Highly recommended!!

This condo was everything we were looking for. It was very clean, cozy and had breathtaking views. It was nice to have the privacy and away from the hotel crowds. Will definitely return!!!!

Nice unit directly on the beach

We spent time at this unit in March/April 2018. It is a nicely appointed unit overlooking the beach. The building has laundry facilities and there was a Kroger grocery store about 2 miles away. Conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to any time we reached out. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic again for our 2nd year!

We stayed at 3-I for the second year in a row. This is quickly becoming our home-away-from-home that we want to return to every year. Once again, everything was clean & well organized. The size is perfect for us and the condo is so comfortable for a week long stay. Sandy is always available and is so easy to talk with. A Place At The Beach is helping us make great memories! Thanks!

Great Place with an even great view

Couldn't get any closer to the beach if we wanted too. Great view from living room, mater bedroom and balcony. Perfect for our family of 5. Sandy was available if we needed anything. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Quiet stay, but close to everything!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sandy was very helpful and easy to contact if we had questions or concerns! The beach views were amazing and it was at the end of Shore Drive so not a ton of traffic. Top floor unit is the way to go! We had my 14 month old nephew with us and he really enjoyed his first beach trip. He couldn't stop pointing and saying oooo!

Absolutely Perfect and More!

Amazing. We literally searched, found, and booked this condo 3 days before leaving. It was meant for us to be there! This was our first visit to Myrtle Beach. Our 20 month old daughter had her first beach experience and LOVED it. The condo size was perfect for us, comfortable, SO clean, and welcoming. The layout was so ideal for us. The 3rd floor views were beautiful. We ate every meal outside and saw up and down the beach in both directions. We enjoyed staying in a smaller condo and being so close to the beach without having to deal with elevators or crowded high-rise condos. Everyone we met was friendly and respectful, no loud groups. The owner, Sandy, is friendly, accommodating, and we would love to meet her in person! What more can we say - this was a wonderful vacation for us. We would highly recommend this condo for you, just don't take "our" week next summer! :)

Awesome Condo/Location

We had an incredible weekend at this condo. The ocean front views and beach access are amazing, and the condo had everything we needed. The balcony was great for a morning cup of coffee watching the sun rise over the ocean, and the location is perfect no matter what your interest might be - shopping, golf, etc. We will definitely be back!!!

Golf Holiday

We had a fabulous time at Sandy's lovely condo right on the beach. Fantastic views although a bit windy for our time there. The condo is very nice and bright. All the walls have been painted white so none of that dark siding like you see in some of these units. Also, the master bath has been updated. More than enough dishes, pots and pans and flatware. Sandy was great to work with, so very accommodating. Thanks for the opportunity to experience Myrtle Beach in your lovely condo by the sea.

Beach Getaway

This was perfect for our family and ideal to maximize beach time. The view is spectacular with beautiful sunrises in the morning. The close proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy the beach without having to pack up lunch drinks snacks etc., we just ran upstairs made lunch and brought it down. The condo is clean and well equipped and we really enjoyed the shaved ice machine, great for kids and adults. There are shops within walking distance and the outlets are only a couple of miles away. Overall we had a great time at Myrtle Beach.

Family Spring Break vacation

Only one word needed...WOW!!! Not only was this condo exceptionally clean and have a spectacular view. The location was amazing. We were close enough to easily enjoy the Boardwalk and Broadway at the beach. But, also had plenty of places in walking distance on the days we just stayed at the condo being "beach bums!" I am not one who usually takes the time to write a review, but, in this instance felt compelled to Hoping that it will help another family enjoy a wonderful, worry free vacation. A very big thank you to Sandy for making this so easy and taking the time to contact us to make sure we had everything we needed. Trust me, you can't go wrong vacationing here. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment on staying here again.

Wonderful Spring Break!

We had a great Spring Break 2015 vacation and this condo was the perfect place to stay!! The condo is very comfortable with the perfect amount of space and the location to the beach was fabulous. The ocean views are AMAZING. Everything we needed was there. Our family has already discussed returning in the summer!!
