Marina Place 226 est un confortable condo de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain au bord du lac orienté au sud. 8 personnes. La grande cuisine facilite les réceptions. Sièges de table à manger 6, sièges de bar de cuisine 3. WiFi gratuit et câble. Le salon a un écran plat et une cheminée à bois. Pont avec barbecue à gaz et des vues incroyables. Laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité pour plus de commodité. Deux places de parking en tandem couvert. Le complexe dispose de 2 bains à remous intérieurs. Veuillez noter que la piscine au centre du complexe est en construction à partir d'août 2019. Les 2 bains à remous du deuxième pavillon situés entre les bâtiments 3 et 4 sont encore ouverts.

La chambre principale a roi, salle de bain privée et entrée sur le pont.
La deuxième chambre a deux lits doubles.

Emplacement
Marchez jusqu'à l'amphithéâtre de Dillon pour assister à des spectacles de juin à septembre et au marché des fermiers. L'unité est située juste au-dessus de la marina de Dillon et du bar d'été Tiki. Descendez les nouveaux escaliers de la marina pour louer un ponton, un voilier et des bateaux à moteur ou des kayaks et tenez-vous debout. Town Park est juste en bas de la rue avec aire de jeux, tennis, terrain, pétanque et basket. Marina Park est juste en bas du chemin de récréation avec aire de jeux, des grillades et des tables de pique-nique. Le service de bus gratuit Summit Stage est situé de l'autre côté de la rue et dessert toutes les villes et tous les centres de villégiature. Marina Place se trouve sur le sentier récréatif du comté de Summit. Marchez le long du lac et admirez les sculptures ou profitez de plus de 30 km de sentiers pavés. Marcher aux restaurants, café, brasserie, vie nocturne. À moins de 5 minutes du supermarché, du magasin d’alcool, du REI, de la location de sports d’hiver, des brasseries, du cinéma et des magasins d’usine de Silverthorne. À seulement 5 minutes du complexe Keystone, à 15 minutes du bassin d'Arapahoe ou de Copper Mountain, à 25 minutes de Breckenridge et à 30 minutes de Vail.

It was awesome to be able to walk to the marina and Dillon amphitheater in Less than 10 mins! The condo was more spacious than the pictures showed, and we really enjoyed the amenities and view from the balcony!

Great location

We had a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to walk to the marina in about five minutes and walked to multiple restaurants in less than ten minutes. We rented a a pontoon boat and enjoyed beautiful scenery as we crossed around the lake. The condo was clean and stocked with all necessary amenities. Check in and check out were very fast, easy, and friendly!

Great location close to marina and amphitheater. The unit itself hasn’t been updated for a long time. Everything works and was fine, just expect a 1980’s vibe in terms of fixtures, decorating, sliding doors, etc.Location snd convenience superseded any concerns. Pool and spa area are small, but were well kept and appreciated.

We walked all around the area, the restaurants were great and even got some pickleball in. The location was central to our whitewater rafting, ziplining and 14er climbing adventure. A bonus was a free concert our last night a the Dillon Amphitheater.

Very comfy 2 bed 2 bath

Clean, great view, and great location on the bike path. Beds were comfy and rooms were spacious. Washer and dryer in the unit a plus, which I didn't see advertised in most units. Did have to climb a few stairs to the unit (there may have been an elevator somewhere). Only reason for fewer stars at check in is that it's much more convenient to have code entry and be able to access without stopping somewhere, but office is close by.

We had enough space for everyone and enjoyed the option to do laundry. The kitchen had everything you needed too. We were aware of the dated decor but we were disappointed in the saggy beds, dark lighting, peeling wallpaper and mold in the shower stall though. It would be a great place with some sprucing up.

The condo does not have updated decor but has everything available. The condo is very clean, the view is beautiful from the balcony. Within walking distance to activities. This is all we needed, nothing top notch fancy, just clean with amenities and it made our family vacation perfect! We hope to be back someday and will definitely stay at Marina Place 226 if available.

The place has a good view and some amenities. It needs updating though. The electricity doesn't work in half of the smaller bedroom. So, not much light in there. Not much lighting in the kitchen either. The handle on the microwave comes right off. I think a small investment would command higher rates.

Dillon lake view condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spacious, good kitchen appliances and necessities. Bathrooms large with needed toiletries and enough towels. The deck was fantastic to watch the sunrise and sunset over the lake. What we were disappointed in was the beds. The first morning following our first night of sleep all 4 of us complained that the beds were uncomfortable, and it was difficult to fall asleep because of it. Hammock beds, roll into the middle because it has no support. Otherwise great place.

We walked to the farmers market,did yoga on the lake and attended a free concert at the Amphitheater on a beautiful mountain evening. My father rented a boat at the Marina and we could paddle board from the Marina too!! Nice big table in the condo for family games! Comfortable beds and very well stocked kitchen. The pool and hot tub was incredibly clean. Great covered parking for 2 cars! The only drawback is no elevator.

Great view, comfortable condo and FULLY stocked with everything

Very nice decor, comfy beds. They have everything possible in that kitchen including multiple spices, plastic wrap and lots of utensils. Only small complain is that the place is a little dark, especially the kitchen, but don't let that stop anyone. Its great.

Condo with a view

The condo was in a great location. The deck had a great view of lake besides the trees in the way. We had to clean deck to use.. grill pretty dirty too. Overall place was nice, could use some updating. Convenient to have laundry in unit. Was disappointed that there was such an up charge for an early check in…. needless to say did not do that. Pool and hot tub still not open for use. Overall we enjoyed our stay
