Casa Rowan Villa de luxe moderne avec une vue fantastique sur la mer. Meublé au plus haut niveau afin que vos vacances peut être l'un à se rappeler
Situé sur un terrain d'angle qui est entièrement clos étendant à 2500q m, entrée se fait par un portail électrique en bois.
Beaux jardins et aires de bronzage à côté de la piscine du système d'eau salée de 12m x 6m, qui est plus agréable à la peau, il y a un court de tennis tous temps 20m x 10m et tennis de table avec un putting green 3 trous.
INSIDE il y a un grand salon avec des sièges confortables., Un journal feu brûlant, grand TV- avec chaînes uk et lecteur DVD. Une sélection de jeux et livres sont fournis.
Les portes-fenêtres ouvrent sur une grande zone spacieuse qui dispose d'un canapé d'angle pour la détente sous une terrasse couverte
CUISINE salle à manger est un grand espace lumineux avec réfrigérateur / congélateur et refroidisseur de vin. bis cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle / 2 fours / micro-ondes et machine à café. Les portes-fenêtres mènent à la salle à manger à l'extérieur qui a un barbecue et table / chaises pour 8 personnes

Excellent property with lots of space and decorated to a high standard.

The whole holiday was fantastic from arriving at the villa, and the pleasant surprise that the villa actually looks better in real life than in pictures... to the days of fun spent eating, drinking, swimming and playing around the villa. Beaches are within walking distance and shops restaurants and supermarkets are a very short drive. This is the perfect villa for a family break. I would definitely stop here again.

We had an amazing 9 day stay at Casa Rowan. Beautiful Villa in fantastic condition, plenty of entertainment and fun for all. We were 6 adults and two littlies and were all housed in comfort and style. Thank you Margaret! Brad and Milly (Australia)

Volop vakantie voor twee families met teenagers

Wat hebben wij genoten in Casa Rowan. Vanaf de reservering tot het vertrek konden we vertrouwen op de altijd bereikbare, snel reagerende eigenaresse Margaret en op de medewerkers van het bureau in Carvoeiro. Dit maakte dat we direct vakantie hadden toen we aankwamen op het treinstation van Lagos en werden opgehaald door de taxichauffeur. We waren met 4 volwassenen en 4 teenagers (14-18). Het huis biedt alle ruimte om gezellig met elkaar te zijn. Bijvoorbeeld op het terras rond de grote tafel voor een spelletje of een goeie BBQ. En ook alle ruimte om je even terug te trekken. Onder een boom, op 1 van de fijne poolbedden met een boek, op 1 van de balkon's, of op de relaxe bank op de veranda voor de huiskamer. Elk van de 4 kamers heeft zijn eigen ruime badkamer, 2 volwaardige bedden voor grote Hollandse mensen. Met daarbij de schoonmaakservice maakte dat wij met twee families volop konden genieten. En als het zitten de jeugd te lang duurde, volop zwemmen. Maar bovenal wedstrijden op de padel baan of toernooitjes PingPongen. We hadden twee fietsen en een scooter gehuurd. De jongens gingen op de fiets naar Lagos voor de sportschool. Wij op de fiets naar 't strand of 1 van de Seven Valley Walk punten. Naast een kop koffie halen in een van de dorpen deden we ook met de scooter deden de dagelijkse boodschappen, wanneer meer nodig was pakten we de Uber! Kort gezegd, Casa Rowan, een voortreffelijke plek, dank je wel, Margaret, we hebben ons thuis gevoeld!

Stunning villa in a fabulous location

What can we say, the villa was as good as advertised, it was stunning, we felt very lucky to be spending two weeks in such a beautiful home. We were a group of 8: 4 adults and 4 kids, and the villa accommodated us perfectly. The kids loved the pool, the tennis court, the golf and the table tennis. The villa had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The villa is in an ideal location, close to Rocha Brava, so there are some good restaurants and a cafe in walking distance, plus a supermarket that has most things. It is also a reasonable walk into Carvoeiro, we walked in a lot, with only one proper uphill bit. We got a taxi back each time. There are a couple of good beaches in walking distance. Thanks Margaret for letting us stay in your lovely villa, we would definitely go back.

Absolutely perfect, faultless

We've just had a week in Margaret's villa. From check in to checkout it was faultless. The villa was so spacious and clean. Big fridge in the utility room which is perfect for keeping drinks in without filling the kitchen fridge. Each bedroom had a large en-suite all with great showers. The outside area was full of entertainment, the pool, table tennis, paddle tennis, putting green etc. Minutes drive from the centre of carvoeiro and minutes from all the super markets. We shall defiantly be returning and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious stay.

Casa Rowan is a lovely villa, all of the amenities are of a high standard giving the villa a luxurious feel. The villa is in a good location with good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and a 5 minute drive to many more,

Exceptional.

Such a well equipped and maintained luxurious villa - clearly someone's second home, not just a property that is solely for holiday rentals. We had two babies in our party, and were pleasantly surprised that the noise didn't travel within the villa in spite of marble flooring. Very spacious, secure private grounds that were are very well cared for. Certainly the nicest villa we have stayed in, absolutely nothing shabby or in need of replacement, and spotlessly clean. There is a small well stocked supermarket (fresh bread and warm croissants in the morning), a handful of bars and restaurants, and a lovely beach within walking distance....slightly hilly but quite manageable with prams/buggies.

Luxury Villa and excellent service all round

We had an amazing holiday at Casa Rowan. We had high expectations of the Villa from the photos and reviews but it still did not stop us from getting the WOW factor as we first entered the Villa. Everything is done to the highest standard. It was so nice and relaxing around the pool area with the comfiest sun beds, we decided not to venture out to beaches etc but just chill and enjoy valuable time with our family around the pool. We headed into Carveiro for a few nights via taxi and Elle and Ella restaurant was superb and reasonably priced. All round perfect holiday with Margaret being so helpful with tips and responding promptly to any questions that we had. We done our first shop at Intermarche which was a lot cheaper than local shop. Large BBQ used for breakfast and evenings when we decided to stay in to eat. Perfect holiday!

Wonderful week in Casa Rowan

We (2 parents and 3 children, 4,7 and 9 years old) were lucky to spend a week this spring in Casa Rowan. This is a fabulous villa in Carvoeiro, which used to be a small fisherman's town. Nearby are some beautiful beaches. In particular we would recommend the beach in the center and Carvalho beach, which is hidden between the rocks. But you don't have to leave the villa. It is clean and spacious, and everything is there, including ping pong, a putting green, tennis and a great pool to play in or to swim lanes. The poolheater worked well. The water is salted which is not annoying at all. I prefer this to chlorine. We brought some games but preferred the English games which were around. The kitchen is fine and the beds, as opposed to so many places we stayed at, were long enough and firm enough. We went to restaurant Onze in Carvoeiro twice, as we liked the sunset at the terrace and the food is good. Thank you Margaret for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful property. We would love to return next year!

Top mit Schönheitsfehlern

Das haus ist super aufgeteilt hat generell große Schlafzimmer mit eigenen Bädern und super Betten. die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet es ist alles vorhanden was man zum guten Kochen benötigt. Der Pool ist groß und sogar zum Schwimmen geeignet. Als wir ankamen war es noch recht kühl so dass wir die Heizung anstellen wollten, was leider auch nach zweimaligem Besuch von der lokalen Betreuung nicht funktionierte so dass das Haus leider kühl blieb. Außerdem war es ärgerlich, das die Poolliegen sehr verschlissen und die Auflagen auch schon sehr beansprucht waren. Der defekte Sonnenschirm wurde zwar umgehend abgeholt zu Reparatur tauchte aber während des gesamten Urlaubs nicht wieder auf. Auch die Stühle des Außenessplatzes haben über die Zeit gelitten. Der Grill war in einem erbärmlichen Zustand innen total verrostet. Andere Dinge die zu Beginn nicht funktionierten wurden aber auch umgehend repariert. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus mit "room for improvement".

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location

My family and I found Casa Rowan absolutely beautiful - modern, spacious and well furnished. The pool and garden area were lovely - spotless and well maintained. My two young boys particularly enjoyed the swimming pool (which we chose to have heated) and the tennis court. Taxis to and from the town centre were extremely reasonable and always to hand. A fabulous holiday was had and we will definitely be back! Thank you so much.

WOW Villa

Fab villa located in a quite location but within walking distance to local restaurants and shop. Villa is of a high standard with everything you could possibly need. The pool is huge with spacious surrounding area, facilities are excellent. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing

Cracking Villa in a good location only a few minutes drive from Carvoeiro, where there are a number of great restaurants. The Villa has a luxurious feel to it and great facilities. We would highly recommend it.

Beautiful Villa Holiday

Our expectations were high and we were not disappointed, this really is a luxurious villa equipped and furnished to a high standard. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable and all have spacious en suite bathrooms. A short drive or taxi ride from the centre of Carvoeiro but within walking distance of a number of restaurants and bars, our favourite restaurant of those we tried was Mar d' Fora which has lovely ocean views and amazing food, but the choice is endless. Would definitely recommend Casa Rowan and hope to come back soon.

Amazing luxury

The most beautiful, modern ,clean ,so well equipped Villa!!!! fantastic huge pool , ideal for disabled and young ,hardly went out didn't want to leave this beautiful villa , so sad to leave hoping to book it next year for longer , owner was extremely helpful

Best holiday ever!!

Fabulous villa to stay in with our family in a lovely quiet location but still close to the main village. The villa was absolutely stunning with beautiful views, immaculate inside and the gardens and pool were lovely and well maintained. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Portugal! A trip to Zoomarine is a must if you have children. Would also recommend Ele and Ela for dinner. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Amazing

I visited this luxury villa and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone! The villa is luxurious and decorated to very high standards. The facilities in the villa are excellent - it was like home from home (I just wish my home was so luxurious!) and absolutely spotlessly clean which is high up in my list of expectations. Fantastic pool and surrounding area overlooked by the sun terrace – I didn’t want to leave the villa! Every morning to get up and look out to such beautiful sea views was just a breath of fresh air – they even provided sunshine! Owners guidance was excellent, directions to the villa, recommendations to many fantastic restaurants. I will definitely be back!

PEACEFUL:RELAXING

When the gates opened to reveal the villa the first impression was WOW and that impression continued as we stepped inside to view rooms etc A quiet location with places to eat only 5 mins walk from villa - if you ever wish to leave the poolside Everything has been thought of for a fantastic holiday Extra fridge provided was a great idea for the drinks Carvoeiro itself is a 30 min walk where there are lovely restaurants our fav being Ele Ela Loved the villa/ location so much we are booked to return next year

AMAZING

What can I say about our recent holiday to Carvoeiro and our stay at this Villa. AMAZING. The villa is stunning. The decor and fittings are of the highest standard making our stay very special indeed and it's exceptionally maintained. The grounds are great also with lots of little "nooks" for you to chill. There are also lots of extras including a great media system, kid’s games, books, table tennis and gym equipment (If you feel the need). The location is perfect with a short walk into town but there are also some restaurants very close to the villa. All in all I think this is an ideal location and a beautiful villa, stunning and I can't wait to go back.
