6ème étage, unité d'extrémité: 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, condo en front de mer à la station One. Cette unité a une vue imprenable sur toute la plage de Wrightsville. Il y a un balcon face à l'océan sur le salon, l'océan et une vue sonore de la salle à manger, et un balcon avant sonore de la chambre des maîtres. La première chambre d'hôtes dispose d'un lit queen, la chambre d'amis son avant dispose de 2 lits jumeaux, et la chambre principale avant son a un lit king et une salle de bain privée complète. Il y a une salle de bain complète partagée par les deux chambres.

Station One est situé au coeur du centre-ville de Wrightsville Beach et dispose de courts de tennis, piscine et piscine communautaire.

Ce complexe a tout ce qu'il faut pour des vacances en famille parfaite.

Our stay at Station I

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, a good experience. great location. Very few amenities supplied by the rental company however. Despite Ritz-Carlton prices, we had to bring our own sheets, towels, and many supplies.The rental agency needs to be more competetive and make this a great experience. Your location is wonderful but Station 1 is severely lacking on amenities.

intracoastal rents dirty, old, worn-out properties

It is not as appealing as other units in which we have stayed. It does have a beautiful view of the ocean and sound, but it certainly could be improved upon as far as decorating, furniture, kitchen , etc.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location and views are great, the condo is very outdated. It was not very clean. The furniture is old and nasty dirty. $2000 for three nights at this condo is way too much. I'm disappointed to report but this place needs a complete overhaul.

Nice property - needs some help

Reviewer Comments: The coffee maker barely works, the few knives simply cannot cut, need kitchen utensils, there were no pot holders, no scissors, no pens or paper. There was no mat inside or outside the door to help keep the floor clean. Only had worn out broom. No cleaning supplies.

Reviewer Comments: Nice view of the south end, but this condo has not been updated at all--compared to the 2-BR next door, there is a world of difference. Also, the kitchen is not well stocked with pots, pans, etc. I dont think we would stay there again.Also, they need a mesh similar to the condo next door for the railings--I'm sure they are no longer up to code for small children.

All of Station I needs some upgrading

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Despite St I help, we never were successful in having a good internet connection.Not good for professional people! The coffee maker was filled with mold from a while back--then replaced with a old unit that leaked all over the daughter and her husband could not get into the condo due to the difficult lock--I cut myself twice on the lock since it is so difficult to deal with. The condo did not have some basic cooking needs as hot mitts, steamer tray, etc. I had to request a bath tub stopper since we had two small children with us who needed baths.However, Kathy Hill is wonderful to deal with--she just needs better support to accomplish what needs to be done.The unit in which we stayed could use some repairs and renovation.We have been coming to St I over the last 30 yrs and this is the worst shape it has been in that I can remember.

What’s Not to Like?

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 6K in Station One is a “Tale of Two Cities”. Let me explain. Pros: The views, the views, the views! Did I mention the views? Balcony on the ocean side, a balcony on the channel side and then the windows facing South. Wow! Best views of WB I have EVER seen! The third bedroom is very nice. The in-unit washer & dryer was a pleasant surprise. Cons: The unit is pretty dated compared with other Station One units we’ve rented. The push button stove could be in a museum! The carpet in the living room is absolutely disgusting! It’s old, threadbare and stained in multiple places. The owners and property managers should be embarrassed to rent a unit with a carpet in this condition. How easy to replace it or install tile!? Once the carpet is replaced I would HIGHLY recommend 6K. Prior to that I would say proceed with your eyes wide open and expect to be grossed out at least once per day.

Great outdoor views from every room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location of the building near the activity of the area. Having the pool was beneficial on the one off and on rainy day. Plenty of private parking. They provide you with a cart to load your luggage up the elevator to your room. Perfect views of water from every room. The only downfall was the stainless and porcelain sinks were not shiny clean and head stains that can easily be scrubbed, crumbs in every slot of the silverware drawer, and food splashed on the tile behind the sink, so the housekeepers need to do a better job. However, they refunded my cleaning fee, which I respected. Therefore, for the views and the convenience of the area, I would recommend.

Our Week at ST1-6K Howard

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the property and the unit, although it could have been cleaner. Our main complaint is that a unit that sleeps 6 or 7 people only had 2 keys. That was a problem throughout the week since you must have keys to come and go on the property and the beach. Station One needs a new system for this issue. Also there needs to be an ice machine on each floor as the main one on the ground floor was empty most of the week. Our realtor and the property management were wonderful!

That's the Way it is, at least this year!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In the face of Covid-19 and a hurricane it was a still a good week of family fun. The unit had just changed owner which caused problems with the TV service. And the refrigerator had issues which were promptly diagnosed, but couldn't be resolved until the day before we left.(No refund was offered for this inconvenience.) Then of course we had a hurricane the last week of our stay, so there was window leakage which required a drier to be in the dining area and the first bedroom. An unusual week to say the least with many calls to the helpful and pleasant rental staff, but slow resolution to one of the problems.

Station One Vacation

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Station One in the past and in this specific unit. We were taken aback by the condition of the unit since we last stayed. We were warned that the carpet in the main living area was dirty and that the current owner had plans to replace it. It certainly needs replacing. We did not expect to find the other areas dirty. Kitchen was dirty. The floors were sticky and dirty. The kitchen cabinets were dirty and grimy. The carpets did no appear to have been vacuumed very well. The furniture is also showing a lot of wear. The unit is a great unit. The views are unbelievable and the layout is good. The two balconies are great. The folks managing Station One are helpful and courteous. The pool area is well maintained, as it the whole facility. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo on the ocean side was great. Pretty views from all the windows. The unit 6K however is in overall poor condition. The carpet is at least 20 years old, the furniture is dirty and needs cleaning or replacing. The hall bath has an updated shower which was fine. The kitchen has the original stove and the basics of pots, pans, utensils, glasses were old as well. The bedroom furniture is dated and the mattresses are old. The foam toppers and mattress pads helped. Will not stay in this particular unit again as the price is very high for the worn out accommodations.

Girls Getaway Weekend at the Best Location in Wrightsville

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this rental for a girls getaway weekend in late October. It is in the perfect location and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The view from this unit could not be any better with both sound and ocean views- just beautiful at any time of day. Much of the furniture and condo is a little dated, but is well maintained. They have added granite counters in the kitchen and baths, which does give those areas an overall clean look. The beds were comfortable the condo had everything you needed for a wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend.
