We were somewhat disappointedthis year in our rental through VRBO. The property was clean, but there were several things that were irritating. 1. The freezer was not working. Took a text message to let us know that there was a small deep breeze behind the dining table. Thatâs not what we expected. 2. The thermostat at the rear of the condo was set on 85 when we arrived so it was very uncomfortable in the back bedroom. 3. The television in the master bath did not work. 4. The dryer did not dry appropriately taking three times to dry a load. 5. The lamp in front of the end window was unplugged. First night we plugged it in and had a fireball blowup. The court was obviously defective and it burned. What was concerning? Is that the GFI in front of the coffee maker burned out as did the outlet in front of the toaster. The Electrician did a wonderful job in repairing that, though we took the lamp and obviously did not have time to fix it before we left. 6. I had Text confirmation that I had purchased two extra parking passes. There was only one. Luckily one of the people on call for luxury coastal who was on the maintenance number. Was able to send the security desk at turquoise place C building so my son was able to park. 7. One evening when we returned from dinner, we had no power and no water. We did not get any indication from Spectrum, luxury coastal, or VRBO of what was going on. This is pretty difficult with 10 people in our four bedroom condo. Not enough space to finishâŠ.
