Située directement sur le sable blanc de la magnifique plage de Pensacola, cette unité de coin du 10ème étage comprend trois chambres, deux salles de bains et offre une vue imprenable.

Emerald Isle # 1008 est géré de manière professionnelle par Paradise Beach Homes.

En entrant dans l'unité, vous trouverez la cuisine bien équipée avec des sièges pour le bar du petit-déjeuner. La cuisine est ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon. Prenez vos repas en famille à la table à manger pouvant accueillir huit personnes. Le salon a de grandes fenêtres avec une vue fabuleuse sur le golfe. Il y a beaucoup de sièges confortables, y compris un canapé-lit gigogne. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue sur le balcon privé, accessible depuis le salon et la chambre principale. La chambre principale a un lit king, salle de bain privée et de belles vues sur le golfe. La deuxième chambre a un lit king et est juste à côté de la salle de séjour. La troisième chambre est située près de l'entrée de l'unité et offre un lit queen. Les deux chambres d'invités partagent un bain de hall, situé hors du salon. This was our third stay with this condo and it was great. The host communicated issues with the balcony before we traveled and made accommodations for the lack of access which we greatly appreciated. We are already planning out fall trip back.

This was our second time staying at this property and it was amazing again. The host was so accommodating as we were late arrivals, and they made that effortless. The property is very well stocked and the beds and furniture very comfortable. The location is excellent. We are hoping to return in March.

Very nice, clean and as expected unit. The host is very informative and answers any questions and concerns promptly. We were unable to use the balcony due to renovations but knew about this before we arrived. The view from the floor to ceiling windows was amazing!! We would definitely rent this unit again and plan on it!!Only concern is the elevators. 80% of the time only 1 elevator was working for the entire building. Made it very inconvenient for all. Especially those renting units on higher floors. One property owner that we talked to said that this has been a problem for over a year. This is NOT the unit/hosts issue but the building owners.

The only negative was the balcony was closed the entire 5 days we were there. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star was because the online information was vague and listed the balcony as possibly being closed. I didn’t hear back until the next day that it was Definitely Closed and by that time I had already cancelled my other hotel reservation, and there was no other units at this location. There was No View to even look at through the balcony doors since they were covered in plastic wrap. We did have very large front windows where we could see the ocean and watch the construction crews go up and down on the scaffolding. The condo itself was beautiful and very clean. We did have our son staying at the same place and since their balcony wasn’t being worked on we were able to visit him and use his balcony. Had a great trip and would love to rent again when the balcony is open. Thank You to Paradise Agency for trying to locate us a different unit.

1st time condo renter

The condo was clean, colorful and inviting. We enjoyed both the pool and the beach and loved the easy beach access. The views from the balcony were incredible.. coffee at sunrise, dolphins playing and gorgeous sunsets, we couldn't get enough of the balcony. Would definitely rent again.

Great beach vacation

Excellent condo. Very clean, with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Not your typical rental with frat house furniture and uncomfortable beds. The corner unit had amazing views of the gulf, the bay and the beach restaurants and shopping. The two walls of windows provided the excellent views. Stock with everything you’ll need for a week or a month. We will be back for this specific unit.
