Spectaculaire 8 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain maison historique récemment rénovée! Air central, tout nouveau plâtre et peinture, beaux bois durs remis à neuf, belles nouvelles armoires de cuisine blanches, comptoirs en granit, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, 2 laveuses / sécheuses empilables, tous les meubles et chambres décorés avec goût qui comprennent tous les nouveaux lits confortables à partir de l'été 2018, grand TV écran plat mural dans le salon. Installation parfaite pour plusieurs familles pour des vacances ensemble et assez grande pour les mariages! Bois franc partout, nouvelle cuisine, nouvelles salles de bain, grandes chambres et terrasse arrière généreuse pour griller lors des chaudes nuits d'été avec 3 grandes tables de patio et parasols avec beaucoup de chaises. Les draps et serviettes sont fournis ainsi que tous les draps et serviettes de plage. Profitez de votre intimité dans la cour arrière située sur un demi-acre. Nous fournissons de nombreuses chaises de plage, parasols, jouets de plage et glacières. Cette maison est parfaitement située. La plage de Narragansett Town est à seulement 2,5 km, et également à proximité de plus belles plages telles que la plage d'État de Scarborough et la plage d'État de Roger Wheeler. La plage de Roger Wheeler State mène à la Galilée où vous pouvez monter à bord du ferry de Block Island ou profiter de tous les magasins et restaurants de renom, ou aller pêcher sur les rochers et regarder les bateaux passer dans la brèche. Awesome summer stay!

Beautiful property with everything we needed for our family stay. Great for all ages and our dog! Awesome backyard and close to everything - beaches, shops, and more! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Bachelorette trip

Just stayed here for my bachelorette weekend! There were 15 girls and it was absolutely perfect. There was PLENTY of space and everything was very clean. The beds were all comfortable. The amount of bathrooms was perfect for the amount of girls we had! We also loved the outside shower after a day at the beach. There was tons of parking which was very convenient. Close by lots of things. 30 min Uber drive to Newport! Highly recommend for bachelorette trips or any large group!

Wonderful!

We had family and friends (staying in this home) ranging in age from 6 years of age to 75. The property accommodated all of us comfortably. The space was perfect for our large family reunion. The garden area was wonderful for the children, and there was plenty of room for us to be indoors and outdoors as needed. The only disadvantage was the lack of a bedroom on the main floor for my aunt with cancer. There were plenty of sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels to accommodate our large group. The two extra large dining room tables, and the three outdoor tables were wonderful to accommodate our large group as well. However, we are a family that loved to cook, and there was not one decent frying pan! I think that would be a worthwhile investment- to buy a couple of different sizes. Lastly there wasn’t a brush for washing dishes and I ended up needing to use a washcloth from upstairs-but we purchased a package while we were there. Other than that, I highly recommend the home, the accommodations and the location! Thank you so very much. PS the refrigerator started beeping nonstop for the last two days, which was quite frustrating. The folks that cleaned the house said that the breaker in the basement needed to be switched and it would have turned off the noise. Maybe a note can be left ( explaining this procedure) for folks who stay there in the future..

Perfect for a family

We stayed with our entire family and were so comfortable. Plenty of space with room left over. It was perfect. The day after my sons wedding we had family over and a cookout. The backyard was so nice. Shaded and full of activities. I could not recommend this place enough. We will definitely be returning.

Best friends reunion

As soon as we all pulled up to the house, we are thrilled, the house, exterior an interior looked exactly as the photos. The house was clean and beautiful, keys were where they were supposed to be, lots of room to hang out and chat, beds comfortable-- a gorgeous and easy place to be.

Room for everyone

OK good location, plenty of parking, easy to find in beautiful residential area. Shopping close by as our beaches and other points of interest. The eight bedrooms made it comfortable for our whole family and some friends to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the two large dining tables made room for everyone to eat and play games at night. There’s plenty of outdoor seating as well and a nice lawn where kids could play. The garage contained outdoor equipment including bikes. Quick response to a problem that was repaired that day.

Great Family Get Together

We had a great family get together with 18 people ranging in age from 3 to 76. As advertised the house accomodated all of us. Great backyard to hang out and play games. Lots of activities nearby from the beach, to indoor rock climbing, great ice cream at Brickley, fish restaurants at Galilee. House was very clean. I would highly recommend for large group gatherings.

Girls get together

We really liked our stay. Having our own bedrooms was wonderful. The house was clean but could use a good scrub. I would give 5 stars but there were just a few things that didn’t work. The front door didn’t work well so we had to go in/out through the back, The chandelier in the front hall was broken. The dishwasher only worked on one setting which took us a day to figure out. The Property Manager was very responsive when needed. I would recommend this house if they fix a few things.

Perfect for big family

We had a group of 18 that stayed with ages from 2 years to 44 years! The property was beautiful, well maintained and cozy. The home is gorgeous, amazingly clean and plenty of space. The house is a 5 minute drive to multiple grocery stores, liquor store and most importantly the beach! Thank you Robin for this beautiful house and property!

Great stay outside of Newport!

We hosted my cousin’s bachelorette party here, and the house was perfect for a large group of girls! The house was super clean, had bedrooms for everyone, and anything and everything we could think of needing. Close enough to go to and from Newport pretty easily, and right around the corner from an adorable little town! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Great stay

We had such a wonderful time at this house! It was within walking distance to Wakefield and perfect for our multigenerational family. We utilized all the amenities and had so much fun exploring the nearby area for our annual family vacation. Please note the property manager expects the house to be left in mint condition upon departure, despite the large cleaning fee. We followed check out process and were docked our cleaning fee because there was food on the ground and the fridge needed to be cleaned (which apparently calls for extra cleaning crew?) When questioned, we were accused of breaking the washing machine door. We had reported it broken during our stay, and property manager claimed it was from “a child swinging on it”, which actually never could have happened. With all that being said, we made wonderful memories and I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for a family gathering ...

This property was perfect for us to gather for a wedding locally - lots of bathrooms for people getting ready for the event, lots of seating space for eating and hanging out in the kitchen-dining-living room areas. Breakfasts were a breeze and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. Beds comfortable and the whole house was very clean and ready for us with no issues. Easy check-out - a great overall experience.

A perfect house!

I had my bachelorette party in RI and needed a place for 9 of my closest ladies to stay (plus myself) and this was genuinely the perfect house! It was centrally located to so many restaurants and not too far from the day time activities we had booked. The house was clean and really well stocked! We keep joking that we might need to have an annual girls trip here because it was that perfect! Highly recommend!

Perfectly roomy for a large group

We were 11 adults and 1 infant. The space and amenities were ideal for us. Kitchen was properly stocked with pots, pans, serving platters and bowls and coffee maker. The open concept of 2 dining tables worked well for us… one to eat and the other for board/card games with no interruption to either eating or playing. We were also able to sit comfortably outside and have dinner after grilling. The sleeping arrangements were good as all rooms had a queen bed and one room with a queen and 2 twins and another room with one king bed…. We were 5 couples and one single. The house was clean. I had only one concern with the couch… needed better cleaning… dog hair but we resolved by using some extra bed sheets.

Perfect for a family getaway. My kids traveled from Texas, Florida and Pennsylvania to celebrate my birthday. House was spacious and accommodated all 14 of us. Would recommend !

Perfect Rhode Island Getaway

We had a family vacation with 18 people total (11 adults and 7 children). The house was perfect for such a large gathering with plenty of communal areas for all 18 of us to share meals and play board games and do puzzles. The outdoor area was also perfect for the children to play and to grill and have outdoor activities. The town of Wakefield was very walkable and had great restaurants, biking and walking trails. It was also central to several beaches and close to Newport for your tourist attractions. We highly recommend this property and location for your Rhode Island getaway.

Family wedding

This home was awesome!!!! It was perfect for our family to be together to celebrate our granddaughters wedding in south Kingston. From the yard where the grandkids played soccer and football, to the huge dining table that fit everyone, to the well supplied kitchen that provided a big lobster bake the last night and of course the comfortable beds!!! The location was perfect and so close to Shepards Run where the wedding and festivities took place!!!!

Friend reunion with kids and babies

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway for several families with young kids. The space and layout were perfect for multiple families with little kids. There was plenty of dining and living room space, gorgeous outdoor space, and a large well equipped kitchen for cooking for a crowd. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained and the logistics (check in and out, etc.) couldn't have been easier. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back next year!

The house was spacious, has great indoor and outdoor living spaces, lots of amenities for the beach and bikes for cruising around town. Great kitchen and options do do laundry.

Family Reunion

Perfect house for our multi generational family. Enough room, comfy beds, a back deck, hanging out room. Robin was so responsive to any questions or concerns. We especially appreciated all the beach towels and linens. There was an endless supply. Highly recommend for a group.
