I booked a weekend stay for my parents in St. Neots and I am so fortunate to have found such a lovely place! Very convenient location and my parents said they loved having the balcony that overlooked the water. They had very easy access to the town and many nearby restaurants. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. The hosts are so kind and helpful too. Thank you so much and we will be staying again hopefully soon!
I booked the apartment for a work colleague who was joining us from France for a month.
Fleur was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions I had. She even arranged for a food welcome package to be in the apartment for when our guest arrived which was wonderful. Very highly recommended and the flat was just perfect for our guest's needs.
Paul and Fleur were extremely helpful and accommodating. The apartment is in the
centre of town, a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and bars, yet located in a very quiet delightful spot overlooking the river.
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property, especially being so close to town and enjoyed walks along the river to Regatta Meadow on a rare sunny few days in October.
There are steep steps up to the apartment outside (approximately 8 steps) the apartment is on the ground floor once you are inside.
Kitchen is extremely small, but had all the equipment we needed. For those that want to eat out there is a Turkish, 2 Indian and 2 Italian restaurants within a few steps of the property all serving lovely food (check trip advisor for reviews). There is also easy access to banks, a coffee shop, a lovely tea room and an Iceland. Tesco supermarket is about a 20 minute walk/5 minute drive away.
Property has a lounge with dining table in it and kitchen downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. All equipment required is provided i.e. iron and ironing board, hairdryer and a TV in each bedroom if it is important to you (as well as the lounge).
Owners were very helpful and friendly, we would definitely recommend.
Weekend break with the family in St Neots.
Smartly presented property in the centre of town, a stone's throw from any number of pubs and restaurants, yet surprisingly tranquil when sitting on the upstairs balcony. (Accessed from master bedroom)
Smart TV in both bedrooms as well as the lounge, which kept the kids happy, as did the free Wifi. Kitchen small but adequate, everything you need. Nice welcome pack of milk, bread, croissants, butter, wine, and beer! Duck food also provided!
Owners very nice couple, and full of helpful information.
Recommended and would return.
