the best possible vacation at a fair price. This is our second unit in Waterside Village (we now have a third) and we bought it because Waterside Village has the best the beach can offer and the property is well-maintained.from a huge pool with waterfall and a hot tub (with another waterfall), outdoor grills, a dog walk, trash chutes, a lit up boardwalk outlining the canal, day docks for your boat, and it's close to the fishing pier and to shops and restaurants.
