Sympa pour des vacances.

A 15mn à pied du centre Playa del Ingles.Les Bus(1,40 €) direction la plage ou autres sont devant la porte.A cette saison de la place pour stationner. L'appartement duplex(agréable)n'a pas la vue sur la piscine.Certains bungalows sont occupés à l'année et il y a beaucoup de chiens dans les jardinets. Ce qui nous a fortement gêné le soir et matin, ce sont les aboiements des chiens laissés seuls dans les jardinets.Malgré nos remarques, cela n'a rien changé. Un gardien serait le bienvenu. Batterie de cuisson à revoir par rapport à la taille des plaques électriques(casseroles,poêles trop grandes et prévoir mugs). La femme d'Alejandro est très serviable, ne pouvant faire des glaçons, j'ai eu une livraison de ceux-ci aussitôt.

Schöne Ferienanlage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in "Dunflor Verde" sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber Alejandro (Mit Familie) ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bei unserer Anreise stand im Ferienhaus, unter Anderem, ein Obstkorb, Sekt und Wein. Wir standen über Whatsup über den ganzen Aufenthalt in Verbindung. Vielen Dank für alles, Karoline und Helmut

Trevligt litet radhus

Lägenheten är bra utrustad. Passar för två personer som också vill laga mat vissa dagar under en längre hyresperiod. Vi har bott sex veckor februari mars 2020. Vi blev varmt välkomnade av Alejandro med frukt, godis, vin mm. Wifi fungerar bra, en Chromecast och mobiltelefon gör att man via Telia play kan följa program hemifrån med god kvalitet på TV:n. Uteplats med markis var bra att ha. Tyvärr är områdets pool inte uppvärmd men solterassen runt är rymlig. Vi har haft fina veckor. Peter och Lena

Dezember 2019 2 Wochen Sonne und Erholung pur.

Wir sind zu zweit über Weihnachten/ Neujahr in diesem tollen Ferienhaus zu Gast gewesen. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Der Gastgeber hat uns einen Obstkorb, Pralinen, Kekse und eine Flasche Sekt zum Empfang bereit gestellt. Der Empfang war persönlich und sehr angenehm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere spanischen Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und herzliche Grüße. We enjoyed our 2nd stay as well

We have chosen this apartment a second time and were pleased again. Everything still as described in my first review. The apartment was again super clean and in good condition. Contact with Alejandro was very fast and friendly. Transfer of keys again was very easy. Depending on the neighbors and the renovation activities it can be a bit noisy during the day but at night it was always absolutely quiet.

Schönes Duplex. Nette Vermieter

In dieser Wohnung fehlt es an fast nichts. Gemütlicher Wohnraum und Terrasse. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sehr gut. Hervorheben möchte ich die gute Qualität der Matratze und der Polster. Genügend Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden. Nette Nachbarn. Bus und Taxi genau vor der Anlage. Kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft vorhanden. Brötchen können morgens bei einem Zusteller direkt vor Haus gekauft werden. Preis / Leistung sehr gut. Check in und Check out unkompliziert. Gerne wieder und jedem zu empfehlen! Leider keine Morgensonne auf der Terrasse, aber dafür Nachmittags. Der Poolbereich wurde von uns nicht genutzt. Sehr viele Liegen vorhanden, jedoch schon sehr verwittert und leider keine Auflagen und keine Sonnenschirme. Was wir uns für die Wohnung noch wünschen würden wäre Gatderobehacken zum aufhängen von Jacken, einen Wasserkocher und eine Liege für die Terrasse. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Allejandro und seine Frau. Da wir uns selbstverschuldet ausgesperrt hatten kamen sie an Silvester sehr schnell von Las Palmas her um uns zu helfen. Vielen vielen Dank diesen netten Vermietern. Noch eine Info zur Anreise: Diese Anlage heißt „Duna Flor“

Well equipped nice bungalow

- Communication with Alejandro was very fast and friendly. - Description of the bungalow is correct, fotos are up to date. - The bungalow is nicely renovated, in good condition and big enough for 2 people. The width of the bed is only 140 cm, but has an excellent mattress, good pillows (many different) and there are nice towels, big shower. The kitchen is normally equipped. There is a little oven, a microwave, and a washing machine, which we all found very useful. Everything was very clean and in good condition, and there were wine, water, juice and fruit as a welcome present. - The terrace of the bungalow is facing west and NOT to the pool. So there is no sun in the morning, no view to the pool and no privacy at the terrasse. - The pool area is in excellent condition and very well maintained. - A tiny supermarket is in 2 minutes walking distance but offers everything you need for breakfast, especially fresh bread. - The bungalow is situated in the complex Dunaflor Verde right in front of the busstop. It is secure, and well maintained but quite old. There are many dogs and cats (some very beautiful :-) ) in the complex. Depending on the neighbors it was fairly noisy at times. Depending on the nation there very several groups who had their chatting times outside. But during the night it was quiet. - Walking distance is 45 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Yumbo, a taxi ride from San Fernando (food shopping) back to the bungalow is about 3.50 EUR. In summary we enjoyed our stay in this bungalow and felt comfortable although normally we prefer a gay-only resort nearby which was no longer available at the given time.

Fantastico vacation!

I had a fantastic stay at this lovely little home in the sun! The complex is very secure and very well maintained - the pool is amazing. The facilities in the apartment were great and everything you need is supplied. The bed linen and towels were very nice Although the complex is set is a quiet area it is a nice walk or a short taxi ride to shops, restaurants and beaches. I would definitely stay at Alejandro's place again. Thank you for a great holiday! Tuve una estancia fantástica en esta encantadora pequeña casa en el sol! El complejo es muy seguro y muy bien cuidada - la piscina es increíble. Las instalaciones en el apartamento eran geniales y todo lo que necesitas es suministrado. La ropa de cama y las toallas eran muy agradables Aunque el complejo está situado es una zona tranquila es un agradable paseo o un corto trayecto en taxi de tiendas, restaurantes y playas. Sin duda me alojaría en el lugar de Alejandro. ¡Gracias por unas buenas vacaciones!

Schöne Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail

Sehr schön hergerichtete und freundliche Unterkunft in super Lage. Zu zweit perfekte Größe, gute Ausstattung und sehr freundliche Vermieter. Zur Begrüßung gab es Obst und Getränke. Drum herum viele spanische, nette Urlauber. Morgens leider keine Sonne aber dafür nachmittags und insgesamt sehr windgeschützt. Zu empfehlen.

Lovely bungalow exactly as advertised

My wife and I stayed in Alejandro's bungalow last week. The bungalow is part of the Dunaflor complex and was exactly as advertised, clean, well decorated and well presented. We were welcomed by Alejandro, his wife and son. They showed us around the bungalow, the pool area and pointed out the local Supermarket. As mentioned by the previous reviewer, we had been left fruit, water and wine which was greatly appreciated. It was our first visit to Gran Canaria and we spent most days touring the island, often ending up at a beach in the afternoon to relax after a busy day. The Bungalow was perfect for the two of us, quiet, well looked after and included everything we required. We had a hire car for the week and had no problems parking on the road immediately outside the complex. We were very happy with the Bungalow and would definitely consider it for future visits.
