Luxueux, 2e étage (sans ascenseur) Condo 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain avec cuisine entièrement équipée, foyer, laveuse / sécheuse et balcon avec barbecue à gaz. ATTENTION - VRBO / HomeAway ne perçoit pas toutes les taxes de vente applicables! Les tarifs indiqués ici sont soumis à la taxe locale d'hébergement de 8% à payer à l'arrivée au bureau de gestion de Beaver Creek West.

Il y a un maximum de 7 personnes autorisées et 3 places de stationnement disponibles pour ce condo. De plus, il est interdit de fumer de toute sorte et les animaux domestiques ne sont pas autorisés dans cette propriété. Le Beaver Creek West se trouve à quelques minutes du Beaver Creek Resort et propose une navette gratuite pour les skieurs vers la télécabine Riverfront de Beaver Creek et Lionshead à Vail. Notre navette pour skieurs privée est complétée par les systèmes de transport en commun de Beaver Creek Resort, de la ville d'Avon et d'Eagle County.

Vous profiterez de la piscine extérieure ouverte toute l'année, de trois bains à remous, d'un sauna et de courts de tennis (en été uniquement). Ce condo nettoyé par des professionnels sera fourni avec des draps, des serviettes et des savons de qualité supérieure. Le service de ménage est inclus uniquement après le départ.

Fabulous condo!

We loved everything about our stay! The condo is beautiful and has everything you could need or want for a week of skiing. The pictures online don’t do it justice! It’s bigger and more beautiful than we thought it would be and provided a lot of privacy and comfort for our friend who is going through chemotherapy. Thank you for that!

Would absolutely stay here again!

This unit was excellent for our party of 4. It was well-kept and had everything we needed for cooking and lounging after a long day of skiing. The only minor consideration to keep in mind is, it's a bit of a trek to get to the top of the mountain. You have to shuttle to the bottom of the gondola, then hop on a couple of lifts. That said, the location is still very good given its proximity to various amenities in Avon. Would absolutely stay there again with a party of 4-6ish people.

When you come again for your next ski trip, please know that it is easy to hop on a bus at the Avon Station (right where we drop you off) to get to Beaver Creek Village. Next time ask one of great front desk staff for a bus schedule. We drop off at the Riverfront gondola as it get folks skiing the fastest. Cheers and safe travels!

Enjoyable skiing trip.

Pros: The condo is a nice size. This is an older. The bedrooms are in the back, away from the main living area and the kitchen. The bedrooms are larger than usual and each bedroom is en-suite. The beds are comfortable, linens were fine. Kitchen appliances are newer. The shuttle runs are every 10 min. The unit was clean although no dish soap, no sponge, no dishwasher soap pods were provided. Cons: The unit is very noisy! It is located above the resort’s reception and the administrative office. You will hear constant door slamming, people talking, guests coming and going, high heels steps, etc. Also, kitchen utensils need to be updated. Most are burnt, mismatched or broken. Overall we enjoyed the stay except for the noise.

Perfect Rental for Our Needs

Big bedrooms/beds, each with their own bathroom. An updated large kitchen and a sizable loving area for movies. Walkable to multiple restaurants in town and the free shuttle was incredibly convenient.

This condo is indeed very spacious and has a bathroom for every bedroom so it's very comfortable for several people. Glad you enjoyed our most talked about amenity, the free skier shuttle. This service is awesome, and you can go to Vail or Beaver Creek for free as a guest of the condo. We are indeed a great cental location in Avon which is walkable to several great restaurants. Were you able to try Nozawa for some awesome Asian or Ticino for some mouth-watering Italian? Or did you stay home and cook in the well-stocked updated kitchen. The good thing is that you have many choices for dinner. Give us a shout the next time you head to this area for another great ski vacation or give us a try in the summer months. Overall Good

Great location! We enjoyed our stay and pretty quiet. The only thing I would change would be the bedding in the master bedroom. I am a little picky when it comes to the bed being comfortable and the bedding was not the most comfortable. Other than that, the place is nice, clean and well equipped.

Pictures Don't Do It Justice

This was our first time staying in a condo complex through VRBO & were pleasantly surprised how private it was. This unit is on the end & we felt like our family had the place to ourselves until we went outside. Our family included six adults & a ten month old infant. My husband called to let them know we'd be arriving late due to snowy conditions & they said that was no problem. An overhead light happened to be broken at the entrance to our stairwell, however, with a call to the service department, it was fixed the next morning. The kitchen was well equipped & all three bedrooms were very nicely appointed. As you can see in the pictures, there's a beautiful fireplace & there was wood on the outside balcony so we didn't have to purchase any. We felt the unit was perfect for our size group. The shuttle picked up right outside, but it's an easy walk to town. We like to cook & chose to purchase food before we got to Avon since we thought it would be easier early in the day, so did not eat at any of the restaurants. However we did shop at a well-stocked liquor store which carried banana liqueur for the Bananas Foster for our dessert a couple of nights. There is a Walgreens close by for any first aid or baby items we may have needed. Half the family went skiing at Beaver Creek while the rest of us toured the village. Transportation was easy; the lifts & shuttles worked well - the whole process was like a well-oiled machine. One member of the family rented some equipment from one of the shops & that was easy & convenient for him. While we were there, a music festival was going on & we could hear the music from the comfort of our living room if we opened the windows. It was by no means intrusive. Overall, we most enjoyed that we could all be together under one roof to enjoy meals & a roaring fire, yet still have our own places. We would definitely recommend this unit to our friends & family & wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if we decided to make another trip to Avon.
