Magnifique 3ième étage (avec ascenseur), condo 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain avec cuisine entièrement équipée, foyer, laveuse / sécheuse et balcon avec barbecue à gaz. ATTENTION - VRBO / HomeAway ne perçoit pas toutes les taxes de vente applicables! Les tarifs indiqués ici sont soumis à la taxe locale d'hébergement de 8% à payer à l'arrivée au bureau de gestion de Beaver Creek West.

Il y a un maximum de 6 personnes autorisées et 2 places de parking disponibles pour ce condo. De plus, il est interdit de fumer de toute sorte et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette propriété. Les clients seront passibles d'expulsion et / ou d'amendes si des preuves de non-respect de ces règles de gestion sont trouvées.

Le Beaver Creek West se trouve à quelques minutes du Beaver Creek Resort et propose une navette gratuite pour les skieurs vers la télécabine Riverfront de Beaver Creek et Lionshead à Vail. Notre navette pour skieurs privée est complétée par les systèmes de transport en commun de Beaver Creek Resort, de la ville d'Avon et d'Eagle County.

Vous profiterez de la piscine extérieure ouverte toute l'année, de trois bains à remous, d'un sauna et de courts de tennis (en été uniquement). We had a great experience! Our condo was clean and welcoming. The management team was accommodating and shuttles were super easy to navigate to get to the village and slopes. The hot tubs were hot/clean and the kids loved swimming in the heated pool. We would love to come back again!

Yes, the new furniture really changes the place into a nice modern unit. Painting of the entire unit is happening right now, just brightening up the condo up a bit. Wow our apologies for this late response as we are just catching up for an EXTREMELY busy skis season. So happy to hear that you enjoyed your the property stay here at Beaver Creek West. YES indeed the free skier shuttles to Vail and Beaver Creek are FANTASTIC. These shuttle not only sve you money but they also save you from lost of parking and unloading when going to the slopes. Since we pick up right at the property and drop off as close as we are allowed to the slopes. this is a great time saver as well. Perfect condo

This is a great place to stay, very clean, very comfortable, very well stocked. Avon is a great town lots of restaurants and grocery stores etc. Literally a three minute walk to the bus to head to Beavercreek and Vail. This is a perfect place, can’t say enough about it.

Our family of 4 enjoy the week before Christmas and enjoyed every minute. The listing was accurate and the hosts were very accessible. The condo was nicely stocked and very roomy. We will certainly book again for future trips

The down time definitely sounds more fun. Were you able to get out and check out some biking, hiking or fishing while in our lovely town? Perfect place!

We stay all over Colorado at various ski resorts and always rent condos. This location and unit was a wonderful experience for the value. Bedrooms were roomy, bathrooms nicely updated, kitchen well-stocked and LOTS of hooks and shelves for ski storage. The complex was very efficient and accommodating. The oven broke our first night and new one was installed while out skiing. Easy access to hot tubs and pool. The shuttle was very frequent and just steps from the front door. Master bed was especially comfortable and rooms were dark and quiet.

Great property, housekeeping could use improvement

Overall we really liked our stay and would choose this property again. Very spacious, great kitchen, nice big couch and dining table. I liked that they had a big fan for air movement, helped with sleep quality. Got a big warm during the day, but cracking the windows kept things cool with the fresh mountain air. I did find the comforters in need of a wash and some sheets had minor stains. It would be really great if they'd put pillow protectors on the pillows underneath pillow cases - easy to see drool stains from previous visitors. But great choices of good pillows made with different materials. Other than bedding, everything was nice and clean. Everything was in working order. Nice pool area. Huge bonus was free ski shuttle, very convenient, although you do have to connect and switch buses along the way in town but still pretty quick trip.

Sorry to hear the pillow were not up to par, those have been changed/covered. We wish you would have called the front desk as we have live people there 8am to 5pm seven days a week to assist you with things like this. We have pillows in the office and many other items that get broken or misplaced so you, our guest don't have to worry about anything. Sorry this happened. Fantastic place to stay!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The property was updated and spotless. The location was perfect - you can walk over to the lake in seconds. We would definitely stay here again!

Good property, easy access to lake. When we arrived the dishwasher had not been run and was full of dirty dishes, no dishwasher soap in condo, some dirty dishes in cupboards. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Like the entire US we are short staffed and super busy. No excuses, just facts!! We appreciate that you didn't let that "ruin" your stay or go all ballistic in the review. NIce Condo

The condo is well equipped for cooking, beds were comfortable, unit had plenty of room for our group of four. The location is convenient and we used the free shuttle to drop off at the river gondola daily. Staff at the complex very friendly.

Decent for the price

Condo in good condition. Bathrooms are fairly small, showers could use updating. Tv's in bedrooms are tiny. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Would recommend bringing own bath towels and toiletries. Central location, close to restaurants, Etc. Shuttle very convenient. No major complaints except hot tubs were freezing for part of the trip. 3 stars...no frills and plenty of pool noise at night.
