Elle dispose de jardin, mobilier de jardin, clĂŽture, terrasse, barbecue, cheminĂ©e, fer Ă  repasser, coffre-fort, accĂšs internet (wifi), sĂšche-cheveux, balcon, climatisation dans toutes les chambres, piscine privĂ©e, parking couvert mĂȘme bĂątiment, 2 TĂ©lĂ©visions, DVD.

Les lits de voyage coûtent 25 euros par réservation et les chaises de bébé 10 euros par réservation.

Fabulous Villa

Spacious villa on very large plot, not overlooked, peaceful and quiet with sea view, magnificent pool and jacuzzi, comfortable beds, clean and well equipped with bonus of pool tale, table tennis and table football. Balaia Golf Village next door and good restaurants a few minutes away. Local Villa Manager is highly customer focussed and excellent, could not have done more for us. Will be returning regularly!

This villa is beautiful with lots of space and accommodation. The outside space is amazing with lots of sunbeds and the out-door kitchen. One or two more parasols by the sunbeds would be good, plus an oven in the out-door kitchen would make the kitchen complete.

From start to finish, our stay was incredible! The villa was absolutely amazing and excellent location! There were 6 girls and we couldn't fault the villa at all. Pedro provided an excellent taxi service ensuring we were always safe! The villa had everything you could possibly need and more. I would highly recommend. Fabulous villa in excellent location next door to Balaia Golf Village, restaurants, fish market and supermarkets in Albufeira. 15 mins from Vilamoura for golf and the marina. Huge plot, not overlooked, fab pool and jacuzzi. Bonus is the pool table and table football! Secure and quiet. Top level service from Helen the villa manager who could not be more helpful.

Very large property with lovely grounds

We found the property to be lovely. The rooms were huge and the grounds were amazing. It had everything you needed for your stay and it was really clean. We took 3 children with us and they loved all the extra games, like the table tennis and pool tables. We had a great pool competition one evening. Helen and the team were really nice. We took full advantage of their taxi service which was good value for money and flexible. I have taken one star away because it was a bit more remote than we are used to and took about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest shops and supermarket. If you like it quiet though this a really good villa.

The photos do not do this Villa justice. All the rooms are large in size and the layout of the Villa is splendid. Everything you would require is there for your stay.The pool and surrounding area is exquisite and was a nice way to cool off after a couple hours sunbathing. A special thanks to Daniel who was our Villa manager, and even assisted in organising a birthday cake that was required for one of our group. A car is not required if you are fit and able as there are a good selections of restaurants and a couple of bars within a 20 min walk. The only negative was the grumpy driver who collected us from the airport who complained about the length of time it took us to come through arrivals but this was due to one of our cases coming through later than the others, but they are a 3rd party and nothing to do with Villas Dumas

Incredible!

This Villa is absolutely superb! The grounds are huge and the facilities are fantastic. The outdoor kitchen (with separate fridge freezer and hob) is absolutely amazing and we cooked more out here than we did in the main kitchen in the house. If you're going, you also need to try the pizza oven (wood logs provided) which is right next to the outdoor kitchen - it's great fun to do with the kids. The main house itself is fabulous, with a high quality pool table in the living room, as well as table football and loads of space for sitting/lounging/watching tv. There is one double with ensuite upstairs, and then 2 beds downstairs (double and a twin) which share a big bathroom downstairs with large bath. There is then a massive annexe set apart from the main house, with its own bathroom and dressing room, and a bedroom big enough to have an additional sofa. The swimming pool is great for kids - a shallow sectioned off area for the little ones that is covered by the roof that covers the outdoor kitchen, and then the main pool which also has the shallow section situated under that covered area. There are beds enough for everyone, and having the fridge nearby means easy access to cold beer. There is also a toilet and a shower right there, so trips back to the main house (the other side of the driveway) are unnecessary if you're spending a day by the pool. The hot tub is lovely, though as others have pointed out the 'non slip' surface that's been laid down on it and around it (ce... The slippy tiles up towards the outdoor kitchen area - these should really be the same tiles as are around the main pool The 'non-slip' around the hot tub is just too much. I understand that you want nobody to fall, but you can make non-slip surfaces that aren't as awful and harsh as that.

The place to go for fantastic holiday

We spent two weeks in this great villa and we enjoyed every minutes there. It offers everything you wish for and even more and all the team is really friendly and helpful. The villa itself contains 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one on suite). All bedrooms are very good size and the beds are really comfortable. There are plenty of storages which is really helpful. The bathrooms are very good size too and there is a massive bath in the downstairs one. The living area is amazing and we all enjoyed the pool table and the football table. The kids enjoyed the PS4 (keeping in mind that you need to pay to use it but not too expensive and it is a good way to manage the playing time). The kitchen is really nice and well equipped. We also used the annex bedroom which is just perfect, well equipped and plenty of space. The swimming pool is just perfect, very large, it gives lots of space to play or swim. The shallow part is in a shaded area which is great for the kids at the hottest hours. The Jacuzzi was a new addition this year and it was wonderful to have is after long days of visiting. Our advice is to ask for both the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi to be heated. Sunbeds are really comfortable and it was nice to be able to have some shade from parasols or from the lovely palm trees. It is really nice to have a dining area and BBQ near the pool as well as an extra shower room and toilets there. There is also a fridge which is really convenient to avoid going back to the villa each time. We also really enjoyed the outside dining area near the villa at evening time when it is a bit more windy. The garden is beautifully managed and the view is really nice. One of the best thing about this villa as well is that it is located in an area which is almost the middle of the Algarve so you can easily access all villages and areas to visit. There are so much to do in the area, you can organise some very busy days but when you come back to the villa, you will enjoy a really peaceful and relaxing environment which is so nice to make your holiday just perfect. The villa is close to lots of restaurants and shops, supermarket which is really convenient. Thank you so much Nuno and Helen, we had an amazing time. Wishing you all the best, Emilie and family

Sehr schönes, riesiges, ruhiges und gepflegtes Anwesen.

Die Außenanlage ist eine Wucht. Die ruhige Lage ist fantastisch. Der Service ist 1A. MĂ€ngel oder gewĂŒnschte Verbesserungen werden innerhalb von 1 bis 2 Tagen erledigt. Hier ist der Kunde König. Super!!! Das Wohnzimmer ist gigantisch und alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert. Hier lĂ€sst man sich einfach nur vom Haus, Service und Wetter verwöhnen. 1.) KĂŒchenutensilien könnten neuer sein. 2.) Der Gasherd ist etwas schwach auf der Brust. Hier wĂ€re eine neue elektrische Herdplatte einzubauen. 3.) Beim Fernseher im Wohnzimmer mĂŒsste der HDMI 2 - Anschluß repariert werden.

We loved everything about this villa, the location, the privacy, the space and of course the service. We spend two weeks at this location and also had our wedding reception here that's how amazing it was. Shower in main bedroom water was always cold đŸ„¶
