Un appartement très agréable, confort et propreté (literie très bien) très belle terrasse... et propriétaire accueillant et à l'écoute.
Dejlig lejlighed med god placering, samt en fantastisk altan
Rummelig lejlighed med 2 gode soveværelser, der ligger dejligt tæt på centrum (både indkøb og spisesteder) og ikke langt fra de skønne strande. En skøn stor altan med sol først på dagen, men ingen udsigt. Lejligheden var i god stand og et forholdsvis veludstyret køkken - bortset fra meget sløve knive.
Great space close to everything...easy going caretaker
I can highly recommend staying at this apartment for 1 or 7 days. Its ideally located walking distance to everything...but still in private and quiet setting. The sun filled private balcony was a nice surprise.
Excellent property very conveniently located.
The apartment is extremely well appointed with two en suite bedrooms of equal size.
There is also the bonus of a large sun terrace which was very handy for drying clothes and relaxing with a book. It is situated very close to the superb markets and a wide range of bars and restaurants. Despite this we found the apartment to be really quiet. also it is located in easy walking distance of the local beaches.
The owner was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. I We would be very happy to stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
Well-presented apartment in a central location
We had a very enjoyable stay in this property. The apartment is comfortable and very well presented. It is very roomy and airy with the terrace being useful for drying swimming things. The weather was a bit too cool for sitting out on the terrace in the evenings during our visit but it would be ideal for that in the summer.
The owner was very friendly and helpful; he advised us on the best place to park our hire car. There is some on-street parking near the property but this is all metered. We parked in the Clemenceau car park, near the post office, about 150 metres from the apartment; a weekly ticket cost 37 euros, good value when it costs 15 euros for a 24 hour stay in Biarritz.
The apartment is very close to the market halls in Biarritz. An eye opener for English people, used to the range of produce in supermarkets, it contains a bewildering quantity of every sort of foodstuff. There are a lot of bars and restaurants around the market so finding somewhere to eat should not be a problem. There is also a useful small supermarket close to the market which is very well stocked by British standards.
The apartment is a few hundred metres from the sea. There are several beaches to choose from in Biarritz. It is also quite close to the fashionable bits of town. I would recommend the property and its location to anyone wanting to spend a holiday in Biarritz.
Exaclty what is stays on the tin!!!
The apartment met every requirement for our stay, ideally situated close to the local market, local resturants, bars and shops. With a supermarket around the corner if required. Three beaches a short walk away and if you wanted to venture further afield buses were a two minute walk away.
We had a great week in a beautiful, friendly city.
